It's been several days, so time is up. EDIT: Chipotle responded below asking me to Contact them through their website. I DID THAT A WEEK BEFORE POSTING THIS. They never emailed me back!! I went in at 10:15 the other night to pickup my Mobile Order. I added a Large Drink while i waited (it wasn't ready yet). Place was traaaashed, and multiple team members were chilling in their phones or standing there talking. Girl at the front line was moving to start cleaning the cold wells. Another was at the front stocking napkins and condiments. I went to fill up my drink, and stop short. The Soda Machine was caked with Mold. The Ice Dispenser had so my black mold lining the acrylic funnel that it looked pooled and wet. I pointed it out to the girl stocking the napkins/condiments, saying, "Hey.. that's all MOLD." I pointed to several of the fountain dispensers that were slimy as well. I asked her when the last time was that they cleaned it, and she says, "We don't clean that, we just stock and wipe down the counter." "Seriously?!?l I asked. Her eyes got big and she disappeared around the corner into the kitchen. I sat to eat while I waited for the soda machine to be cleaned. I heared her talking with another employee around the corner: "The guy said the machine is full of mold. It looks nasty." "Well, I ain't touching mold." "Well neither am I!!" About 10 minutes later she came back around the corner. I grabbed a napkin and wiped the rim of the acrylic funnel for the ice, and showed the employee the black-filled paper. "That's MOLD. This should be broken down nightly with the parts washed and sanitized. And you won't touch it?" Wide-eyed again, she grabbed the stuff she left behind and disappeared back into the kitchen. I wiped down more of the machine with the napkins, but it never looked clean enough. It dawned on my halfway through that I should take photos for proof. You can see black mold lining the upper edges of the acrylic funnel that I mentioned. When I started, it was like someone dipped wet, black nail polish at the bottom edge. The tables, floors, and trash bins were out of control, and the cold wells were lined with ice to where the 1/4 pans would barely fit - they weren't defrosted or cleaned anytime recently. This place is NASTY. I know of several people who drive out of their way to avoid this location, and more I experienced why first-hand.
