This shop makes good sub sandwiches using quality ingredients. Their order online system works good. The order will be ready at the right time, and if you pay online you can take the order from a table near to the door. But they repeatedly do not follow requests made on the order, to include napkins, and mark the identity of the sandwich on the wrapper. When it happened a couple of months ago, I called to complain. They offered two free sandwiches to compensate for the mistakes. That was good. But since then I have the same problem almost every time I make an order. I state the requests three times on each order, and each recent time there are no napkins in the bag, and the sandwich identity is not marked on the wrapper. The last time one sandwich had it marked on the wrapper, and it was wrong, it was for the other sandwich. The sandwiches are going to different people, and I do not want to have to open the sandwiches to discover what is inside. read more

And all my life, I've never had such a horrible experience at a sandwich place. I went into their last Saturday ordered two sandwiches and I use my youth football card that I paid for into donations for football team. It included two subs as we are standing there I noticed they didn't ask any questions. I just assume that they knew what they were doing when we got home. There were no condiments or anything on the sandwiches and hardly any meat so I called. Spoke to someone. Oh no problem. Come in when you can. I gave him my name so I went back there today which is Friday the following week walked in around 11 ordered the sandwiches that they were going to replace and the girl didn't ask me anything I said no that's not what I'm getting. She goes well, did you want just the regular? I said no I want two spicy Italians. She was making a chicken sandwich and I knew right off the bat there was something wrong so she got irritated took the meat off, then went over into the far corner and I don't know what she was doing over there and I noticed that she was throwing onions and meat on stove to cook it and then the other girl was standing there. I was assuming she was going to make my sandwiches, but she went onto another person and I told her three times what I wanted and I told her that I've told you three times I stood over in the corner, watched her throwing stuff on the sandwich she cooked it. It was supposed to be too cold spicy Italians didn't ask me a question. They just started stuffing stuff on it and I was so irritated. I didn't wanna say anything because I work other customers in there and I'd already repeat it myself over and over I don't know what part of that they didn't get and why they don't listen and why they don't paraphrase while this is what you would like. They have no active listening skills. They got snotty when I had to repeat myself then she brought the sandwiches over to the front try to charge me again for the sandwiches. I said no I've already paid for those. You are replacing them from last week because we have the same problem. I asked for lettuce on the side she gave me rotted lettuce in a plastic container. It was gross threw it in the garbage. The sandwiches were gross. They were leaking of grease through the bags. They were all soggy. I ended up throwing them in the garbage. I was so ticked off. I tried to call corporate. They don't answer. I tried to call their customer service line. They don't answer do not go there. I do not recommend it. It's awful. I ended up with grease on my shirt and totally discussed it. read more

We felt rushed to order, all three sandwiches were dry. Bread crumbly and there was nothing special about it. There's also not a lot of options for veggies. Will we be going back?!? No. Paid $38 for dry sandwiches. We will stick with subway. We ate half of our sandwiches and threw them away. read more

Great website for ordering several options for a business lunch. Quick & delicious with a friendly staff.

Still my favorite sub shop. Came in today for a giant Italian and once again was not disappointed. My only problem is I can never decide which sub to get lol. On a side note, the person who took my order forgot to scan my rewards code from the APP. But he did me right and gave me a free giant sub on a future purchase!! Now that is what I call good customer service!! Thank you Howard read more

WAYYYYYY TOO MANY PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTER. DONT need 6 people when there are other things yall could be doing. Subway has a better service and better technical way of service quickly... Food is okay. Not gonna complain. Place better be cleaned every time since yall have 6 fucking people behind that counter read more

#43 for me every time, the chipotle cheese steak never disappoints. All Jersey mikes are consistent I have been too.

Second time I have found hair in my sandwich. First time I let it go! Second time it was just disgusting. There were a lot of employees working none of them had there hair up. They had visor hats on but No hair tied up. The only one that had their hair up was the young lady working the register. Guys with long hair making the sandwiches. Came home and started eating my sandwich and what I though was a string on onions was a rather medium Length dirty blond hair! I've gone to this location a few times cause it's on way home from work. I will not be going to this location anymore. read more

Have to agree with many of the reviews here. The food was good. But service was pretty terrible. Watched them not make eye contact or acknowledge people walking in, while people just stare, waiting. The one girl working the grill at the time was the only person to let people know they'd be with them soon, despite being the only person not facing customers...since she was working the grill. Every single table in the lobby was covered in crumbs and grease. The floor wasn't swept at all. Have had a much better experience at the other sunnyside location on multiple occasions. read more

I've been going to this Jersey Mike's for a little while and I have never been treated the way I was the last time I went. Me and two other friends walked in and I was paying and we ordered 3 club subs. IMMEDIATELY the employee cutting the lunch meat whistled (as if to say that it was a lot) which it was, but I was gonna tip a good amount. He was really pissy after that and made comments to his other employees that he hates working with them and he was honestly being a little *****. Safe to say I hope he gets fired and I will never being going back read more

I had the wrost experience here. I had an order going manager. Ashley came over and told employee to stop my in order and work on another's. I call her out and said, why would you stop my order? And work on another person, she started having attitude, I then stated that she would kick me out of the store I filed a complaint with jersey mikes and I got a call from the manager no sorry or anything worst service ever I do see why they are 2.5 read more

The workers are extremely slow and always behind on orders . I ordered online and walked in around the time it said it would be done and the lady said there wasn't any online orders . Sat there for another 20 minutes before I noticed a bag sitting on the counter and asked if that's possibly my online order and it was . The food was cold. Tried ordering 3 other times and had the same experience. Won't be going to this location anymore . read more

We have been to this place several times pre-ordered online only to find out that they were out of bread how are you a sub shop with no bread? literally there's a Fred Meyer's across the street. I mean all in all this really bonkers my mind... even my 12-year-old after the second time it happened said " I can no longer trust them". this place definitely needs a new sign that says "under new management" And there is a reason why they have a now hiring sign up you do the math read more

Food was great however the service was horrible I would recommend going here if you have patience but if you don't then don't go but great food. read more

Ordered 6 sandwiches. 3 giants and 3 regulars. I received 4 and a half. So I went back and they looked through all of my bags because they didn't believe me. Good thing I had my receipt. One sandwich was marked with the wrong number. It's just a misprint said the girl. One girl claimed she had already made an Italian. Also they get mad that I haven't Memorized all the correlating numbers to their sandwiches. When speaking to customers just refer to it as beef or Turkey and don't get upset if I have to look up at your menu to see which sandwich you're referring to. The guy who was in front of me was back because he had ordered sandwiches online and they still left a sandwich out. There were people lined up against the wall because their orders were messed up and being corrected. Sorry but never going back. Maybe just slow down and get the orders right the first time so you aren't wasting our time. read more

So I hope the fact that we walked in and ordered our Sandwich a half hour before closing is why ONE WORD was not spoken by either employee to us walking in or ordering our sandwich. Apparently a nod means our order was acceptable? How uncomfortable... everyone has there days but also every encounter should be a fresh encounter. I'm not the one that pissed you off... read more

Came in the other day and ordered a mini #7. They had great customer service and very quick with how busy it was, also the sandwich was delicious. I was also amazed at how clean the restaurant is especially with pandemic. I will definitely be back at this location!! read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - #7 Turkey and Provolone - Fast Food Near Me - Happy Valley, Oregon

Absolutely horrible service! Ordered online arrived at pickup time which was 20 min past the time I ordered. Still had to wait another 20 min for my single sandwich. Staff completely ignored me and other customers who were waiting for online orders longer than I was. I finally got someone to acknowledge me and I was told it was still being worked on. I continued to wait and be ignored. finally after 40 minutes from order time I loudly asked again and a guy up front says "oh ya your order has been sitting here" sitting at the front counter next to the cash register. The girl I originally asked was no where to be found and obviously didn't even check when I asked the first time. Another customer who had ordered over an hour ago was very upset and said this happens all the time. There were 6 employees in the store 4 of which seemed lost and moved like sloughs. It was lunch rush and no one had any sense of urgency whatsoever. Finally got my sandwich that was soggy and warm from sitting, made incorrectly and dispite the bread being soggy it was horribly dry. Absolute worst experience and sandwich I've ever had. I definitely won't be going here again. Tried to file a complaint online but couldn't without the order # on the receipt that I was not given. This place will not last long with this kind of disorganization and lack of customer service. read more

The manager Ashley went above and beyond to help make an order right. We ordered one of the catering boxes. She and her staff were professional and helpful. Super chill and very gracious. read more

There are 4 guys working & they seriously could not get my 2 sandwiches made correctly. I read EXACTLY what the orders were & they kept making them wrong- things like swapped the mini sized order with the regular so we had the wrong bread, added ingredients I didn't ask for & left stuff off that I did ask for. I needed to leave but I just spent $20 on 2 sandwiches that weren't made how I asked. I was REALLY clear. They acted like they were doing me a favor by not charging me for the regular size that was supposed to be a mini. They should have comped it. I have no idea why that was SO hard... listening to the customer would go a LONG way here. There was no reason for it to be that complicated. read more

Came by here to try Jersey Mike's for the first time and was pretty disappointed. Although the service was quick, they got my order wrong and I didn't realize it until I got home and opened up both sandwiches. Both sandwiches looked like all condiments were just tossed in there looking quite messy. Both tasted decent and the assistant manager took care of the incorrect sandwich. I'll come back here again for a second try read more

EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE!!! I see a bunch of "cry-babies" have written their sad little stories on here and it honestly shocks me. I have been going to this Jersey Mikes for years now... Not once have I had a poor experience. The food is always excellent and the service is TOP NOTCH! Even when they have a line of people in here ordering 5+ sandwiches EACH, they always welcome guests and are diligent in their duties. Yes-Shredded lettuce and the plethora of other selections/ condiments that goes on a piece of bread does tend to get a little "unorganized" on a jam packed sandwich, SO if you are looking for skimpy sandwiches there is a Subway down the road :). I appreciate the service every time, especially from Collin and Lillian. Thank you JMS Staff Also! They have this DELISH new "Stubborn" soda that is Fair-trade with no corn syrup and stuff like that, if that is your kind of thing ;). Lastly; if Postmates isn't letting you order what you want, pull up your pants and drive there OR maybe settle it with POSTMATES?!?. Rant over :) read more

The sandwich's are really good. Definitely one of the best sandwich places. But the kids working at this location mess around. I would suggest an adult should work with them. read more

A terrible establishment, the manager Ashely never helps her fellow employees with customers and instead would rather do work on her laptop or walking around aimlessly in the back. She can also be seen being two faced by requiring a doctors note when you have PROOF of a fever but leaves herself 6 hours early into her shift because her "throat feels weird". Fucking ridiculous and they don't even give their employees the decency to explain why they got fired. Would not recommend for a job as you could be silently fired at any moment. As for the food, they failed their inspection so that should tell you the cleanliness of the establishment. read more

I love eating at jersey mikes, I prefer the ham and Swiss mikes way add Mayo and take away the Oregano :)

They always seem to mess up a simple order. Also the kitchen is pretty dirty. Seem to be a badly managed place. I won't be going back.

Don't bother. This place has gone way downhill. I've been coming here since they opened. Always the same, a regular #7 is six slices of Turkey, nobody ever weighed anything. Today I go into this place, and now all of a sudden, a regular #7 is only three slices of Turkey. They say it's based on weight, but no one ever weighed my sandwich, so could that be possible? Questioned them and they said this is how they've always done it and that I was wrong. Walked out, called three other Jersey Mikes nearby and they all said the same thing, six to seven slices is the norm for a regular #7. read more

Got a chipotle cheese steak, they didn't put any meat in it just the peppers and onions

Poorly stocked, poorly trained, and understaffed most of the time.

I have eaten at Jersey Mike's many times and always have a good experience. Yesterday however was horrible. For whatever reason they had me pay before my sandwiches were made and I asked for gluten free bread on one of my sandwiches. At the end of making the gluten free sandwich I was told the bread was frozen and to let it sit for a few minutes to thaw out... that was horrible customer service! I should have been told all the gluten free bread was frozen and then I would have went somewhere else to eat! I am extremely disappointed and will NOT being returning to this location. read more

I usually love going to Jersey Mike's because they have awesome sandwiches however this is the second time I've been to this location and they've gotten my order wrong. I asked for Rosemary Parmesan bread on tuna the sandwiches in which they put on white bread and when I asked if it was on Rosemary parmesan they told me yes. The bread is super tough and very chewy and there is no mayonnaise on two of the sandwiches there was onions on one when it wasn't requested and I just am not happy with the sandwiches very disappointed not going back to this location ever again I will go out of my way to the location that serves better food. read more

So today I placed my order on Postmates with no issue, and then 20 mins later it was unexpectedly cancelled. I called the store to see what happened, and I got a laundry list of excuses about contract negotiations and issues with their menu, etc etc, and that they aren't allowed to accept Postmates orders. I asked why does Postmates show on your sign...because I was literally just in there yesterday? And why did it let me place the order, because normally it will say unavailable or something? He said he had no idea. I ended up deciding to just go pick it up since I didn't want to waste anymore time. I arrived at the store at the expected time, but food was not ready. I asked for my drink and waited. I waited an extra 20 mins for my food, and then if that wasn't bad enough, they didn't even have the cookies I ordered in there and had to go in the back to look for some. They came back up front and didn't say anything, so I figured maybe they were heating them up, I wasn't sure. So, I'm still waiting...over cookies. 10 mins later I'm still standing there and I finally said, how long is this going to take? He said "oh well unfortunately it looks like we are out of cookies right now". He couldn't have said that 10 mins ago??? I asked why they let me just stand there? He said there must have been a miscommunication. I asked how? All of them knew I was waiting on cookies, and no one said anything about them being "out". I said, can I please have my money back then so I can go, because my kids have been waiting on their food ultimately for over 2 hours at this point. He said since I placed my order online, I couldn't even get a refund. Seriously SO frustrating. I loooove Jersey Mike's normally, but I have given this location too many chances and gotten incorrect orders and poor service. Don't waste your time or money here! The extra drive to one of the others in the area is worth it, especially for the high price tag on these sandwiches. read more

Authentic Jersey Shore subs. I know, I've been to New Jersey and these are exactly the same as you get there. I usually order the #13. It has provolone, ham, prosciutto, capacol and pepperoni on a freshly baked hoagie roll. Be sure to get it Mike's way with onions, lettuce, tomato, red wine vinegar, olive oil and oregano. It doesn't matter which store you visit, the sandwiches are identical. I guess they train the employees well. Lol. read more

I had a friend that visited this establishment yesterday evening. She is an Uber and Lyft driver. C stopped at this Jersey Mike's In desperate need to use the restroom and planning to buy a sandwich at the same time . They were open but had no bread for sandwiches. Being desperate to use the restroom as a 60 year old woman she proceeded to do so. The employee told her she couldn't . Being desperate she proceeded to use the restroom. The young male employee took the key and opened the door while she was on the toilet and insisted she had to leave. Being completely humiliated and scared she never filed a complaint but just left. This is sexual harassment and should never be it tolerated in any establishment. This Jersey Mike's is not a safe establishment to visit. read more

Please take your business somewhere else. This Jersey Mike's doesn't care about customer service or their value of their customers. I ordered a sub and the guy in the front desk was so rude. He asked me what do I want. Didn't greet me didn't do nothing. Mind you me and my family go to Jersey mikes at least once a week. And I work at a company that likes to get food from here also too. But unfortunately we are never going to come here again. That was one of the rudest service I have ever had in my entire life. I gave the guy a $20 bill and the total was $8.25 he gave me $10 back. And when I told him that you're missing a dollar he gave me a quarterback. I can't tell if he was on drugs or if he just doesn't know how to count. And finally one of his coworkers gave me a dollar back. I have an usually never had bad service at Jersey mikes but this was the first time that they were extremely disrespectful and rude. I'm sorry I will not be coming back here again. I'd rather go to Jimmy John's or Subway. read more

I tried this location again, same experience. I will drive the extra couple of miles to go to the 97th and Sunnyside location.

I won't be purchasing from this store again. They consistently screw up my online orders. We usually order via the app for my family of 3, all giant subs so that we have leftovers. More times than not, they make a mistake on at least one of the 3 subs, usually putting Mayo on my son's "no Mayo" BLT. What is more frustrating is that when I leave feedback via the app, requesting a response from the store, hopefully in the form of a refund or credit, NO ONE EVER RESPONDS. After I have gotten home with my subs, the last thing I feel like doing is driving the 5 mile round trip back to the store to get another sub. Respond to my feedback, refund the sub or give me Shore Points for my next order! In other words, pretend like you care about your customers! This has now happened one too many times and this place has lost my business forever. Looking forward to Capriotti's opening across the street in the next couple of weeks. I'm pretty sure this Jersey Mikes will be losing a lot of business. Mistakes happen, that can't be controlled, how you respond and recover from the mistake is what counts, and the "leadership" of this store fails miserably read more
