to start off when I picked it up, the blonde girl glared at me with these demon eyes like she wanted to throw me across the room for walking in an hour before closing when I got home only to find out that one of the sandwiches was wrong then come to find out that the bread was hard and stale The bacon was hard enough to break a tooth and then to make it worse. i open my bag of chips to find that they are intentionally crushed by whomever put them in the bag. This place is the worst restaurant I've ever been to Jersey. Mike's should and fire everyone and never to work another day in their life. read more

I know they will see this review and honestly I really hope they do I worked at this store and honestly, I see the reviews on costumer service all the time. Reviews on our manager all the time. Reviews on the quality all the time. The service isn't good because people don't want to be there. The workers are not happy because their boss treats them like garbage. She talks bad about EVERYONE and makes fun of EVERYONE. Turns every single person against each other and blames everyone but herself for why nobody likes her. Please think before supporting a company that hurts their workers. It's very upsetting to see how badly she turned me against people here and how badly she treated people. She made me absolutely degrade myself as a person, lied to me about my promotions, my raises, everything. Not to mention she admitted herself that she would prefer to only work with men while she is quite literally GETTING MARRIED TO HER BOSS THAT IS A WOMAN. WTF????? BE SO FR!!!! This place is beyond insane. Good luck to ANYONE working here or eating here to be honest. I feel for anyone who even steps foot in this establishment and is affected by anything and everything they have done here. I usually love their salads but today my salad had barely anything in it. I said light lettuce and I had about 10 little pieces. The meat was just thrown in, barely cut up not much at all. About 6 bites in the $11 salad. Never again. So disappointed!! read more

I ordered a sub and waited for it to be prepared. While waiting, I observed one of the workers making subs at the counter. She was doing wide mouth yawns. She did about 5 yawns every 2 minutes. There is no telling how many orders she has sprayed. Thank goodness she didn't prepare my order. I would have declined it. read more

The food is always fresh and fantastic at Jersey Mikes. It should be since it is so dang expensive. It's the customer service that irked me on my last visit. The girl slicing kept getting my order wrong and was acting like it was my fault. She apparently can't listen well but that's my fault? She would roll her eyes when I would correct her in my order. Why is it so hard to find typing people today that want to work and hard and provide excellent customer service? I won't be back to this location. Well, here's another 1 star review for this location. I would give a 0 if I could. It owner of this shop doesn't get responsible people with good work ethic and sensitivity to their customers working here then they can expect failure. The wise mouth kids that blame all their many errors, with their I don't give a s_ _ _ attitudes on the customers!....and lie to their faces when confronted with refusing to make or remake the sub they ordered, is a reflection on the owner and management! Are they not screening, training or following up and reprimanding/firing those employees?? Why does this shop continue to get all these complaints? Many complaints are never put in writing and in this area we hear them through local residents. Holy guacamole, I cannot express the deliciousness of the food at Jersey Mikes, it's all about what you get and what I got was in my opinion the best thing to get. As a first time customer I am very happy to say that I WILL be going back again, the customer service was really good, I don't hear anyone dogging on mcdonald's even though when I walk into there I'm greeted with the most unpleasant face and voice I walked into Jersey Mikes one of the workers smiled and said "What can I do for you?" Excuse me worker, that is super polite of you to say you know what I'm a first time customer and instead of being stressed or worried it was "Okay take your time". Actually I will take my time I thought to myself as I got the holy number 44 Buffalo Chicken. The service of the food is phenomenal, I saw my sandwich being made which was incredible, Subway more like dumb way, Jersey mikes more like jersey Rights, cause they got everything right, instead of my food being toasted they grilled it on a grill, my goodness 5/5 or 10/10 recommend, prices are high but the food is worth it. read more

Extremely disappointing visit to Jersey Mike's. They have a great product; however, their training program for new hires is lacking. This causes unsatisfactory service as well as food. My husband and I are regular customers (minimum 2x week) but we will not be going back to Jersey Mike's until they train their new hires better. I will spend my $50 a week elsewhere. So unfortunate. We love Jersey Mike's sandwiches when they are prepared correctly. read more

Disgustingly filthy and poor customer service is what you'll get at this location. There is an obvious lack of leadership and very poor standards. I watched as food sat on the counter for almost twenty minutes while I waited with my buddy. They were apparently cutting lettuce and left it next to the trash uncovered as they stumbled around like the keystone cops. Its a shame that people pay a premium price for crap! read more

The Sales Team at Chateau Elan had one of our Event Managers leaving and she wanted to order Jersey Mike's for her last lunch with the team. We submitted the order at 11:30am the day of, and the Manager, Nick called to tell us that the order was too large and had to be put in a day in advance under catering. After explaining the situation we were in, I asked what they could do for us, and Nick (the manager) responded that they could make them all by 1:30pm-SOLD! :) We received our order right at 1:30pm AND everything was correct and was all separately bagged for hot and cold. We ordered 3 steak sandwiches from the Jersey Mike's App tonight. They were ready when said. We have eaten at many Jersey Mike's from North Carolina to Arizonia. The restaurant was very clean and the sandwiches were delicious. I saw all the bad reviews and I hope people will give them another chance. Definitely earned the 5 stars. read more

Like the food but they can't seem to keep employees at this location. First time I went about 2 months ago everything seems good but then about 3 weeks later only had 1 guy working during the lunch rush and today I went and they are closed because they have no workers. So needless to say pretty disappointed they can't keep the doors open. read more

Go somewhere else for delivery. This bumbling bunch of uneducated pea brains can't read. I've ordered delivery from them 2 times and they just can't get it right. If you want your sub right go in and manage them yourself. Do not order delivery. It will not be right. I'm not just being nit picky. I ordered 5 giant subs at a total cost of $138 and they sent me 1 giant and 4 regulars. I did not even check for accuracy. There only saving grace was that we drove to the store, defeating the purpose of delivery and had the order remade and they refunded my money on the 2nd order. The Braselton location is the WORST EVER!!! I keep giving them chances, well no more! My food has been right ONE time out of about 10 orders! Today, I ordered a Philly in a tub, I got a huge pile of lettuce with my meat on top! The sandwich doesn't even come with lettuce nor did I order it! I call and spoke to Sam who claimed to be the manager. She said all tubs come with lettuce!? Since WHEN?? What's on the sandwich is what goes in the tub, even I know that!!! i would leave negative 5 stars if i could. i waited 36 minutes for one regular sandwich.... this is not acceptable. and this isn't including the wait in line. this is just for bacon to be made on the grill. upon not being accommodated. i was cursed at and slandered by multiple employees for asking the reasoning for the long wait, and asking for the sandwich to be made fresh after a 36 minute wait for bacon. this is completely unacceptable and half of the teenage employees need to be terminated. they do not know how to speak to their customers or respectfully nor exhibit food of service times. also they need to watch their language, cursing at guests is inappropriate and i will not be giving them my business anymore. if anyone knows corporates number pls leave it below. i will be needing to call. this is unacceptable service. read more

I had never had Jersey Mike's Subs before today and had a look at the reviews previous to ordering. I was somewhat skeptical due to some of the older reviews but I figured I'd give them a chance with the new management and crew. We were pleasantly surprised. We ordered for delivery with door Dash and when the food came, it was well wrapped and packaged. My steak and Portabella mushroom sub was pretty tasty and my wife enjoyed hers as well. The sandwiches only had the toppings we requested and they removed the ones we did not want correctly.I would definitely order from there again. read more

Wasn't ready until 12:20 and it only had the meat and cheese on it. Nothing else. I ordered it Mike's way. I didn't look at it until I got home. This place needs to just close permanently. This place needs to clean house and start over with all new employees and management. If you're doing mobile order and pickup, don't expect your order to be ready 15 or even 20 mins after the suggested pickup time. And then you're lucky if the order is even correct. I have given this particular location chance after chance, and they continue to disappoint. The management is absolutely embarrassing. The customer service was terrible. We were given rude looks by one of the employees in the back grill area and while taking our order the man wasn't being personable just bland. The sandwiches were the exact same as subways just more expensive and wasn't worth it. Also the floor was sticky. We will not be returning. read more
