There aren't any Zaxby's in South Florida where my sister lives so she always wants to visit one when there's a location nearby. Zaxbys is one of the top fast food spots that features chicken, hands down. Between the perfectly fried tenders, the zax sauce and seasoned fries, I'll always be up for it too if I see it nearby. We both got different boxes when we ordered. I usually get a cobb zalad (+ fries, smh) or a chicken finger plate tossed in wimpy sauce but figured I may eat at the track so I kept it light, getting a kids meal with wimpy sauce and zax sauce on the side. We ordered in the drive-thru and our food came out incredibly fresh, like they had just taken it out of fresh grease and tossed them in our laps. The fries were piping hot and seasoned to perfection and the chicken tenders? Superb. Zaxbys knows how to do chicken!

She even took her time explaining it to the drive-through clerk! When we pull up to the window, she asked the clerk can she check to make sure there isn't mayo on the other sandwich. She left and returned with a "NO" you're good! My wife started to pull off, but chose to check anyway! And there was mail on both sandwiches!! but here's the kicker that there's still mayo on both as nicely as she could, in fear of getting our food tampered with she told the clerk and the manager came back with our food only to tell us to "make sure we tell them that ahead of time" with an attitude! I can't believe they can never get our food right? CRAZY AS HELL! Corporate needs to investigate!

My sand should have been on untoasted Italian herb ad cheese bread and the other on multigrain wheat (toasted) . When I opened the sandwiches the breads were switched. I called and spoke to a store manager who refused to give her name and explained the situation. I live about 2 miles from this location however I have the flu thus had it delivered. The lady was very defensive and act as if I were making it up . I offered to send pictures of the order as well as the sandwiches. She said the only thing she could do was make two more IF I brought them back so she could see and also said she made the sandwiches. I felt like she took offense to the mistake because she made it . I explained I could not come there because of sickness and she basically said that was on me not them. I asked could she not just give me a credit for next time I'm in and she said no. When I asked her name after telling her me driving there wasn't an option - she hung up on me . I am furious at the way I was treated and the whole secretive attitude about whom I was speaking with . She was completely unprofessional and very rude . I will not be patronizing this location again due to her actions . I always thought Subway was very customer friendly and my past experiences have been such but this is the kind of experience that loses customers. I owned a restaurant 25 years and would never dream of treating a customer this way . And to call yourself a manager and hang up because you don't want to admit your mistake is unacceptable. I certainly expect more from a company of your stature and I am confident you will rectify this . I cannot imagine losing a customer over two pieces of bread that YOUR manager mixed up . This could have been handled so differently and simple. Do the right thing Sub way!

Line was long so had a girl outside to take order, payment , so ordered 2 six piece, 4 sauces each, then asked me if I wanted extra bread instead of coleslaw, I said I wanted both/ extra bread and coleslaw because I had no drinks. $25 or so , order was ready in 4 min prob, quick , nice , efficient!! Got home, only had 2 sauces total, no extra bread, but it was good ole zaxby's and was tender ( not as crunchy) as usual but had the flavor I love. They didn't charge for the sauces so I did t care. Some of the best chicken around I always pull in go inside and order over-the-counter rather than trying to use a stupid mobile app in depend on other networks to get my order into the team and out correctly. I am a sucker for Popeyes chicken I think it's some of the best so I came in here to get a chicken sandwich and a two piece with biscuit to go and met a very friendly staff, wasn't busy from the inside, although the drive-through was full I only waited less than five minutes for piping, hot chicken, fluffy biscuit, hot fries, happy camper. I can check the order before I leave the counter and if something is missing I simply tell them rather than writing a review that they're idiots, and before I leave the store I make sure I have every utensil or condiment I need. Then when I get home, I know I've got what I want and I'm not worried about the Christmas present opening and being surprised that something is missing. Double check your orders, go inside and order for the best surface anywhere you go and for me, it seems to work every time. Hot, fresh, really hit the spot!! good team. Highly recommend.
