Idk what's going on here but this location is terrible. And disgusting. I've been here quite a few times now, and every single time for the last 6+ months has been horrible. This just happened today. There's 5 workers, none of them say a word and you just stand around awkwardly. They also don't listen when you finally start placing your order. I ordered the chicken salad. I got to my car, took one bite and it's tuna. I HATE tuna. I spit it back onto the sub and brought it in. The guy just stared at me and someone else came over, apologized and got me the right order. The guy asked "what do I do with this?" She said to throw it away. Instead, he proceeded to add bacon to it, go out back and eat it. Hope he likes spit out food. The quality isn't even up to standards of other locations. And again, this isn't a one off and others below have been saying the exact same thing. If they are willing to eat food brought back that was spit on, what else are they doing to the food at this location? The owner is just copying and pasting the same "we're sorry we will fix this" to bad reviews, but clearly nothings changing. Go to any other location. This one is really gross. read more

My order wasn't correct despite considerable difficulty placing it and clarification my part - I hate to blame a working guy, but his English was unintelligible. It's easy, it's delicious and you can earn points toward a free sandwich...Why wouldn't that be great. The app ordering process, couldn't be easier, and you have the ability to put names attached to a sandwich so for the larger orders, you don't need to peek behind each "curtain" to see who's sandwich is who's. All of the sandwiches, hot or cold, have been great quality and the quantity is just right if you get a regular...if you get a large, it's huge! It's like twice the size of a regular - or it seemed like it was. We love the fact that you can get a chicken and cheese vs. steak and cheese. The pick up process for an online order is quick and easy...every single time, we arrived at the estimated time of completion and it was waiting for us...spent less than 10 seconds in the store. Awesome...quick pick up is helpful because the parking lot is awful. It's very small for cars and trucks and work vehicles...all coming in at once. Been going to this place since they opened and they've taken a serious nosedive. I always order ahead online and they either don't make my order, give me someone else's order, make it 2 hours ahead of time so it's either cold or saturated. A few times they've run out of stuff after I ordered giving the product to someone else who bothered to stand in line after I've already paid online and given tip. Today they didn't have my sandwich ready for pickup. Had to wait 20+ minutes to get a chipotle chicken sandwich that only had meat and tons of sauce on it. It was missing all the veggies and cheese and they ran outta bacon. At this rate Subway will be reopening and smoke this place. Sad because other locations have been really good. read more

In the lot I'm putting my cheese steak Cheese plan together, formulating my hunger factor between Cheese Whiz - American - Provolone - what will I get? But I honestly, it was a wasteful exercise and I wasn't that surprised to not have the option to cheese choose The farm recommendation on the Chipotle Philly Cheese Steak came from a trustworthy palate - the work "chipotle" dancing in my head - not like sugar plums, more like a spicy southwest sauce and I'm feeling it'll work - the City of Brotherly Loves well cooked meat could probably could use a creamy spanish-ish massage these days. There wasn't the look of cheese and chipotle in every bite post grand unveiling - I wanted to see Cheese Mountain - meat chopped up into traditional size - but it wasn't messy and that's rather unfortunate, it's supposed to be a sloppy sammy as not even a meat splinter fell from the yoga mat textured bread. It's a funny thing how bread, the staff of life - just can not be created to a better standard outside of certain major cities. No sandwich can be great, or even memorable without proper crumbs on the lap, crispy bread - these chains all have bread better befitting for a yard ball or, as previously mentioned, stretching and exercises - maybe a camp pillow - perhaps sporting event seat cushions - it's the quietist chain location national tragedy. read more

Visited Jersey Mikes on the Bath road in Brunswick. The place is clean and the parking is plentiful. The staff was friendly. It's easily accessible and well lit. I ordered a regular #9 Club Supreme "Mikes Way" and a regular #56 Big Kahuna Cheese steak, both on white. I paid the $20.84 and waited for the #56. After too long of a wait I heard the server call my name and another guy's name. When I walked up to the counter the other customer "Garrett" was telling the server that he had the buffalo chicken (I think) and the server was a little confused as to which sub was which, so he opened one to look and gave it to him and he sat down to eat. I then stepped up and gave him my name and said "I got the steak and cheese right?" and he still seemed confused and opened the remaining sub and realized he gave the other customer my sub. The other customer was eating in, sitting at a nearby table and by that time he apparently could tell that he got the wrong sandwich, so he rolled it back up and handed it back to the server, who put it back in the bag and gave it to me. I didn't see Garrett actually take a bite out of my sandwich, so no-harm-no-foul for me, (but it might be a health code violation). I took my two sandwiches and left. So I get home and open up the two sandwiches and the steak and cheese looked OK, however the Club I ordered wasn't a Club at all. Referring to the pictures, there was no roast beef, no bacon, no mayo, no oil and no spices...definitely not "Mikes Way". I'm not sure what they gave me but it certainly wasn't what I paid for and we were disappointed. I've been to this Jersey Mikes before without issues, so I am assuming that this was a one time thing. I have applauded other Jersey Mikes in previous reviews so overall I believe it is a good franchise with quality products, but on this day they failed. I didn't enjoy the ordering-pick up experience and certainly didn't appreciate paying for something I didn't get. I will return to Jersey Mikes but in the future I will watch them a bit more closely when they make a sub for me and I recommend you do the same. It can be very disappointing to get all the way home only to find out then that they screwed up your order. read more

I have been excited for this location to open even though I am a big fan of the local sandwich options here in Brunswick as well. At least for me, Jersey Mike's satisfies a slightly different niche than some of the local offerings. I went this week during a promotion for special Olympics and the place was mobbed. I ordered the Philly chicken cheese steak which was very good. I ordered via the online app and found the process flawless. I was very impressed at how efficiently they handled a crushing amount of orders. The app said my meal would be ready at 11:50 and it was handed to me at 11:51....wow! Stopped by after a long day at work to grab a couple subs for dinner. #13 giant should be a home run, but they had a pre-sliced sandwich cheese/meat sitting in the cooler and the worker just slid it into my sub, meat looked well underweighed for this sandwich and flat like a subway sandwich. Didn't realize what was happening until too late and there was a line, didn't have salami on it so at least that was fresh. Way too much juice made for a soggy sandwich after a 10 minute ride home. The most disappointing part was the sweaty American cheese that was hidden under the meat that ruined the entire sandwich. The location in Topsham typically makes a much better sandwich. read more

When I go in and see mold is a bad start. The provolone on display in meat case had mold on it. Old dried out meat they had sliced laying in front of meat case. Then the guy slicing drops a chunk of meat on the floor and tells another employee to go wash it off. Enough said I walked out. Health department needs to shut this place down. read more

I went to Jersey, Mike's and Brunswick, and the two things that I didn't like the tip me off is the guy who slice the meat had an attitude and a girl who didn't speak English, giving me onions on my Italian sub gave me very little one asked to give me a couple more onions. She gave me two little white strips of onions, and that was it, don't like to place anymore or go there anymore and your subs are over priced you can't compare the market basket or subway bye-bye read more

The food and service are ok. Not the greatest, but not the worst. I do take issues with their prices and how long it takes to prep a sub. It feels like 25 minutes of waiting for two sandwiches is a bit much. Really, the high cost is the most notable aspect of my two visits. So since day one I've ordered my sandwich a certain way. Day one the girls came up from Alabama and on from Georgia to open the store. I love the subs they are great. But the service has slowly gone down hill between waiting times and poor customer service. We were greeted by Madison, a charming and most friendly Manager/host with real interest regarding our experience at this sub shop. All the folks working here are delightful and the food just great. I love Jersey Mike's! I was so happy when they opened in town. This location is very impressive. They are ALWAYS busy and I've never had to wait. They keep the place so well staffed. We were driving in from NY and ordered dinner to be ready when we arrived in Maine. I ordered online while we were over an hour away, around 4:15. When we arrived, our order was supposed to be ready at 5:35 but we had to wait until 5:45 for it even though they had the order for over an hour. Normally I wouldn't mind waiting, but after driving for 8 hours with two cranky kids we weren't happy to be waiting! When we arrived at our destination, we realized one of our hot subs was the wrong order, the chipotle chicken bowl was barely a meal and the turkey sub was soggy.
