My favorite thing about this place is how friendly everyone is. Once you become a customer, they treat you like family and feel very recognized by them. They always decorate for the holidays and the waiting room is very kid friendly with toys and books as well as having waters for anyone who wants to take one. If you wear your MTO shirt to visits, you earn tokens which you can trade in for gift cards. Plus, I don't know if they still do this, but back when I was a kid they used to host events with spray-on tattoos, beaded braiding, and kona ice for customers free of charge as a thank you for their loyalty. Our second visit was with Dr. Teichman, and we decided to do business with him for several reasons. 1) Dr. Teichman is very professional and didn't try to sell unnecessary more expensive care, like some other orthodontist in the area did. I even asked him to review the estimation and care plan from other doctor and explain me the difference, which Dr. Teichman happily did. 2) office staff is incredibly professional yet very friendly and understanding! Always going out of the way to help families to resolve issues. 3) this office uses the points system to motivate children to take care of their teeth and braces: keeping your teeth clean and healthy can win you a gift card to jumba juice or Starbucks! All of that creates incredible calm and friendly atmosphere where kids are not afraid to get into the doctor's chair. Highly recommend!
