you know what sounds super appetizing? ordering a hamburger with onions, tomato, and relish on it to get ground beef on two buns. And I mean nothing but ground beef. Then my boyfriend opened his burger and received all of the things I ordered piled onto his plain bacon cheeseburger, even though it's correctly typed out on the order receipt and the order ticket not very allergy friendly of you guys . if I was a manager, this would would raise major concerns. Food: I want to brag on Five Guys. My youngest child considers a burger to be bread and cheese, hence cheeseburger. Today was her first time trying a real burger in her 10 years of life, and she said it was the best thing she ever ate. I was totally shocked! The rest of the family enjoyed their burgers as well. Food is good, kitchen is super clean. The only thing I have a problem with is the GM at the time I was working here. Seriously the worst person I've ever worked with. A blatant racist, and very condescending to ever she works over, except those of her own race. I would reconsider eating or working here until she is gone. The service was good, the wait time for food preparation was about 7 minutes, and the food was tasty. The cost for one burger was almost $8 but it was well worth it. You can't go wrong here. Whenever I'm craving a perfectly sized, juicy burger I will always head to Five Guys for their "Little" burger. As usual, the overabundance of fries is a great deal, so just one order for two people will suffice. Excellent lunch experience. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in by not one but two friendly employees. My friend and I were pretty sure what we wanted but the cashier helped us to make sure we ordered our burgers exactly like we wanted. I had forgotten just how many toppings they had. We decided to split fries and each got a drink. The price was a little over $20. They have a Coke Freestyle machine and I got to try Mr. Pibb Zero, it was fantastic. We then grabbed ketchup and napkins then to find a seat and wait. The reason for 4 stars is we had to clean off a table as none were clean. Very shortly they called our number and everything was fresh and prepared as requested. I will definitely visit again when looking for a great burger. read more

My son and I decided to stop in here for lunch for our first time and the burgers were delicious and big. They serve peanuts and cook the fries in peanut oil and were super sweet and accommodating about my peanut allergy. They even wiped down a table for us to be on the safe side which was so nice. Well what can I say, who doesn't like 5 Guys?? Ordered online and I scheduled a pickup 15 minutes later. Restaurant is typical 5 Guys, spacious, clean and friendly staff. Food was ready as soon as I got there, all that was left to be done was to drop the cajun fries. A couple of minutes later and I was out the door. Easy in... easy out, just the way I like it. Bacon cheeseburger was tasty as always, meat was cooked to perfection, no complaints out of me. Grilled hot dog cant get any better. I don't know what it is, but its something about fries, thrown in a brown bag with a cup in there that's just sexy to me LMAO Only 5 guys can get away with that. The food tasted delicious; however, it may not be worth the price for the fries. I've noticed this particular location in Easley does not fill the fry cup to the top. They leave about a 2 inch gap. One could argue the rest of the fries are on the bottom of the bag; however, the fries on the bottom of the bag are not extra fries. The amount of fries in the cup and on the bottom of the bag are exactly the amount of fries Five Guys plans to serve with each order. They just tell us, or we assume they are extra, which works out for Five Guys as an advertising gimmick. According to their website, a large fry costs $5.59. If this particular location in Easley is not going to serve the full amount of fries, they should lower the price. If you are truly craving Five Guys, perhaps go to a different location to get the full value for your hard earned money. On a more positive note, as mentioned before, the food was absolutely delicious and served in a very timely manner. The people I've interacted with in the restaurant are extremely polite and friendly and I thank them for their hard work. read more

Very tasty for a burger joint. Hamburger taste like a custom grilled burger you would get at a nice restaurant, and the fries are very tasty. The reason I'm giving it only three stars it is because it doesn't really stand out from any other gourmet burger. My husband and I love Five Guys but it is pricey. Just for two burgers, one fry, and drinks it cost over $22.00. That is a little high for burgers and fries. I will be a while until we will be going back due to the prices. As for the food it was great! Burgers were cooked perfect. The condiments were fresh and the fries were yummy! Experienced Five Guys for the first time last week and was impressed! Their little cheeseburger was very tasty and reasonably priced! The only thing I disliked about the restaurant was that everything was a la carte, meaning you had to purchase fries and a drink separate from your burger.
