I've given this location a couple chances but today they didn't have any minis (you could probably just cut the bread to that size), no ice, no napkins and the employees were chatting away the whole time. No urgency or customer service. My regular size sandwich was the skinniest bread I've ever seen at a jersey mikes. Miserably slow. It took the cashier over 20 minutes to process one order before mine. One customer even walked out after waiting for 15 minutes without the sandwich he had requested. Inattentive. I asked that each of three sandwiches get everything except jalapeños and onions. I had to repeat that for each of the sandwiches. And then again for all the sandwiches, as they put it 'Just to make sure.' Really? "Everything except jalapeños and onions" is that tough a concept?!? The receipt was illegible. This is a decent go-to fast food option for us. We enjoy the subs, and find that the prices are reasonable. Usually, we get in, order and walk out within a couple minutes which is great during COVID. They have a large space and we have never seen it at capacity. There is also a lot of outdoor seating, so you can get your sub and eat it outside. We have liked most of the subs we have had so far, with the exception of the buffalo chicken sub which had too much sauce on it. read more

Quick, easy, convenient. A short wait for freshly sliced meats and cheese onto a sub roll here at Jersey Mike's. The gent who took my order was polite and the gent who rang up my order was efficient. Love jersey mikes. Always have. But this specific location fails me every time. This last visit was the straw for me. For there to 7 people working at one time it should not have taken 30 minutes for my 2 hot sandwiches to be made. I also ordered it for pick up. Don't offer online orders if it can't be handled. Once my sandwich was ready it sat for 10 minutes before I had to ask to see if my order was ready...which it was. Definitely not going back to this Jersey Mikes. The first couple of times I had Jersey Mike's I was pretty critical of their white bread. To me a sandwich is just a reason to eat delicious bread and it seemed like the white bread was thin and flavorless. Enter the rosemary parm bread, I am now addicted . Pair it with a bacon ranch chicken cheesesteak and I am always craving this sandwich. Other strong contenders include their original Italian (add pickles, mayo and mustard) and big kahuna cheesteaks (light on the jalapenos). We always err on getting larger sandwiches as I'm a big fan or leftovers (yes even when the bread gets both damp and dry from the fridge). They have an app, curbside pickup, and a rewards program. I had a BOGO coupon and visited on a late weekday evening. This place is located at the far end of a strip mall, so not the most visible unless you're coming in from the far entrance. Staff was polite and my order of a chicken philly and a veggie sub was promptly filled. The Jersey Mike's chain really should do a better veggie sub. Like I told my wife, who the sub was for, it's basically a meat sandwich without the meat (green peppers and cheese) and you can add lettuce and tomatoes. The big Kahuna cheese steak by Jersey's Mike is probably the best cheese steak sandwich prepared by a chain sandwich shop I have ever had. The steak portion was very generous and the employee recommended adding the chipotle mayo to my sandwich. This location is terrible! I am a big Jersey Mike's fan, but will not be back. My online order specified Gluten free bread because we had a celiac (autoimmune disease) diner in the group. We added her name to the order and even put a reminder that this was a gluten free diner in the comments. She is going to be weak, in pain, and vomiting for the next 36 hours because they don't care enough about their customers to read the comments on orders. I explained the situation after the diner realized Mike's mistake and asked for a refund. They refused because she had already eaten most of the sandwich. To a person with Celiac, gluten is a poison! Yippie, just got back from the brand new Jersey Mike's that's right in my backyard! It's in Renissance Center at the end near the apartment complex. Lots of seating inside and out. Clean and roomy with three large flat screen tv's. They have a great friendly crew making those huge killer subs! This is the only location I've noticed that has those see through shades on the windows to keep the heat & glare out. It really makes a huge difference, especially on super hot days! So I called them yesterday to inquire about whether or not they had gift cards for sale and the young lady that answered the phone was very polite and even joked with me when I asked if they gift cards were issued in any amount. This is genuinely one of the worst run Jersey Mikes you will find anywhere. From incredibly rude workers who have become verbally aggressive to other customers to consistently long service and poor quality of food, this a location to stay as far away as possible from. I only order on the app as a mobile order, and 95% of the time my sub is not ready on time. While I understand understaffing if an understandable problem, this location has been consistently understaffed for 2 years and never fulfills order on time. I consistently wait 10-15 minutes after the "ready by" time, and even sometimes the sub has been left off to the side and cold, which one time my sub getting completely lost. This is usually my go to location but after today I will never step foot in this location. The manager stopped taking customers orders to help an employee. When I asked him could we get our food he immediately became defensive and began yelling at me that I'm rude and I'm not treating them like humans. Which was totally incorrect. No one acknowledged us customers to let us know there was going to be a wait. So me asking for my order when I'm watching employees walk around and not help any customers is far from rude. He then started slamming this around aggressively asking me what do I want. He continued to yell and ask me am I happy that I was getting my food before everyone. It wasn't that I wanted my food before everyone I wanted us all to be serviced because that's the only reason we came to jersey mikes in the first place. And of course when I asked for a general manager/owner contact information no one knows anything. I hope someone sees this review and does something about this manager because this behavior is totally unacceptable especially from a manager. I ordered a tub, since I cannot eat the type of bread JM's serves, and asked for the tub to be all the way, the same as a sandwich, and received none of the additional toppings I asked for. In addition, regarding the cashier, if a customer doesn't know that she now has to enter her JM Club number into the credit card machine when paying, explain it, don't just hit the button and say nothing. I wanted our sub, a drink, no chips and my boyfriend wanted a brownie but she rang us up for our sub, a brownie, chips, and two cups of water. Everyone behind the counter was professional, polite, and friendly. They actually seemed happy to be there. When I got my Italian sub, it was like one of those sandwich super models-- you know, the airbrushed, too-good-to-be-true, beautiful subs that they use in commercials?
