I came in for lunch and the place (although relatively small) was crowded. Almost every table was taken. Very prompt and polite service and great communication with smiling faces. But let me comment on how they worked. As I was enjoying my perfectly prepared sub (an original Italian), there was zero wasted time or energy from the staff. Tables were cleaned and turned over quickly and the food prep area and counter, along with the deli slicer were SPOTLESS. They wiped everything down and made it look perfect between every order. And it happened so quickly and effortlessly that it took me a minute to catch on. Kudos to these ladies for taking pride in their work and making a simple sub sandwich lunch a memorable experience.
