visited 3.13.26 around 230p and were told that there would be a 10 min, on items after 15 mins were advised another 20 mins. Server at station was wiping trash from the station with gloves and touching customers food with same gloves. Multiple times visited the trash and even wiped their face and instead of changing gloves, proceeded to change one and continue serving food. I'm sure this was a major OSHA violation. After so time we asked about the wait time and the same server seemed annoyed and was very dismissive so instead we decided to take our business elsewhere so we just exited the location. Understanding she might've been overwhelmed but the customer service was subpar and we were treated poorly. I was very disappointed and surely will not return to this location. read more

The reviews are scary for most Chipotle locations in this area and I was half expecting to walk out and get something else. Walking in the location was quiet and clean which was surprising for dinner time. A sign on the door said they were out of lettuce, queso, and chips. The proteins were looking a little rough for what you'd think would be prime time of ordering. The line worker gave great portions of rice and toppings which were given without me asking. Maybe this Wednesday evening was a fluke as the ratings would lead you to believe. I'll definitely be back to give them a try. read more

Walked in thinking I was going to order their new (at least I think it's new) Pollo Asado chicken. They were all out. Very disappointing because I'm normally not a huge Chipotle fan. I ordered a bowl. I love onions, especially in a rice bowl. However, they only offer the fajita mix which has peppers in it. I am not a fan of peppers. Tonight, I decided to order food from chipotle In Dearborn heights, Mi online. I picked up my order and it was incorrect, I called and couldn't even talk to a person. I go back up there to find out they don't have any of the condiments I requested for my food. I ask the manager for a refund and he told me I'll have to go back online, which I already discovered that it didn't work when I tried earlier. While in the restaurant the two girls who were preparing mobile orders were laughing about the situation, as if someone going without food is funny. The associates were no help, the manager was no help. I left chipotle with no food and no refund, and not a single person in that establishment cared or tried to make it right! This is by far the worse chipotle you can go to. The staff are unprofessional and do not care about anything other than the time to clock out. Ordered food tonight after experiencing issues previously, but it's the local chipotle and didn't want to drive 30 minutes to the other one. How can a salad that I order come without lettuce? No one attempted to contact me before pickup/delivery for substitutes or alternative option which might be available. Also how can a chipotle run out of all lettuce, sour cream, salad dressing, salsa, etc. Come on. Let's not forget to mention the quesadilla. This location NEVER has items in stock. You can't go a visit without being shorted an item or being given brown guacamole which you're paying $2.95 for. Don't place a mobile or delivery order either - they won't fill your bowl up and have you pick it up (or get it delivered to you). When you try to contact someone, they take you straight to Corporate and refuse actually to give you the food you ordered. The workers at this location are so rude - I always receive a terrible attitude every single time. I totally understand mistakes happen, and service jobs are tough - but this is beyond terrible service for such a huge restaurant. If you try to file a complaint instead Corporate will constantly say "We'll get this to our store team" and zero change is ever made to the restaurant or team. The meals were packaged nicely, however, the steak in both meals was gross. It was completely over cooked with some pieces completely burnt. The quality of the meat was poor as well. I was craving Chipotle all week, my husband had never had it so I looking forward to making him a fan. Well, now he swears he'll never have it again so thanks a lot Chipotle for ruining you for me! We ordered a brisket burrito with double meat and a chicken burrito. Guess what they left out of the burritos?? The MEATS!! Very hungry and irritated, my husband drove all the way back up there to have them remake the burritos only to have the teenagers running the place tell him "well I don't know what happened" and "you can get in line (the very long line) and reorder or you can go online and get a refund". There were apparently 3 other upset people there for the same reason. So my husband just left and brought the meatless burritos back home and told me to get us our refund. Guess what though, there's no place I could find to get said refund! So I got on chat with "Pepper" the Chipotle bot who said there's nothing it could do and would transfer me to a representative. The "representative" apologized and offered me a refund. Having not done the math beforehand I accepted the refund she offered, then come to find out she only refunded PART of our burritos! I love chipotle, I also live less than a mile from this location so we were very excited for it. This location is the absolute worst, the workers seem like they are doing their best but it screams of bad management. They have the "chipotlane" which is for mobile ordering, they frequently turn this off because they don't want to deal with it. This also means you cannot order their new quesadillas due to it has to be through the mobile app. When the lane is open I've waited 30minutes to an hour, I would just drive away if they didn't already take my money. Inside isn't much better, they are frequently out of ingredients and when they refill them they barely fill up a quarter of their trays. It's chaos. Chipotle is usually great but this new location is an absolute mess, we now drive an extra 6 miles to just go to a different one. read more
