The boba place is decorated for Christmas with Santa hat covers on the chair. Great place to hangout with friends and family. The boba drinks are average. We got the strawberry yogurt and brown sugar milk boba. They are good that I will go back if we are craving for boba while in the area...but not unique enough for me to drive out of my way to go there. The host/cashier is super friendly too! He gave us recommendations for drinks based on what we like. Give it a try if you are in the area! read more

Another very solid place for Boba Tea in Pinellas Park! The plaza this shop is in may not look the most welcoming or glamorous, but the interior of the store is quite spacious and very clean. Perfect place to go for a group hangout after eating next door. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient. They have lots of different drink choices, from hot teas to various cold drinks with different toppings. Overall, a solid place to go for boba and one that you should add to your list of hangout spots :) read more

Hands down my favorite place to get boba tea in Pinellas County! The storefront is very clean and relaxing. I love the variety that they offer and that you can choose how much sweetener is added. It's also nice that they have teas without dairy as well as milk alternatives. I ordered the oolong tea with cheese foam which was the perfect balance for me. All of the staff is very friendly so coming here is one of my favorite ways to kick off the weekend. read more

Just your average boba shop. Matcha Green Milk: The matcha quality is not the greatest. Even the color is off. Honeydew: Water down, not a super strong taste of honeydew. Winter Melon: The best out of all 3, similar to the other winter melon I've had. Overall, these drinks are filled with ice, you pay $6-$7 for it to be water down. The boba is the store brought boba which I can easily make at home. I do like the way they design the shop but I will not go out of my way to this place. It doesn't offer unique drinks. read more

Good place for tea or shaved ice, but pricy. We were in Pinellas Park, and I thought it was a good day for shaved ice. We found H20 by Got-Tea on Yelp and drove over. The store is small and in a small mini-mall, a bit farther west than most of the Pinellas Park commerce. It is very cute and clean. We ordered: the mango shaved ice, a honey milk tea with basil seeds, a mango smoothie with mango jelly, and a strawberry fruit tea with strawberry popping boba. I thought the mango shaved ice was excellent. Very finely shaved ice, good mango flavor, nice mango jelly. Hard to stomach paying over $7 for ice and a little sauce and sweetener, but definitely a tasty treat. The drinks were fine. Not great. Expensive. There was a bitterness to the honey milk tea, but at the same time, despite supposedly being 50% sweet, its sweetness was cloying. My husband also did not love his fruit tea. If you're in the area and want a comfortable, well-lit place to drink tea, this might be your place, but there are other places closer to me to get an expensive tea that isn't so sweet and bitter. read more

Cute place, clean. Fast and friendly service. There's lots of delicious looking options but I finally settled on the lavender milk tea. It was gone in less than 5 mins so that tells you how delicious it was! Will be back for more! read more

I'm on a quest to dry the best boba in Pinellas county and this is definitely up there. The facility is aesthetically pleasing from the inside. The colors, decorations and furniture look super nice! The staff members that made out boba here was by far the fastest boba maker I've ever encountered. Literally took just a couple of minutes and it was ready. As far as the boba goes it was a little too sweet for me. I got the brown sugar milk tea with crystal boba and I thought it was overwhelmingly sweet. My wife got the Oreo boba and hers didn't taste as sweet as mine. I think next time I'll order mine with 50-75% sugar. Overall it was great boba! I read more

I love a good Boba tea. My son and I visited, on a Sunday afternoon, because he had been to the location multiple times and said it was the best. The plaza is a little rundown, but inside this place it is absolutely adorable, well cleaned, and very nicely decorated. They have a good variety of teas to choose from, but I went with my favorite, Chai. My son and I had a seat at the table, waiting for our drinks, which didn't take long at all. The Boba was just to die for, and they had quite a bit. Flavoring and sugar level were perfect. Now I know why this is the place that he always goes to. read more

I was in the area and had some time to kill so decided to stop in at H2O. The place is super cute and I was greeted by a friendly employee. The menu is solid and the honey milk tea at 25% sweetness hit the spot! Very calm and friendly vibes inside and I was able to get some work done for a few hours. Would recommend! The only note I would have for ownership is to invest in wider straws as the boba sometimes got stuck in the straw. read more

I discovered this by coincidence and I'm glad I did. I was in at Pete area and looking for a boba place to go to with a friend. First time trying boba for her. I called them to make sure they have boba and I was told there is boba left for only two drinks and I asked them for save it and they did. He wasn't lying and I appreciate him for that. Drinks were great not overly sweet and enough flavor and ice. I had their lavender milk tea with boba and 75% sweetness and 50% ice, it was perfect. Place is spacious, ambience is great. Music is not loud at all, if you Wana come here to study it's perfect spot, plenty of spots! It was great and will definitely return when I'm in the area and recommend to everyone read more

I think about 3.5 stars. Mainly is the price and the offer of the material are not measure up. My review is only focused on the shave ice. Not the drink. The drink may be speak differently. But shave ice is at the high side in compare to the same area cafe along the Park Blvd. We have the strawberry shave ice. Any topping will be additional cost. Which make this an expensive item for the initial price. We did add the rainbow jelly. The ice already has the flavor before they shave it. This is typical Taiwanese ice making process. It is delicious. The place is popular now. May be they need to think about some offer now to keep the customers coming. If they do it, it will last a bit longer. read more

We ordered the avocado smoothie and oreo milk tea, which both of them were a bit disappointing. The avocado smoothie was smooth but lacks actual flavor as not sure if the fruit used was not ripe enough. I'm looking for a go-to boba shop in Pinellas and really want to like GotTea, but the drinks just weren't as flavorful as I expected. Drinks: 2.5/5. Both my friend and I ordered the Oolong milk tea and were both disappointed with how diluted the tea tasted. I originally ordered my drink at half sweetness (like I normally do at other boba shops), and I had to go back after my first taste and request that the staff add more sugar to enhance the flavor. Even my friend, who ordered hers at full sweetness, was disappointed with the lack of actual tea flavor. However, based on the other reviews, I'd like to give the drinks another try. Service/Ambiance: 5/5. Trendy! The big menu board, clean color scheme, and soft Asian pop music playing in the background give California Bay Area/west coast vibes. I love that there are tables and a couch for lounging and working. There's even Wi-Fi for paying customers! read more

I had a very nice time at this boba shop. It had everything I was looking for--plenty of seating, good drinks, free WiFi, clean bathroom, outlets, and good music played just quiet enough to get some work done. As someone who doesn't drink coffee, I always appreciate a good boba shop that can serve as an alternative to a cafe. The drink itself was also lovely. I ordered a taro milk tea, 50% sugar with pudding and red beans. The red bean topping here was well made--they had their own hint of sweetness and was cooked just right, not mushy. (As an aside, I personally think boba is overrated and people should try getting their milk teas with red bean instead.) 50% sugar was probably more like a 75% imo. The drink was on the pricier side, but I didn't mind it because I actually really enjoyed it overall. And this is coming from someone who was spoiled by boba options in California. Plus, you gotta take today's economy into account. read more

My drink was refreshing, and it was a nice place to get some work done in a quieter setting compared to other cafes I've been to in the area. The tables didn't really fill up when I was there on a Sunday afternoon, and service was pretty reasonable and quick. I tried the Rose milk tea with almond milk ($0.75 upcharge) and boba ($1 upcharge). It came out to be almost $9 which is on the pricier side. The flavors were balanced and fragrant, not too sweet. However getting the boba was a mistake. I noticed they were very clumpy when I was handed the drink, and mixing the drink and trying to separate them with a straw didn't help. It was such a pain in the mouth to drink because they would not go through the straw. I would have expected that in going earlier in the day, the boba would be more fresh and enjoyable, but I guess this was not the case. I hope maybe I just had a bad batch, and it was just a fluke, but the boba really soured the experience for me. read more

I noticed that when I came to the shop, there was no one taking orders at the register. I wonder if they were understaffed, but the shop wasn't very busy either. The staff might have been busy with a large takeout order? The tea was alright. I got a cheese foam tea. H2O is not an ideal place to do your work. The music was too loud. Their WiFi was decent. I had to take a Zoom call in my car because of the loud music. At least the WiFi extended out to where I parked my car. read more

One of the best boba tea shops in the area. Everything I've had here has been good. And their boba is always fresh - nice and chewy. My favorite right now is the honey milk tea. A big menu full of tea, milk tea, smoothies, shaved ice and all the add ins. Located in a small strip off of Park Blvd. be careful, it's easy to miss the turn. It's a cute little shop. Clean and quiet. You can even study here as there is Wi-Fi. My favorite drink is the brown sugar milk tea boba. You can adjust the sweetness in every drink. Prices definitely have increased but where else hasn't? H2O is a great place to get drinks and even some shaved ice! Almost everything on their menu has just the right amount of sweetness-- even at 100% sweetness; this is coming from someone who regularly gets less, and even half sweetness. The shaved ice and the fruit teas are a must as they're incredibly refreshing! PROS: clean interior, friendly staff, timely service, fresh and reasonably priced CONS: no significant cons, however I wish there were dairy alternatives for the milk teas.
