Second time experiencing Jeremiah's Italian Ice of Largo and it was delicious!! We were served immediately upon entering which was nice!! Very generous portions and refreshing to have with the Florida heat!! They have seating inside and also outside for guests. There is a cool mural on the South wall inside which is nice to see. The cold creations they make have a great flavor as well!! Definitely recommend this place for all ages!! read more

Another local spot finds!! They have been open for a little over 1 year. Not sure how i missed this place. I drive down Seminole a lot. Anyway it's in the plaza across from largo mall. They have plenty of selections of preset ingredients or you can create your own. Friend staff that can help you decide. You can even ask to sample a flavor. Now that I know this place is here I will definitely swing by more often. read more

Another great Jeremiah's location! We were so happy to find this location near our hotel in Florida. I decided to make my own. I got chocolate, mint chocolate chip, and sprinkles with vanilla ice cream. It was fantastic. The staff here were great. I would definitely come to this location again. read more

I don't know how I haven't reviewed this Jeremiah's yet. I drove past the unopened location for months and always looked to see if they were open yet. Finally, they did (I forget when now). Jeremiah's is a Central Florida classic I've enjoyed many times in many locations (and they've hooked up the Elite Squad and the community at tons of events over the years). Is it the best Italian Ice I've ever had? No, but I'm also from Brooklyn so I'm biased. Is it ridiculously delicious anyway? Yes. Am I here entirely too often? Also yes. This was our first time at Jeremiah's. As big fans of Rita's, we were excited to try another Italian ice place, and we were not disappointed! The flavor options were endless, and the build-your-own gelati concept was very cool. The prices were to be expected, similar to Rita's. It was all delicious! The service was good, although it took a while, but we had a large order so we expected to wait a bit. There were outdoor seating options, which was nice since the sun had gone down and sitting outside had become enjoyable. They offer three different sizes by cup small medium and large and also biggest size for big party. As a family who has grown up in the restaurant business, we understand wanting to get home at the end of the night, but what we just experienced is unacceptable. We walked in around 9:40 when Jeremiah's closed at 10. There was a large party, probably around 7 people, that was ordering at the counter and one other couple in front of us. At 10:00 on the dot, after the worker served the last individual in the big group, she looked at us and said something along the line of "Sorry we close at 10 and are no longer serving. Thanks for understanding." Neither us nor the couple in front of us moved and just kind of laughed because we had just stood in line for 20 minutes while neither worker said anything. Had the girls said when we walked in or even at 9:50 "Hi. We close at 10, so if we don't serve you by then, we will be unable to do so" -- we would have been a lot more understanding. But it was the fact that they let both the couple in front of us and my party of 3 stand in line for 20 minutes without saying a word until 10:00 pm when they kicked us out. I understand that it is summer and it is the day before the 4th of July, but basic communication skills work wonders. Had we know we had the possibility of not being served, we would have tried to go somewhere else. But again, they waited until 10 when Jeremiah's and most other dessert places are closed. We've raved about this place to everyone who has come to visit us and this experience has left us not wanting to return anytime soon. It may be best to not schedule the two high school girls that closed this evening to prevent losing more sales in the future -- just an idea. read more

I saw this place on doordash & immediately had to order it. We had a chocolate gelati with mint frozen ice & another chocolate with peanut butter ice. We chose the bundle of 2 large for $12.99. The small would probably be enough but, since it was only 2 of the s, we stuck to large so we could get it delivered. I ate the portion that filled the lid. I'll have ice cream for the week but, I'm not upset about that. This place is amazing! I'm so glad I found it. We will be regulars. The best thing is I saw bundle deals for families. You get a set price t get one for everyone. My kids are grown but I think that's a great idea & will hopefully keep them open a long time. read more

I recently witnessed a customer trying to use a reward for a free menu item. I watched and listened to the whole conversation. She ordered a menu item as is and they still tried to charge her for a topping that was already included in it. She didn't try to add or modify it in any way. This customer was completely right in questioning a charge. The manager/owner was very rude and condescending. He kept telling her she can't talk to him that way by questioning the charge. Did not want to make anything right just continued to be rude to the customer. I will never return to this location for the way the manager treats his customers. Starting arguments with customers and telling them to never come back for questioning why they were being charged for a free reward. These people try anyway to make an extra buck by abusing things an puting it on the customer. I will never give this establishment my money again. This location and manager doesn't deserve it from what I witnessed. read more

This place is wonderful. I usually avoid chains yet wanted ice cream and this popped up and I've not been here until this visit. It's clean and colorful. I ordered the gingerbread and it's outstanding. Cassandra was the best. She takes orders and helps customers with a positive friendly attitude and then instead of texting or getting on her phone she starts cleaning up. She will own her own biz someday and be very successful. Maybe a franchise or something else? Not sure. She knows how to create the best customer experience. read more

Love this place! We frequent it often. It's clean and the water ice and ice cream tastes fresh and not super artificial and syrupy like other water ice places. The staff is very friendly and it's always such a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend! read more
