What a nice and pleasant staff. I got my order in directly, got me some biscuits and Bo rounds for our team at work and was out of there in less than three or four minutes!! Super good staff, the biscuits were out of this world at the bo rounds have been a favorite of the girls working with me for a long time so I had to try them. Addictive.!! Everything seemed expensive, but the whole world is expensive right now, but as for the quality of the food, the quality of the service, excellent.!! I called and spoke to a store manager who refused to give her name and explained the situation. I live about 2 miles from this location however I have the flu thus had it delivered. The lady was very defensive and act as if I were making it up . I offered to send pictures of the order as well as the sandwiches. She said the only thing she could do was make two more IF I brought them back so she could see and also said she made the sandwiches. I felt like she took offense to the mistake because she made it . I explained I could not come there because of sickness and she basically said that was on me not them. I asked could she not just give me a credit for next time I'm in and she said no. When I asked her name after telling her me driving there wasn't an option - she hung up on me . I am furious at the way I was treated and the whole secretive attitude about whom I was speaking with . She was completely unprofessional and very rude . I will not be patronizing this location again due to her actions . I always thought Subway was very customer friendly and my past experiences have been such but this is the kind of experience that loses customers. I owned a restaurant 25 years and would never dream of treating a customer this way . And to call yourself a manager and hang up because you don't want to admit your mistake is unacceptable. I certainly expect more from a company of your stature and I am confident you will rectify this . I cannot imagine losing a customer over two pieces of bread that YOUR manager mixed up . You wait 15 minutes to place an order because they are on the phone or having conversations with their friends. Then you wait 30 minutes to get the food. So after that I was agin called a liar as though my MO was to rip off fast food joints for a wrong chicken order. Nothing is more welcoming and say come back to help make folks who do want to make a living than a manager that tries to trespass you when you just want what you paid for, which is theft. But ultimately what is theft is a manager who is robbing from future business from an obvious habit that is taking from their customers and the owner who just replies with Thank you for being a valued customer and for taking the time to share your feedback. The reason I went back here was bc I thought there was a change in management but it seems you get what you pay for and the equivalence of an elementary school logic and a 3 year old temper tantrum is what I found replaced the previous even worse manager. If I owned this store I would leverage it for the taco bell franchise fee for much less. Its not hard to get 3 menu items correct. Breast, Thigh and leg.
