This Jersey Mike's location is always busy, so I would highly suggest calling your order in or is in their app for an easy quick pick up. I almost always get the club sub or the club supreme on wheat bread, they also have gluten bread options. The only difference between these two sandwiches is the addition of roast beef. Of course I gotta get "Mike's Way" which is sliced onions, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, oil & vinegar, and spices. I also add banana peppers, jalapeños and their pepper jelly spread. Jersey Mike's is one of the few sandwich chains that actually seems to get it right. All of their meats and veggies are extremely fresh and (this location in particular) always has a full staff working. So even with their constant state of busyness, the wait is never too long. This Jersey Mike's location is wedged in between a Me and Ed's pizzeria and a soon to open boba tea place. The parking lot is huge, so there's plenty of places to park and wait for your order to be ready. read more

Great quality of food and the store is very clean. Most is the staff is very friendly and handles the stress with grace. Bailey has been very friendly and seems to be the person others reach out to. Everytime we go in she has a great big smile and I'm sure she never has a bad day. Unfortunately there seems to be a girl with a crappy attitude and wants to argue with customers and the people she works with. She is a shorter African American girl that has a terrible attitude. Waited 45 minutes(in store) for an order that was preordered. Sandwiches are incorrect. The store actually ran out of bread. Very displeased with the service. Not the standard of Jersey Mikes that I'm accustomed to at all. My order for two sandwiches took a total of an hour and 15 minutes for them just to be incorrect. The fact that they ran out of bread baffles me. Very unfortunate. I got a footling and it was dry and tasteless. They made me feel like I should be grateful that they were going to make me another sandwich for me. I asked if I could get a different kind and they said no. I asked why and they came back with the money would not come out right at the end of the day. I then said I'll get a cheaper sandwich and that way things should be just fine. Then they said that I should be lucky basically to be getting another footlong replacement cuz they don't replace a footlong with a footlong. So in a nutshell which is well past that I have to get the same sandwich I didn't like which wasn't right because how was I going to know if I was going to like this one what were they going to do different. And of course I didn't like it and end up giving it somebody else so I will not be going back to this Jersey Mike's anymore. I worked in customer service for over 30 years and I was a manager of a front end cashier's I also worked in the bakery so that line that they gave me that it wouldn't balance out was BS. Obviously in this place the customer doesn't come first or is right. Wasn't being difficult I just wanted a different sandwich that was cheaper or the same price but they refused. I reported it to corporate and got no reply back. I've talked to other Jersey Mike's Subs places and they would have made it right with a different sandwich and not make me take the same exact sandwich I didn't like twice now. So if you go to this one good luck people I don't recommend it nobody should make you feel like you should be grateful they're making you another sandwich that didn't come out right in the first place read more

Jersey Mikes is definitely a sub above. This new sandwich place in town will surprise you with just how good they are in terms of taste and quality, I didn't think much of this place at first- I mean how good can another sandwich place be right?, but boy was I wrong, this place is different and definitely better than most sandwich places in Fresno. I would recommend trying their hot sandwich- Philly Cheesesteak, it is really good and I will tell you more. The Philly Cheesesteak ($7.95) for normal size was phenomenal, a hot perfect mess in your mouth. It had soft warm bread with very nice soft texture as you bite in, yet slightly crispy on the outside. The filling was oozing with cheese, just the way this dish was intended, the beef was fresh and not from cold-cuts. The beef was tender in texture, tasted great and portions was generous. Also the sandwich was nice and toasty as I was holding it in my hand to enjoy every bite. It was not just food that I was impressed with, their customer service is worth mentioning, because they have really helpful, fun, lively, energetic and great customer service skills. The store is also very hip and new looking with beautiful decor of wood floors, surf board on the wall, a widescreen tv, bar stools, and a clean looking sandwich and ordering area. Oh my gosh, my husband was rite! This place is to die for! Beyond delicious and fresh! The customer service was amazing as well. I ordered the Italian sandwich regular size (7inch) mikes way, which means a red wine vinegar and oil dressing with oregano on it. He ordered the #9 no roast beef instead extra bacon and mikes way as well. They gave us free chocolate chip cookies. It's so good I want another one for dinner! Would not eat here again. They made me the wrong sandwich and then when I let them know they actually argued with me then blamed me for ordering the wrong sandwich. The customer service here is beyond poor, instead of taking ownership of the mistake they pass the buck. A place that treats customers with such disregard doesn't deserve my business. This review based on five visits so far... Excellent food and customer service! The first thing I noticed was that the staff really seems to enjoy their work. They are happy and approachable, they are always joking around with each other and the customers in line and always have smiles on as part of their uniform. Far too many times lately, I've seen employees at other places genuinely seem unhappy to be helping you, so the crew at Jersey Mike's is a refreshing change. Happiness spills over into the food. The sandwiches are good... really, really good! All meats and cheeses are sliced to order, and cold ingredients are always fresh. Their hot sandwiches are also a hit, and they have one of the best cheese-steaks I've had in town. The bread has a perfectly chewy crust and is light and airy inside, yet stands up well to ordering your sandwich "Mike's way" (a delicious blend of flavored vinegar and herbed olive oil). I truly hope they can continue to be as awesome as they currently are, because I'm really enjoying them as my new "go-to" sandwich place. read more

Went here because my boyfriend raved about their sandwiches. He especially liked the Philly which is a pretty popular sandwich for them I see. We went on a Saturday afternoon around 12:30ish. The restaurant was nearly empty with the exception of one person dining in. We walked in and were quickly greeted by a man behind the counter who seemed very friendly. Asked if it was our first time there and let us know he was there to help if we needed suggestions. I was pretty set on getting the regular Philly cheesesteak so it didn't take me long to decide. My boyfriend got the giant pastrami sandwich. It took about 5 minutes for us to get our sandwiches. So, all together we were in there for no longer than 15 minutes. Before I get into how the sandwiches were, the wrapping of the sandwiches was great. Their packaging is perfect! Having studied marketing, I look at these things! I love when a business pays attention to detail. Anyway, we got back home and I quickly became disappointed as I was unwrapping my sandwich. I just stared down at it in disbelief. This is what everyone had been talking about? It couldn't be..there wasn't much meat or cheese. The bread seemed plain with no mayo or mustard. If it was in there I didn't find it! It just looked like a sad sandwich. I think Subway puts more love into their tuna melts than whoever made my sandwich did. My bf's pastrami on the other hand was pretty good. It was warm and the pastrami was so good. Bottom line: I refuse to pay $8 for a mediocre 8-inch sandwich that tastes like I could've gotten it in the frozen aisle at Costco. It's a damn shame. I doubt I'll be back any time soon. The pastrami was good, but not worth going back for. Places like this get one chance. Advice to Jersey Mikes: be consistent with your quality. The sandwich I ordered was very good, but I won't go back to this location. The employee wore gloves when taking my order, handling the pen and then the meat and cheese. She also touched her hair, again while wearing the same gloves. My grilled sandwich was wrapped behind the counter and handed over to me where I waited by the register. I then asked for it to be cut. The sandwich maker got irritated, telling me the time to ask for it to be cut was when I ordered, not when it was being handed to me. I explained it was my first time there and I didn't know the rules. The male employee took back my sandwich and said, "Now you know." So, to review: questionable food-handling but yummy food and an authentic New Jersey attitude. UPDATED: I just went back. New sub place in Clovis so a friend and I came to check it out. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak Sub regular sized. So overall the sandwich was good but nothing extraordinary. The chicken was well seasoned and everything tasted fresh but the Chipotle mayo tasted more like ranch, I just wish it really would've tasted like chipotle mayo. I think that would've made a huge difference. I had one of their chocolate chip cookies for dessert and that I highly recommend. They were soft and tasted really fresh. Overall cool place as they have a couple tvs and I liked the fact they were showing the PSG soccer game. Extra points for that. read more

I have been to many Jersey Mike's locations in CA and TX and this has been the worst so far. I have been to this location multiple times, have had a few different sandwiches, and this location produces the skimpiest sandwiches. My boyfriend and I went this past weekend and got the #7 (turkey and provolone), one of our favorites but even my boyfriend noticed they barely covered the bread with meat. I would guess it was 3 or 4 pieces of turkey on the regular. Quite a disappointment as this location is close to my house. I would not recommend this location. read more

If you are tired of the same ol subs then you definitely need to try one of these sandwiches. They are incredibly good and have the perfect amount of meat and veggies. The taste is beyond what I was expecting and the pickles were so crisp! Who doesn't love a crisp pickle? I ordered from their website last night (very convenient) and my food was ready in about 10-15 min. Just walked in told them I was there for pickup, showed my ID and they handed over the goods. Absolutely delicious! We went a couple nights after they opened and cannot wait to go back! my husband ordered the Rueben and of course I had a bite, we both loved it. I had the Roast Beef and loved it with the "Juice". They pour genorous amounts of their oil and vinegar over your sandwich which makes the sandwich POP!
