We ordered junior scoops of toasted coconut and peanut butter chocolate in bowls. While it is on the pricier side, we paid $13 for two juniors, the portions are generous and absolutely worth it. The scoops are large, and the ice cream is unbelievably creamy and rich. Easily some of the best we have ever had. One serving is honestly enough to share between two people. The lady working today was taking her time to get a sizable amount which allowed me to taste the ice cream properly , most spots give you one that's like half the size so you might finish it without allowing the flavor to settle in. The owner, Clint...btw who told me he was 79, stayed open past 8pm to serve my fiance, myself, and another couple. If you want the creamiest, freshest, and tastiest homemade ice cream ever, this is the place to go! There are three cases of flavors to choose from, so there is something for everyone. My husband had the white chocolate raspberry and said it was the best ice cream he's had in a very very long time. I got the small size cup but luckily was able to split the scoop to get two different flavors which was nice, so I had the blueberry cheesecake, which had huge chunks of cheesecake throughout, and the praline pecan. This place has been my GO-TO for ice cream. Never heard of it before and was curious to try their homemade ice cream and wow, so glad I did! I have so far tried black raspberry, cookies and cream, cookie dough and chocolate. I think black raspberry is an uncommon ice cream for a lot of places to have these days for some reason and it's hard to get it just right and this place has some of the best! The cookie dough and delicious and the cookies and cream is my personal favorite! You taste the chunks of Oreo cookies in every bite and it's so creamy. This is not a typical mass produced fake flavor ice cream, it's real ingredients and you can tell this little shop puts care into their product and great prices too! We enjoyed some tasty ice cream served up by a nice lady named Ann. She told us that the ice cream comes from an Amish community in... wait for it... Sarasota. Apparently, 20000 Amish folks live down there and crank out some delicious ice cream in their spare time! I don't think Amish folks use Yelp since it's technology-based and all but, nevertheless, I'll go with four stars. Would have gone all week if we had found it sooner. Husband and I loved the butterscotch explosion, I also had mudslide and gator tail flavors, my parents had blueberry cheesecake and said it was great. My kids (2 and 7) both loved the cookie monster and superhero flavors, I tried a taste and they were great. First day my daughter wanted cookie monster by was going to be sharing with me and i was getting gator tail. The qoman workign was super bice and put a small scoop of cookie monster in my bowl for her. Their sizes are huge, we got singles for $6 and they were easily enough to share or indulge.
