Ok. This is a Jersey Mike's. The food might be ubiquitous, but it is pretty much consistently good wherever I go. I am taking time to write a review of this one to highlight the exceptional service and work ethic I saw at this particular one. The ladies that were working were a well-oiled machine. I came in for lunch and the place (although relatively small) was crowded. Almost every table was taken. Very prompt and polite service and great communication with smiling faces. But let me comment on how they worked. As I was enjoying my perfectly prepared sub (an original Italian), there was zero wasted time or energy from the staff. Tables were cleaned and turned over quickly and the food prep area and counter, along with the deli slicer were SPOTLESS. They wiped everything down and made it look perfect between every order. And it happened so quickly and effortlessly that it took me a minute to catch on. Been coming to this particular location for a while now & my subs are always good! However today while I was waiting in line, an older white male decided to move in front of me & the employee cutting the meat & bread just went ahead & took his order like nothing happened. I ordered a curbside pickup for my wife to grab since she was already out with the kids. Well after waiting for 10 mins she goes in and they haven't even seen my order had printed. She had to get the kids out of the car just for to be told they haven't even made the sandwich or even know they had an order. We recently moved here from Florida and because I have serious gluten allergies I need to be very careful where I eat. The New Jersey Mikes I used to go to took great care to prepare my sandwich and avoid cross contamination. Unfortunately after having my sandwich there I had a gluten reaction. If I could give no stars I would. The manager named "will" does not care about how his employees work. My family ordered 6 subs all at regular size and almost none of it was done correctly. When calling the store to see if this could be fixed the manager then did absolutely nothing. Instead of admitting that the employees made our order wrong and trying to fix the mistake he told us the bread was just " cut funny". The size of the subs were wrong but that wasn't the only thing that was wrong with our order. It was the whole experience. Don't visit this location if you want your food made right or if you expect a manager to listen to why you're upset and attempt to fix the mistake. But if you're fine with shitty service and a lack or respect then this is the perfect establishment for you. :) read more

I haven't been to Jersey Mike's in a while. I didn't dine in I made an online order and picked it up. As soon as my order went through I received a phone call from Jersey Mike's to tell me that they were out of white bread. My order was for a California chicken cheese steak. It has chopped chicken, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on a white sub roll. My choices for bread since they were out of white bread was wheat, rosemary, a wrap or a salad bowl. I chose the rosemary bread. The rosemary bread was different and ok, I just prefer the white bread. The chicken cheese steak was just ok, might have been because it was almost closing time, but it will be a long minute before I get a sandwich from Jersey Mike's in Easley. read more

Subs are always top notch, cold subs or hot subs, made with fresh bread and quality ingredients. Its always made to my exact specifications. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Only once did I get a female employee at the grill who snarled at me when I pointed out that she forgot an ingredient.. Must have been a bad day. The hot pepper relish is outstanding, and so glad that its now available for purchase. I have read that their hot subs use stale bread, but I have found that not to be the case. Only minor issue is pricing. A little steep, but I guess quality comes at a price. I also like their point system, where you accumulate points every time you go, and get a free sandwich occasionally. Worst sandwich ever. Placed our order at 7:23, online order said it would be ready at 7:53. Tried to pickup at 7:47 only to find out, it had not even been started and there were four orders ahead of ours and people in line. Husband walked out of store with sandwiches at 8:09. One sandwich was made wrong and the other had a bun that was so hard that I had to remove it before I could eat the sandwich. read more

We love this place!!! This is our go to place for heroes (NY Thing). They always get the order spot on!!! Their rewards program is great, and their staff never disappoints. Personally I like Jersey Mike's Subs. The bread is fresh and the ingredients all taste bright and fresh. The Italian Sub with the pepper relish is my favorite sandwich here. The restaurant is clean as were the facilities. We ate here for lunch after church on Sunday as my daughter had a birthday party to go to nearby. The staff were great, they recommended the family plan since there were only four in our party this visit. It's a great deal as we had two giant subs to split and we got four drinks and four bags of chips to go with it. I'm not sure if I've won the family over yet, but I'll keep trying. read more

I placed an order on the app 15 minutes prior to arriving at the restaurant. Once I got there I had to wait 15 more minutes for them to prepare the food and I could see that it was done but they continued serving people in the line and wouldn't simply hand me my sandwich over the pickup counter. I ended up having to leave without food because they wouldn't serve me and I wasted my entire lunch break waiting on food. I'm a transplanted Jersey girl, quite familiar with Jersey Mike's in Point Pleasant... my favorite being the cheese steak, onions, extra cheese, no peppers. It's as good as the original cheese steak in Philly, or the Midway in Seaside Heights! read more

Not sure why this establishment has the process to place their customers order on a rack by the front door, but don't utilize this process. Sat in the car waiting for my order to placed on the rack, 15 minutes later had to walk in and ask about my order. It was ready and sitting in a bag behind the counter. Now the hot sub is cold and soggy. Why have a process if employees won't follow suit? read more

Wow! I have had the Buffalo chicken wrap and it was good but today I had the #2 and it was the best sub I have ever had. Fresh bread veggies and meats. The only complaint is price. It was 26.00 for three of us to eat. If the prices where a bit lower it would have rated 4 stars. read more

I recently visited this location for lunch, but I will not be going back! Once I entered the restaurant, I was not greeted nor asked if I could be helped or if I had any questions about the menu. I was stared at by the staff for what felt like forever, before being asked what I wanted to eat. The staff was extremely rude throughout the entire ordering process, and made it seem like I was a burden to them as soon as I came through the door. I ordered 2 combos, which came with chips & drinks but for some reason, I was not given the cups for my drinks until I asked for them AFTER I had already paid for my food. Everyone that came in after me was greeted with a smile immediately as they walked through the door & even was told to have a nice day once they left. No staff member said a word as I was leaving. I was treated differently from each person that came in after me. The staff needs to be trained on how to treat everyone equal; especially when they come to spend money in their establishment. read more

I was there today, the food was ok, service great by the staff. But, it is dirty in there. The bathrooms are nasty, no seat covers, nowhere to hang your purse, the toilet and floor were a mess. The filters over the ice maker were coated in dust. The light fixtures dusty and full of bugs over their prep station. It needs a deep cleaning. Kind of made me sick while I ate. Blah! read more

I love Jersey Mike's, super fresh, and super good, bit pricey, but definitely worth it! My favorite is the #7, which is the turkey.
