It's been a while since I went to a Zaxby's but was in the area, horrible traffic so did t want to get home and cook so came here. Line was long so had a girl outside to take order, payment , so ordered 2 six piece, 4 sauces each, then asked me if I wanted extra bread instead of coleslaw, I said I wanted both/ extra bread and coleslaw because I had no drinks. $25 or so , order was ready in 4 min prob, quick , nice , efficient!! Got home, only had 2 sauces total, no extra bread, but it was good ole zaxby's and was tender ( not as crunchy) as usual but had the flavor I love. They didn't charge for the sauces so I did t care. The girl did the best she could and showed up for work and was nice so if you're in for zaxbys , it's as good as most! Recommend! read more

Nothing but good things to be said about this Zaxby's.. I ordered a Cobb salad with extra bacon and a large water..It was absolutely hands-down one of the best Cobb salads I've ever gotten from a Zaxby's. The service was excellent and friendly. This Zaxbys has been going down hill for a while. Constantly mess up orders, even the simplest ones. Not going back for while, staff act like they have no idea whats going on, no sense of urgency, no sense of customer service. Inside the restaurant is dirty, tables are not wiped cleaned. Stopped working there for numerous reasons. Do not eat there. The 85 score on the health inspection is beyond generous. Equipment does not hold food at safe temperatures. This review is for the Commons Dr, Braselton GA location. Terrible. I ordered four meals and went to sit and wait for our number to be called. The table was filthy so cleaned it myself with napkins and hand sanitizer. (Someone did come to clean it... when we were halfway through our meals) Two of the four meals were incorrect and the ketchup sachets were covered in some unidentified sticky stuff. If I could give no stars I would. The attitudes of the young girls working on 10/28/19 8:00 pm were awful. One of them rolled their eyes and mumbled "sorry lady I've got several things going on here." I suppose she thought I couldn't hear..? Then gave attitude when my second meal was left off after I repeated it twice. I asked for extra Zax sauce and paid for it. Once I got home it wasn't in there and the one that was suppose to come in the meal wasn't there. It also looked like the meal was thrown in the box. I went through the drive thru for the first time today and was extremely disappointed. While the service was great and the team members had so much personality, the food was subpar. I ordered my daughter a kids chicken finger meal and to my surprise only received a few fries. The chicken in both our meals was chewy and hard. The staff seem to be completely incapable of using their pos system. Every time I go through the drive through, I have to walk back inside and wait in line to fix whatever mistake they made. Even when the manager is running the drive through, my order is still wrong, every time, without fail. Mcdonalds is better for 1/4th the price. read more

Every time I have been to this location, the service has been TERRIBLE. I have had chicken that tasted like a truck load of salt had been put into it, and not to mention that the chicken that the manager gave us in return was still salty. 11/9/14 went and sat in the drive through, two cars in front of me, it took them 5 minutes to get the order for the first car, they pull through and the next car just sits there for a couple of minutes then pulls out of line and off, the car behind me does the same. I pull up and the girl says over the intercom 'hold one minute', I ask if there's a problem as the wait is long and people are leaving and she says 'yes, they were having technical problems' and then doesn't come back on, we wait a few minutes then give up and go to publix and get wings. the employee should have at least explained why the wait was so long or ask for people to come inside or something but it was just 'technical problems' then doesn't say anything else. we're not going back too many issues with this location. read more
