Ordered online using a coupon. Arrived at the restaurant for my order to be told that they could not process the order because the coupon could not be applied. The sandwich was made directly on the counter without a barrier. This is unsanitary since the entire time I was there I did not see anyone clean the counter. I mentioned it and was ignored. When I asked for a bag with a handle, my sandwich was heavy, I was simply told NO. I do not recognize the brand of cold cuts they use. The workers are not friendly. Been here a few times and I've never been disappointed. Subs are fresh and you get generous portions for the price. The store is clean and the staff is quick and friendly. I usually get the #13 Mike's way, but the philly is also really good. Definitely recommend checking this place out. read more

Ordered two sandwiches spent almost twenty bucks both were very anemic inside. My chicken salad was tasty but looked like a smear rather then a decent portion. My girlfriend order a gluten free sub . First time trying this jersey sensation here on Long Island and I was impressed! Location is the old Quiznos which I never even gave the time of day Lol just never appealed to me or many other people for that matter, this renovated location is super clean w plenty of parking, walking in i noticed it was quiet because I missed the lunch crowd w a good seating area and a nice big flatscreen playing sports which is always good!, everybody behind the counter had a smile on their face and when I was ready the girl behind the counter who was very sweet assisting me on what to irder being it was my first time here and she recommended the chipotle cheesesteak, mounds of juicy thin steak w grilled onions,peppers chipotle mayo on some pretty delicious & fresh bread,my thoughts? Wow they knocked it out of the park! I just ordered the regular size and it was huge! The bread, the steak and the juicesmade it, Great flavor! The chipotle mayo was not over spicy but tasty as heck! I recently went to Mike's Subs to purchase a philly cheese steak. I give my sandwich a solid 9.5/10. The reason it is missing that .5 is because my bread was not toasted. I had been waiting for Jersey Mikes to open since I heard about it! Well my wife and I went on "Opening Day" and we were pleased. I ordered an Original Italian giant for $13. I must say it was good for the price but I have had better. I swear by My Hero in North Merrick as the best tasting sandwiches on Long island. But my all time favorite. which if it should ever come to Long Island will put lots of sandwhich spots out of business... DiBella's Subs. But back to Jersey Mikes. My sandwich was good, a little on the cold side but was very tasty, The meat was fresh and there was lots of it! (Ok...not like Katz Deli.) My wife ordered a Chicken Caesar Wrap and was pleasantly surprised of how well it tasted. I will definitely be going back to try the other Subs they sell. For the price of the Giant some may find it expensive paying so much for a sandwich on Long Island. $14 The staff was extremely pleasant and I believe that is very important in a business like this one. I have wanted to try Jersey Mike's since I heard that they located to Long Island,well I finally had the chance to try it tonight!! The food was delicious,the place is very,very clean&may I add it's a brand new location on the Island that's a little closer to my house,so it's a lot more convenient for me to get to more often,the sandwich that I had was something I normally would never try,I was gonna go for a cold sub the jersey shore,instead I wanted something totally different which was a hot sub,the #20 on the menu,My husband had the big kahuna which he absolutely loved!!! This was the best experience I have ever had. From the time I walked into the store the smell of the bread was so good. The store looked so clean I was very happy to pick this store for my family dinner for this Sunday night. I was served by Anthony, Melvin & Matt there quality of service was totally awesome they worked perfect together and fixed my food impressively fast they where very knowledgeable of there menu. I was able to have pleasant conversation with all the staff members I will definitely be coming back here at the location again. read more

The service isn't bad but the place is disgusting. The floors are filthy. The tables were dirty. The grill is gross. The entire place needs a manager to get in there and straighten it out otherwise it is going to go under with such terrible care. The counter was dirty and when cutting the cold cuts they were putting the bread directly on the counter and also when doing the finishing touches. Definitely prefer Jersey Mike's to Subway. They fairly no frills not as many choices for bread/ toppings. However, I do enjoy their Classic Italian "Mike's Way" and the Chipotle Cheese Steak. Prices are a little high but if you sign up for emails and join the rewards club, I often get great discounts. Service isn't terrible but can be slow. One time the manager saw me waiting extra long and offered me a free beverage, which was appreciated. read more

I had my first experience of Jersey mikes at this location. I actually had to ask the person doing the fixings to change gloves, cause she just was making a tuna sub for someone before me. Ok if you know food service industry and or worked in it, you change gloves emiditly when dealing with anything that can cause food allergies. She agreed to but not before putting her hands over my food. So if you have allergies of any type don't go here they have not been trained properly. read more

First time here. Ordered the hot sub - chicken bacon ranch cheese steak and it was very salty. I actually prefer Subway. I like being able to customize the sandwich. My hubby had a cold sub can't recall which one but it wasn't great. My son liked his simple salami on bread. FYI you can't substitute the chips with the cookie with a kids meal. Overall place looks clean. Service was ok not super friendly. Looks like workers were confused on taking and making the orders. I won't be back. read more

Note to self: If your down to your last $20, stomach grumbling to hot to cook and you get another coupon in the mail to this place put it in the recycle bin. I had a BOGO coupon; my friend and I were starved as we didn't have lunch. I ordered the chicken parm and she the chipotle cheese-steak. We ordered a giant because were weren't sure what the regular size looked like. When we saw the Giant bread we chatted to each other that we can't eat that; however we settled we wouldn't change the order and save the rest for the next day. Two good things came out of that decision. The chicken parm was inedible. About 2 small slivers of wet fried chicken breast on an entire half of this "giant" and a dollop of ketchup (or tomato sauce} and I thought "parmigiana" meant cheese but I see it or taste it. I took 3 bites. One was a mouth full of bread (no sauce, chicken...nothing), the next two bites were into ketchup-covered gristle on 2 separate pieces! By then I was done. It was dry, DRY, no cheese and they skimped so much on the chicken I had more cartilage and bread than anything else. My friend shared the other half of her cheesesteak that wasn't great but edible. Not much meat on that either but a little tastier. I'm thankful for the coupon that I didn't have to pay for that yucky sandwich which ended up in the garbage. read more

Wow , I am really disappointed . I've been wanting to try this place so badly ! I finally get a chance to go after work since I work in the area. They didn't want to honor my coupon because it expired yesterday apparently. I asked the cashier what to do than , the girl doing the sandwich said I could leave it . Which I did ....
