    three bottles of olive oil
    Chris T.

This place is phenomenal. The guy who runs the place is incredibly friendly and WAY excited about his products. The man obviously knows his stuff and started mixing oils and balsamics together in different combinations for my wife and I and holy goodness...I kid you not, I could take shots of oil all day. The combinations he made...Like a lime oil mixed with cranberry pear balsamic, were heaven. The best salad dressing I've ever tasted and it was just 2 parts oil 1 part balsamic. Amazing. Tried a blood orange oil mixed with espresso balsamic and that was great too. The espresso would make for a great bbq glaze. The guy also knows his history on the town and is super enthusiastic to talk to you about it or his oils. I ended up walking out with 4 bottles. A must visit if you are someone who knows cooking.

Located atop the hills of Jerome. Walk up to an amazing view of Sedona before entering too. Expect to be educated on the different oils and vinegars. Their selection allows for great pairing, which you are able to sample. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the product. I was so pleased with our selection. Their items also make great gifts.

Fantastic shop. The owner was really friendly. He spent a lot of time with us teaching us how to combine the different oils and vinegars in ways that were truly amazing. We went in intending to buy a bottle of olive oil and left with 6 different types of oils and vinegars and a set for a gift. The owner wrapped them up for us in a lovely gift bag. He even wrote instructions so we would remember what to do. If you go no where else in Jerome, be sure to stop here.

As you enter through the door your you are stepping into the tasting room (well, the only room) which is lined with multiple different flavors of olive oils and balsamic vinegars. We were greeted by Kathy, the friendly, lone employee who graciously welcomed us and scooted us closer to the stainless steel dispensers that house the olive oils and the vinegars. She let us know that the only way to purchase the oils and vinegars is to taste them so off we went with complimentary tastings. She asked us if we had a preference to olive oils or balsamic vinegars, at which point I blurted out "balsamic's" in order to taste test first over my friend (sorry Jen, I got excited!). Kathy started me off with their most popular 18 year old balsamic which was super good and a lot better then the now apparent crap I currently had at home (yes, I bought a bottle). She then went across the room to the olive oil section and mixed it with their Tucsan Herb olive oil for me to sample without even asking! She did this for both me and my friend so we were able to try a bunch of different oils, vinegars, and any combo of the two. Tons of Olive Oil flavors to choose from such as: Blood Orange, Lemon, Natural Butter, Garlic, Fresh Basil, and a few more. The balsamic vinegars included: Black Cherry, Black Ginger, Blackberry-ginger, cinnamon pear, and dark chocolate! My friend and I each ended up buying two bottles of our favorites. One of the best parts is that while you are sipping on heaven, Kathy gives you tips and tricks on how to cook with these or what they would be good on, such as the Cinnamon Pear that I bought, she suggested putting a little on apple slices and she was right, delicious! The prices are a little more pricey then what you would find in the store, but the point is, you won't find these in the store. Plus, they have a great recycling program that If you return the bottle you get a $1 off you next purchase! Win for me and Mother Earth!

We had a great time tasting both the olive oil and the vinegars. Bob gave us great parings. We can barely wait to try them at home.

I tried it and it was really very good. We brought a bottle of apricot balsamic vinegar and I think I'm gonna try to order some more online.

The moment you enter, you're greeted with that bright, fragrant mix of fresh olive oils and balsamic vinegars that makes you want to taste everything. The store is beautifully organized, spotless, and full of small-batch, high‑quality oils and vinegars, if I remember correctly locally sourced. What really makes this place special is the experience. The staff is always incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and excited to guide you through tastings. They explain the layout, offer thoughtful suggestions, and help you discover combinations you never would've thought to try. It's educational without ever feeling pretentious, just fun, flavorful, and welcoming. Every visit, I end up finding a new favorite. We ended coming back about 10 min later because there wasn't too many food options around the area. The same hostess asked if a table was ok and we said yes so we ended up getting seated immediately. We were a little confused We ordered a few things, Garden salad - the portion was big but the vinaigrette dressing didn't taste like anything. I wish we got a different salad since it just tasted like plain wet salad (4/10) Pesto Pizza - very good pesto flavor and I really enjoyed their pizza dough. I wish we added some type of meat ontop because it felt like it was missing something. I'd probably get it again and ask to do that (6.5/10) or a (8/10) when I added the chicken Chicken piccata - this dish was good, chicken was a little dry. It came with polenta that was very flavorful. I was using this chicken to eat with the pizza and salad. (7/10)

The staff was super friendly and they even offered us some ghost pepper salsa and chips to sample --- which we really weren't expecting with the pandemic and all. They set out a tray that they kept behind the counter and monitored it closely so there was no contamination whatsoever. I appreciated that they took the pandemic seriously. I was hesitant at first since ghost peppers are so intimidating but I grabbed a little chip, spooned some salsa on, pulled down the mask, popped that chip into my mouth, pulled my mask back up, and chomped away. It was good! The heat was doable and the flavor was tasty. While it wasn't nearly as spicy as I was expecting, it was good. I walked away with a bag of Ass Kickin' Habanero Honey Peanuts and a jar of Jerome Reaper Salsa that I paired with a huge sheet tray of Chrissy Teigen mushroom & crispy shallot nachos later on. I'm glad the ghost pepper was the only ghost I encountered in this haunted mining town!
