I always love coming here when I visit the plaza. The staff? Super friendly. The location? Clean as a whistle? The ice cream? Don't even get me started. That coffee flavor is simply to die for. To hate this place is to not be human. read more

Good afternoon, I wanted to take a moment to share how impressed I was with my recent visit to your store. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, and it truly reflects the level of professionalism and care your team provides. In particular, I would like to recognize Chris, who assisted me during my visit. Chris was courteous, attentive, and took the time to genuinely listen to my order and preferences. His patience and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and his service was truly above reproach. It is always refreshing to encounter someone who takes such pride in their work and goes the extra mile to ensure a positive customer experience. Please pass along my appreciation to Chris for representing your brand so well. Thank you again for a wonderful visit--I look forward to returning soon. Best regards, Kerry Reardon read more

I couldn't remember why I'd stopped choosing Cold Stone for ice cream over the last few months and instead opted for local, family-owned ice cream shops. It wasn't until this past Tuesday when I stopped in with my toddler to take advantage of their Tuesday Twofer special (two "Like It" sized bowls with one mix-in for $6.50) that I was quickly reminded why I made my decision. Put simply, the ice cream doesn't taste like anything. I ordered my typical, mint ice cream with Oreos mixed in and I promise you the only flavor I tasted was the corner of peanut butter ice cream that had somehow gotten mixed in with the mint inside the cooler. As a quick aside, there need to be some stricter sanitary measures taken because if I'd had an allergy, that would've been a serious problem. As I was saying, the mint ice cream was severely lacking in the flavor department. I didn't know ice cream could disappoint like this, but as a dessert connoisseur, I've got to stick to what I know is good and Cold Stone is not that for me anymore. read more

I am a die hard Cold Stone fan! Always have been. Always will. This location is newer to me since I just moved here, but the times we've gone have been great. My boyfriend and I came here since it's right next door to the movie theater we go to, and got our usual- a Love It Birthday Cake Remix (with EXTRA brownie!) and sat outside to people watch. We couldn't have had a better time. The crew is on the younger side, but they are friendly and quick. All the times I've gone to my old Cold Stone location there were lines to the door; these guys make sure you get your icecream in record time! Plus they blend it perfectly. No melted mess in the car! I really enjoy coming here because of the consistency. Perfect end to date night! read more

Friendly staff and amazing ice cream!! We love coming here before or after a movie! You've got to try the cake batter flavor, to die for!!!

This Cold Stone Creamery is in a mall called the "Shoppes at Park Place." We came for some dessert after having lunch at the nearby Panda Express. I had a "Like It" of cookie dough ice cream with chocolate chip mix-ins. My wife had a "Like It" of coffee ice cream with pecan mix-ins. We both enjoyed our ice cream. We always enjoy our ice cream at Cold Stone Creameries. But then I can't remember not enjoying ice cream anywhere. read more

We went in last night because I received a text stating $3 off $10. my family ordered and when I showed the cashier the text she said it was for online orders only. The text did not state this! she offered me 10% off the order. It was not her fault so I took the 10%. we then went outside and we were needing 1 more chair. My husband grabbed one from inside. A man came out and very snotty stated the inside chairs can't be placed outside. We would have been ok with this if he had been professional about telling us. There are plenty of ice cream places around here so I don't see any reason to go back to this specific one! Way to go Cold Stone Pinellas Park. you lost me, my family and my friends! read more

If you want to find the best cold stone, it's this one here in pinellas park. Whenever I want ice cream I get cold stone. OMG! It's horrible they added delivery to Cold Stone because now when you go to the store you wait and wait until all Uber deliveries are filled. Bleeping four staff members three customers and all four of the Staff were working on deliveries. Then they moved the Newbie to work on in-store customers. This staff member bleeped up 2 out of 3 in-store orders. WAIT ON IN-STORE CUSTOMERS FIRST! Not going back to that Cold Stone read more

Yummy, fun ice cream creations! I have yet to try all the flavors. The Like It size is fairly big. A Love It could probably feed two people. I'm sure a Gotta Have It is for the whole family right?! I like the Birthday Cake Remix and Oreo Overload creations. The staff here are extremely helpful and patient. Will let you try flavors before choosing one. Fun to watch them mash ice cream. Arm workout for days! Not a lot of seating available inside or out. They also sell cakes and cater for parties I believe. And you can even order a large tub of ice cream to go! Not sure how much that would cost though. They did have a check-in deal when I came. $2 off 2 Love It signatures. Damn. Now I want some ice cream. read more

This is my usual stop before the movie right next door. My husband loves Cold Stone and he wants to get it everytime he sees this place. My husband favorite is Strawberry Blond and my favorite is Berry Berry Berry Good and Strawberry Banana Randezvous. My husband ordered one of their icecream cake for the Valentine's day and it turned out to be pretty good too. This place is located in a large mall with Target, movie theatre, a couple restaurants and other shopping places. My husband loves ice cream cake, so for his birthday, I got him a huge Coldstone Creamery ice cream cake from this location. I had a great experience ordering through them. The staff was superbly friendly and gave me helpful advice about transporting and storing the cake. You can order customized ice cream cakes on their website, but you don't get all the options online. I wanted fresh strawberries mixed into the ice cream, so I called the location, and they were very accommodating. They called me on the day of the party to confirm everything, and the cake was done on time, ready to go as scheduled. We had sweet cream ice cream with fresh strawberries and almonds mixed in, and a layer of strawberries and pureed strawberries on top of a layer of yellow cake. The whole thing was frosted in a white buttercream, with fresh strawberries on top. The cake and ice cream were perfect, not too sweet at all (unlike Carvel ice cream cakes, which are sugar-bombs). Everyone at the birthday party (kids and adults alike) enjoyed the cake and couldn't believe it came from a chain store because it tasted so fresh. read more

Awesome crew, great service , and they were busy, they took the time to listen to what each person in my family wanted, everyone was happy, I recommend this place to anyone looking for great ice cream, and awesome service read more

The low rating is based on their service and not their ice cream. There was a long line of people wanting to place their order, one girl taking all the orders and another guy standing at the check out counter waiting on her to do everything. I felt bad for the girl doing ALL the work. We ended up leaving after standing in line for 10 minutes and only 2 customers out of 10 had been taken care of. read more

Been coming to this location for almost 6 years, I ordered like it size and as the kid scooped my sweet cream I thought to myself how little it was. Then he proceeded to putting only one strawberry on it when I asked 'just one?' His answer was: it gets cut in many pieces....did he really say that? Once he finished mixing my ice cream he put it in the container. It didn't even reach the rim and one side, almost 1/4 was empty. That's when I asked why he hasn't even filled up my cup. He said they used to loose lots of cost in ice cream. Now....did he really say that???? I put the cup on the counter and left. You have untrained children run your business and that exactly what it looks like. Now you lost some more money from cost of ice cream but most importantly you lost a customer. read more

It is what it is it's a chain ice cream store and when you go in you expect your old favorites what stands out though from all these places is how the customer is treated how cleanliness the story is and how fast they get your order ready this one I was very pleased with read more

I've never been a fan of this place. But I just ordered using bitesquad. It was fantastic! Gooey German chocolate cake. Chocolate covered cone! Sinful and delicious. Their shakes are amazing too. I've yet to be disappointed. read more

The building & staff... I've been here more than I care to admit, but these guys are always unfailingly kind. They're attentive, and more importantly, visibly nonjudgmental when I lay that chocolate on and top it with a gummy bear. The inside is very small, but the outdoor seating makes up for it. The ice cream... I had never been to a Coldstone before this place, but I was thoroughly impressed. Despite the standing as a chain, I don't hate their food. In fact, I really love their ice cream despite how expensive it is. Overall, I'm a fan. read more

After a brutal training day and a dinner with my girls, this was the perfect stop for my night. We were greeted and got started with our bases. I love cake, so I got the cake flavor ice cream which in the Like It size is only 340 calories. Then I added oreos, cookie dough, and the man servicing suggested brownie, which I couldn't turn down. It was divine! I will be back. read more

Cold Stone is great if you want to customize your ice cream experience but they are all pretty much the same at every location. The staff at this location was very friendly and let me sample a flavor I was interested in. They made some recommendations and got my family our ice cream pretty quickly. I personally am not a huge fan of the actual ice cream at Cold Stone (I think it has a artificial sweeter flavor). I feel that it is nothing special for the price. Also this location suffers from a major lack of seating so be prepared to get your ice cream to go. read more

With all of the local ice cream shops in St Pete it confused as to why anyone would Choose Coldstone. Sure the ice cream is good but not so good on your wallet or waistline. If your going to calorically and financially splurge I would opt for one of the Gelato shops on Beach Drive. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. The problem isn't the ice cream, it's the owner. He's a terribly rude man. The owner was training a young man who was doing his best but was constantly being belittled by the owner. It took almost 10 minutes to pay because he was yelling at the trainee about not being able to memorize orders. This is unacceptable. You should never yell at your employees or be disrespectful to them. Honestly, that young man should find another job and this place should be shut down. Terrible representation of cold stone creamery. read more

I love coming to this location. The Ice Cream is always made to order, so you can always pick what you want to make and know it's fresh. This location does get crowed sometimes, so the wait is a little long. The inside is very clean, and there is a outdoor seating area I like to sit at in the evening and eat my Ice Cream. I would not recommend eating outside during lunch or rush hour. There are so many people one time someone bumped into me and I almost ended up dropping my Ice Cream. Sometimes the people who work inside are rude, but expect you to tip them anyway, so watch out for that. read more

Went in about 7:00 on a Saturday night. Service was good. Ice cream was good. But why do these places always so dirty? I would think one person would be assigned to clean off tables and damp mop the floor when the product is so sticky. Hence the three star rating. read more
