As a customer whom used their services on 3…read moreoccasions since 2007 the moment you make contact with these folks you feel you're dealing with the right people. Workmanship is among the best throughout this industry and as important is that they don't make promises they can't keep as well as they're not looking to fleece you with a ridiculous price for a repair. My experience is that they're just a good group of people who take pride in what they do. When they inspect your auto's damage for repair it's truly straightforward. They tell what's to get done, how they're going to do it and how longs it's going to take as well as the cost they expect to charge. I've used Phil's with a newer auto twice which was covered for that damage by my insurance as well as paid for one vehicle without going through insurance, with each instance being fully satisfied by what a great job was done and how quickly, as well as fairly priced. Highly recommend as I'm confident they're as professional as it gets.

Eddie was a pleasure to work and when the car was done, it seemed to look better than when I bought it. He even helped explain all of the details of the repair. I will be recommending Post Auto Body to all of my friends and family.

He saved me a lot of money on my car rental and he did a great job. The car looks brand new and I would go back to Eddie in a heartbeat and recommend him to any of my friends.

Getting there was easy, but knowing where to park my car was difficult. I figured out that if you enter after their lot into the storage driveway it continues around the back of Alpha Collision's lot. You can call from your car (like I did) and someone will be quick to answer and come outside to give you a quote. I am very pleased with the verbal quote they gave me because when I returned it did not change. Same price. Monica is very helpful too. I didn't have to go far and she offered to drive me in my car to where I was heading and then drive my car back for the fixes/repairs. I got to see how she drove too so I knew to trust her with it when she took the car back. It took a few days for my scratches to be removed and repainted/blended. Alpha Collision gave me a call late morning to coordinate a time to retrieve my car and make the payment. We picked a time late afternoon before they closed. Monica came to pick me up and instantly I noticed my car looked brand new! I am so happy with the results. I hope for no more scratches and am curious of what other services they offer - if ever needed I would go back. When I arrived to make the payment, I went inside their shop/office for the first time. It's very large and spacious. They have a big sized waiting area, a counter, and behind the counter everyone on their team working in an open office setting. I noticed on one of their boards it says family owned and operated. I am happy to support family owned and smaller businesses. On a side note: my father was there a few weeks earlier to fix some scratches as well and he was super pleased with the work they did, which led me to do the same. Definitely recommend! Happy fixes!
