He was 3 hrs late for my scheduled appointment rushed through his work half doing it. He left massive swirl marks and a cloudy waxy finish. He used products that were not marine grade and assured me there wasn't much difference... huge lie!! Should have seen the red flags however I did not. Jeremy started his service a few hrs before sundown... I think this was intentional and he was late on purpose, even though he claimed it was the traffic. With this being said, he finished after sundown so I wasn't able to get a great look at his work.. the next morning rolled around and sure enough, there were swirl marks all over. To make the matter even worse, Jeremy blocked my phone number before I could message him so he knew that he did a shit job. Save yourself the irritation and money and just go with someone else. Jeremy did an amazing job on my Tesla Model S. I had been taking it to another shop and paying around $250 for a full detail. I always thought that was a bit ridiculous after paying in the $100-150 range for many years in other parts of the country. I called Jeremy on a Tuesday afternoon (the other company I called totally failed to even call me back) and he was at my house at 9:30am the next morning. He even was nice enough to drop me off and pick me up from my doctor's appointment! The car came out spotless and really looking sharp. He even removed all the short white pet hairs from the carpet. Jeremy did a great job for us after getting off to a slow start. He had an employee who had to be taken home when they were on their way to our job, and then his phone stopped working before he arrived. Although he was two hours late, he stayed in freezing temperatures until after dark and both of our cars were done to complete satisfaction. Jeremy quoted me $160 for a car and $220 for an SUV. He said he would give me a deal for both at $350 and could do them both that day. When they finished the car, they had to leave, demanded $175 (half) and promised to be back the next day. The next day was a no show and he did not even bother to message me back. I feel extorted and would advise that you not hire these guys as their business ethics are very questionable. Also, I did not find they did an exemplary job cleaning my car. Had Jeremy come out this morning to detail a car I just bought at auction. It was a 2001 Nissan Quest minivan that had been sitting for at least a year and had the inside full of junk. I removed all the stuff that was inside the van and threw it away but the mess that it left behind and on the carpet was horrible. I called Jeremy through his ad and told him exactly what he would be dealing with and he honestly answered me and quoted me based on what I told him. When he arrived today I asked him if he would be able to clean the headliner as well since I didn't ask that during the phone call. He said no problem but would be an extra charge. I had no problem paying. He did an amazing job on the van and was so much cleaner then my expectations. The only thing that he missed was 1 of my center carpets was left out and there was a few junk things that was left on the ground. Just very minor details. But all in all I would still believe he deserves that 5 star rating. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone one of my friends that needs a good Detailer. read more

I will admit that I had a fairly dirty car with significant pet hair. However, all of this was disclosed and Jeremy saw the vehicle before he started. He showed up with some pretty beat up equipment. His extension cord was pieced together with electrical tape which tripped my breakers. Long story shortish... When he was done -the job was just okay. I could have done better myself. He didn't even flip back my seats in the back to vacuum, he forgot to clean the door panels and throughly detail the car -which I spent an hour doing afterward. When I explained that the job wasn't good, or more precisely wasn't pro, he became very agitated and argumentative. He even puffed up a bit like he wanted to fight -when I got closer to him to discuss it. Bottom line: not professional in workmanship, in attitude, or in customer service, let alone the fact that he did not bring the necessary equipment to complete the job adequately. Hire a neighborhood kid or do it yourself and save the headache. At least he knocked off the extra 30.00 bucks he was charging to clean the pet hair. read more

Jeremy's Auto Detail came out to my home to detail my car while I was at work. He asked that I hide payment somewhere in my yard, and when he was done with the car he would Skype me and show me the finished work and I could then tell him where the money was hidden. He said he had an unresolved issue with Merchant Services and was unable to take a credit card payment. I cleaned out my car and texted him to let him know that because I'm on crutches I was unable to carry a gallon of furniture paint still in the backseat. I asked if he could just put this paint in the yard or front porch. He said "No problem". He texted me when he arrived at my house, and then texted me about four hours later to say that his phone was dying and charging was not working, he was done, and could I please tell him quickly where the money was hidden. So I did. When I arrived home, I discovered that my car had not been detailed at all. It looks like he started to vacuum the floor in front of the passenger side and slid the seat back forcefully, and as a result spilled about half of the gallon of black paint all over the back floor of the car. Where a backseat passenger would put their feet is now completely filled with standing wet paint. He then moved the can of paint out of the car and put it, or threw it, onto my flagstone patio. The can was laying on its side and it spilled paint all over the patio. So not only did Jeremy steal my money and not do the work, but he caused a large amount of expensive damage. I have texted and called Jeremy's Auto Detail a number of times, but he has not returned my calls. He has now blocked me from his phone. Wow. Do not pay this guy until you check to make sure he does the agreed on work. I made the mistake of trusting him to detail my vehicle when I wasn't home and left the payment inside on the seat. I even paid an extra $15 up sell for "carpet extraction". It's clear he and his partner did a rush job, skipping work even though I paid for a full detail and asked him to only work on the inside of the vehicle. I could have done a better job in 10 minutes with a bottle of Armor All. When I asked him to finish the work, he asked me to email pictures to his phone, which wouldn't go through. Now he doesn't answer his phone and he doesn't return messages. It's clear this guy is a slouch and will shortchange his customers if given the chance. Sad. Don't use his service. read more

I called this kid to detail my car, and it seems he doesn't know anything about car detailing. I don't really know from where to start. We agreed that he come at 3PM to detail the car, he didn't come or call, I called him then he told me a story about a car that he is working on and took longer than what he expected, and he will be there at 4, I waited for him then called, he said he is stuck in traffic and will be there at about 5, finally arrived at 6! I left him working on the car so he could focus and have some room, I peeked at how he was doing about every hour. Here is what I noticed about him and the job he did: 1. Professional detailers take out the driver/passenger seats out so they can vacuum and clean thoroughly - He didn't 2. There were stains on the back seats and the passenger seat (he commented those were made by coke spills) - He didn't take them out saying if they were to come out they could've by the extraction 3. He didn't clean the glove compartment 4. He didn't even vacuum underneath the driver/passenger seats. 5. He didn't clean inside the center console/armrest 6. There is dog/cat hair all over the floor which he didn't clean, I believe any good vacuum cleaner should be able to take this out. 7. He didn't clean the trunk at all until I opened it and told him this is not clean!, he just took out the mat and dusted it off (without using a vacuum cleaner) 8. All scratches on the body are as is, even the shallow ones, and when I told him about it, he said there are other packages that include scratch removal and started explaining the process of scratch removal to me as I care, all I needed is at least removing the minor scratches which is included in his ad. and he didn't 9. There is mold on the seat belts and when I asked him why this is not cleaned, he started by you didn't tell me there is such a thing!, then he added I can do this for extra charge (I forgot how much he asked for maybe $20) anyhow I didn't pay the extra and pressured him to clean them, which he lightly did, still they are dirty... 10. The side mirrors caps and bumpers are degraded/pale from the sun, I am not sure if he could have buffed them, I am not complaining about this one, as I don't know if this is supposed to be treated by the car detail. 11. He might have cleaned the tires, but didn't shine them, which is something comes with even a very basic car cleaning not a DETAIL. When I showed him its not shined he said no it is, then I brought one of the neighbours and showed him that, he said those are no way shined! still he kept arguing and started screaming are you saying your not going to pay me!! all he cares about is the $90 + Tax! He is rude with no business manners or ethics. It took him from 6PM to about 9:30PM to finish the dirty job he did. I have to admit he might have done his best, but it seems he doesn't know how to do the job. I called him next day to come back and fix whatever he missed, he refused.
