You know I'm a big fan of this chain and this location isn't an exception. It's in a great location, right by Route 135 and off Sunrise highway. And when I'm starving and need something quick while I'm by an Arby's, I go here to feel less guilty. But then I go and get jalapeño poppers because they have the best ones. And the best unsweetened tea. The staff is sweet and the drive through is quick. Overall a solid location and I'll continue to go back to this one for sure. read more

I had a yen for marginal quality mystery roast beef. Arby's was running a deal on the app, buy one classic roast beef and cheese sandwich and get one free. I was all over that lunch deal. It definitely wasn't the best sandwich, and for that matter, roast beef sandwich I ever had...... But quite honestly, it wasn't half bad. The roast beef came on an onion bun with liquid cheese and a tangy sauce. I pre-ordered on the app, flew through the drive-thru and was eating in my car within 2 minutes after receiving the order. Update: The air conditioning has finally been fixed, but I shouldn't have had to complain here & to corporate about it. Been going here since the store opened. Used to be great, rarely had any problems. But sadly the former owner (Mr.Clarke) passed away at the end of 2018. He was just a regular guy and cared very much about the customers and the employees. His sons tried to run it but it was eventually sold to LRE Enterprises Inc. It's been downhill ever since. cleanliness wasn't as good, they started running out of stuff more, food quality was less consistent. And they cut the channels on the TV to basic cable. Then we couldn't even ask for the channel to be changed anymore and were forced to watch News12. Still, I enjoyed the food and the employees were friendly. Even if I had to wait a little longer because the new owner was cutting hours. This past winter it was a little cold inside but it didn't bother me that much since I can tolerate the cold. But this past month was the final straw. There is barely any air conditioning inside the store. I have complained about it being too hot at least several times within the past week. I feel bad for the employees who try their best to make us happy they are sweating yet can't do anything I have been told because the owner is very cheap and controlling. Today I measured a temperature over 80 degrees inside. After my meal I had a terrible headache and felt sick I do not tolerate heat well at all. Now I know I will no longer be able to eat at this location unless it is a cool weather day. They were one of the first Arby's locations to open on Long Island after 2000. If the owner is reading these comments then he needs to stop being so cheap and start RESPECTING your hard working employees and loyal customers by making the experience at the standard and quality I expect from Arby's. That means adequate air conditioning, proper staffing levels, and consistent food quality. And allowing us to request another TV station instead of being forced to watch the same loop of news over & over again on News12. I never appreciated just how good we had it with Mr.Clarke. R.I.P. man I'm sorry for what the new owners did to your franchise you worked so hard to keep top notch. LRE Enterprises Inc you need to do right by Mr.Clarke! Until then I will be taking my business to the other Arby's franchise on Long Island, no one should have to sit inside a hot restaurant after spending over $50 a week there. read more

This was my first ever Arby's experience. My cousin demanded we go here once she learned I hadn't. She explained to me that they are mostly a roast beef place. I like roast beef, but I'm not into it so much that I would eat it at a fast food joint. If I do end up going to a fast food place I try and stick with chicken in hopes that it is a tinier bit better than alternatives. So in this case, I ordered a small combo of the chicken, bacon, & swiss. The curly fries were fantastic, one of the best of the places I've gone. The chicken burger wasn't stand-out in any regard. The dressing on it, while had a nice flavor, was overly runny. I tried out all the sauces available and was excited to see a spicy option since I love adding a little spice to my dishes. I dipped a coveted curly fry into it, took a bite, and... was severely underwhelmed by it. It wasn't spicy at all. A big disappointment. Their bbq sauce was also a letdown, lacked flavor. I normally order through Uber Eats & just about every single time I order from this Arby's location my order is constantly wrong. Today alone I ordered the half pound roast beef & got the smokehouse brisket. I never received a drink. I tried calling & it took about an hour until someone picked up. I spoke with the manager who's 1st suggestion was for me to come to the store for the correct items. If I wanted to do that, I would have never ordered delivery. Then his 2nd suggestion was for me to place another order & have uber refund me the money. Why? So my next order will be wrong too? The food is usually fine I don't have any issue for the most part. But I do have a problem when food is constantly forgotten and staff is not friendly or easy to deal with. I shouldn't have to find out food is missing then wait over 10 minutes trying to turn around in traffic to go back. I'm thinking Arby's because it's good mood food (old jingle meets new). There are not many Arby's locations around Long Island, and that is quite unfortunate because as far as fast food roast beef sandwiches go (quite a niche I know), Arby's is certainly king. In any case, this Arby's location on Sunrise Highway is a welcome addition to the area. I have been to this particular location on several occasions and must admit it's one of the cleanest Arby's I've been to. Part of that has to do (I'm sure) with how new this store is compared to others, but even then the staff does a great job keeping this place clean (it is more than a few years old by now). Staff here is great as well. On all occasions I've visited, the employees behind the counter have been polite, friendly and efficient, and I've found similar experiences at the drive-thru. In terms of food, Arby's lovers will not be disappointed by this location. The roast beef sandwiches are served warm and juicy with all your favorite sauces (BBQ, honey mustard, ranch, horsey, etc.), and the curly fries have the Arby's seasoning and flavor we all know and love. The store also includes the standard assortment of shakes and beverages (free refills on sodas). If you're looking to take your food to go, the drive-thru and inside counter are both efficient. If you're looking to dine in, there are plenty of tables to choose from (all of which, again, are kept clean and tidy). Looking for some good mood food? Prior to checking out this Arby's, I had not had Arby's in over 5 years. We were on Sunrise Highway and it was a cheat day why the eff not? Who willingly turns down Arby's curly fries? The girl taking the orders was very sweet, however, very scatterbrained. We wanted two chicken tender meals so we could get the fries...She first rang everything up separately, then put it together, then made sure it was 2 orders over the course of 5 minutes. The order finally came out and she gave us berry sauce instead of BBQ sauce, which was quickly fixed. The ketchup was empty, the Arby's sauce tasted like Robitussin, and the hot sauce was mild at best. The chicken itself was very good and the jalapeno poppers were pretty decent. The fries were the winner, as they always are. It's Arby's. It's fast food. Don't come here expecting something special. Here's the Scoop: On our way back home from church we felt kinda hungry so we decided to stop at Arby's before my mother's day dinner. This Arby's is in Bellmore on Sunrise Hwy. very clean and many seat choices. Service is friendly and quick. The menu offers many different types of sandwiches as you know the slogan "We have the meats". I decided on a Gyro salad because it was different and light. My honey was cooking my Mother's Day dinner so I didn't want to spoil my appetite. The salad had fresh greens and a nice amount of Gyro meat. Very tasty. It also comes with pita bread sliced into triangles. My honey enjoyed his gyro sandwich and it was a nice size. Overall I think they definitely have the meats I couldn't believe the combinations of sandwiches. I usually get the roast beef but when I looked at the menu it changed everything. So if you're ever in the area check them out, the sandwiches are tasty and the curly fries great! read more

Employee of the Month, Andy Ordonez , needs to GREET people when they come to his register. Instead of just kinda looking at them and blankly and wondering if he turned off the gas and lights when he left his house. (This "andy-o" problem has been going on for quite some time now! Mr. Manager, where the fuck are you ?) Sketchy service in general here. Often, you will walk in and see NOBODY in the front register area for like 5 minutes! Are they dead? Did they all quit ? Were they abducted by bun-shaped U.F.O. s? Really weird. I often want to do a Bugs Bunny and go behind the register --ask myself "how can I help you?", the go back out on line to take my OWN order. Then slip back and hand me my change back. The Food: actually, I'd say a bit better in quality than the "big four" (White Castle, Burger King, Wendy's ,McDonalds). The sandwiches are all pretty BIG but they do up the price for that. BEST BET: the dollar sliders. The "hot buffalo wings" one is excellent ! And Horsey Sauce is STILL the best condiment God ever created. read more

As every fast food maven knows Arby's is something you never pass up when you have the chance. It's nice to have a few stores open in this area again. The roast beef always a favorite, the chicken is my thing, and I'm sure the burgers are good (just never waste an opportunity to have one of the former). On the side you can love the curly fries or onion rings; and there are other good choices too. But the thing that makes Arby's for me is their sauces. I mean, Ketchup is OK for other places, where you going to have a burger. But Arby's offers their signature sauce, which, I have to admit, makes me eat in rather than take out so I can self serve lots of it. There's also the famous horsey sauce, and honey mustard too. But now I might have found a new favorite. I ate my meal with their three pepper sauce and wow, I like that a lot! Went perfectly on my crispy chicken sandwich. I haven't seen an Arby's on Long Island...in forever. I've been coming here the last few weeks after my son's hockey practices over at Newbridge Arena. Not sure how busy it gets at other times, but around 9pm, it's not crowded at all and the service is fast and courteous. It's good for a change of pace from the usual hamburgers at the other chains. I don't think I have started eating Arby's until the last couple of years LOL, they have really stepped up their game in a big way! I really like this particular location, usually only get from the takeout window and the staff are always super friendly polite and efficient! My food is always hot fresh and delicious!, I really love these new brisket sandwiches and the fried turkey sandwich around Thanksgiving, curly fries are really tasty and the perfect complement to these amazing sandwiches!, I think the commercials are super catchy and they actually make me want to grab Arby's for lunch So it's effective! LOLArby's is a great alternative to boring McDonald's Wendy's and Taco Bell, Kudos to the management at this location for having a great staff and delivering great meals daily! read more

Went to Arby's today and order a Turkey Swiss sandwich. However Arby's put up false picture. There food doesn't come with actual bacon it advertise on sandwich. Why pay $9.33 for a meal they make look good in picture that doesn't actually look good when it come to you. The place was dirty. Didn't have sauce containers out or small lids. My oh my, what was I thinking when I ordered the brisket sandwich? I know, I had seen the Arby's commercial on t.v. and the sandwich looked like "WE HAVE THE MEATS!" For what it is... Fast food... I give it 4 stars for the taste & the value. The $1 sliders come with cheese & are really tasty & the curly fries are tasty as well. This particular Arby's is so much better than the one located on Wantagh Ave., in Wantagh . At least @ this drive thru... The line moves. Not so in Wantagh!!! Gotta love the Arby's sauces as well. I'm a bit obsessed with Arby's reuben (and limited time Super Reuben), so I was psyched when I spotted the Coming Soon signs on Sunrise Highway. A standalone Arby's on Long Island was much-needed and these folks do it right. Even with a long line both inside and at the drive-thru -- demand being high as it's only been around a few months -- they moved us quickly and we got our hot food in a short amount of time. My dad particularly enjoyed the zero calorie green iced tea. I just had a blast having my usual reuben with horsey sauce, curly fries with Arby's sauce, and combination lemonade and Sierra Mist. read more

I saw the commercials for the new gyro and I have to tell you (if anyone is even reading my yelps lol)...it is amazing. 2 for $6 but it's worth $6 each...it's so tasty, nice portion of meat on the pita, the onion and lettuce with their sauce...seriously the best. I didn't think they had fries because it's more of like a sub sandwich type place in my opinion but of course they do...and again they are amazing. Curly fries, fried to perfection. I can't believe I'm helping a fast food chain this hard but it's that good. If you haven't been, go. If you have gone, keep going because this place does it right. We love gyros and Greek salad...we normally pay $9-12 for a gyro and Arbys is just as good as the Greek place. I will certainly be back, for the meats. read more

While i usually go thru the drive thru i decided to go inside since i had a coupon and felt it was just easier to deal with it in person. I got the Market Fresh Roast Turkey & Bacon & Ranch,,,and got one free. I hate the curly FF and the other sides to me kinda suck so i just got those two sandwiches and some Arby's sauce and i was good to go. Visited the restaurant in Bellmore. Brisket was very tough. The bathroom was filthy. I informed the person how said he was one of the managers,and he didn't seem to care. When this chain opened up in this location the food and the restaurant was very good. Not any more! I see there sales dipping off in the near future. What a shame for a great brand name. read more

As Arby's goes this is a very good one the food is always hot freshly made generally this ample parking is a very clean bathroom and they do try hard there's a very big turnover however and staff as as always somebody new either at the drive-thru or somebody new with the register they do need people to clean the floors a little bit more but the food is good the onion rings are very good as well for someone who wants fast food that's not McDonald's or Burger King this is a great choice read more

I am a big fan of Arby's. Food is always really on-point and rarely have an issue. The cashiers are NOT the smartest people in the world however. Often times they have to be told the order more than once before they fully get it. One of my biggest complaints, however, is that the fish sandwich is NOT served year round. I like Arby's, it's a change of pace if you want fast food but not the usual places. They have expanded their menu a great deal of the past few years but my favorite is still the beef n cheddar with curly fries. This particular location is on Sunrise Highway and the drive thru can get so busy that is backs up on to the street. The parking lot also gets full during peak times. read more
