I've been to other locations as this brand is above the competition. I agree with others about the AI at the drive thru. Why do you have this when your staff is so amazing? The people there are so friendly and personable. If you all were as bad at customer service as Taco Bell I would understand. I've never had a bad morning at Bo's, so why would leadership hide great customer service? Today, I was greeted at the drive thru window by the most wonderful person. When I asked her name after telling her me driving there wasn't an option - she hung up on me . I am furious at the way I was treated and the whole secretive attitude about whom I was speaking with . She was completely unprofessional and very rude . I will not be patronizing this location again due to her actions . I always thought Subway was very customer friendly and my past experiences have been such but this is the kind of experience that loses customers. I owned a restaurant 25 years and would never dream of treating a customer this way . And to call yourself a manager and hang up because you don't want to admit your mistake is unacceptable.
