New Vietnamese-owned tea shop run by two sisters that recently opened in Pinellas Park, specializing in imported matcha, hojicha, and oolong teas alongside Vietnamese comfort food. The space is modern and busy, with warm earth tones and decor inspired by traditional tea ceremonies. Orders can be placed through a single self-service kiosk or directly with staff. My friend and I tried the Banana Hojicha and Blueberries & Cream Matcha. The Banana Hojicha was the better of the two with a strong roasted tea flavor, though I wish the banana came through more. The Blueberries & Cream Matcha was slightly too milky, but the blueberry flavor helped balance it out. Sweetness levels are default 75% it was perfect! Since they had their grand opening just three days ago, they're probably still getting into the groove of things. I was among a few customers who waited about 35 minutes for our drinks, but the staff was friendly and helpful when we checked in. I also loved how classy and thoughtful it was to have bathroom hand towels available, which is a small but nice touch. Overall, a promising addition to the area, and I'd come back to see how they continue to grow and improve!

So glad I got to try the tea shop out. Looks a little deceiving, but it is beautiful inside, with plenty of seating. They had a wider menu with regular tease and milk teas. Their Matcha was delicious, I was able to try out the strawberries and cream along with the strawberry peak. I can't wait to try some of the other drinks, especially the hojicha. They also have food available as well. we got our drinks fairly quickly!

Fantastic Vietnamese buffet where you can try a huge array of Vietnamese staples without…read morecompromising quality! I live in Miami where there isn't much Vietnamese food but my parents moved to Pinellas Park only a few minutes away from this restaurant so I was super excited to visit and go with them! Vietnamese buffets are not a common business model, and from other types of buffets you know that sometimes the quality can suffer, but Quan Ngon strikes a great balance between quality but also diverse options from many subtypes of Vietnamese cuisine. I won't be able to go into everything I tried (that would be a novel) but I will hit some of the highlights: - Grilled pork with broken rice: pork was marinated well, savory and sweet with a nice chargrilled taste, great with the rice + eggs + scallion oil or even by itself - Curry chicken: tastes very similar to how I remember my family does it, light but a bit creamy and with tender chicken and potatoes - Braised clay pot fish (but it's buffet style so served in a warming tray): savory, a bit sweet, tender fish that goes well with rice to soak up all the sauce - Fish sauce wings: not a super traditional dish but it's popping up all over modern Vietnamese restaurants now, slightly crisp outside juicy inside with a delicious savory sweet just salty enough glaze - Dessert (Che) bar: I'm not a huge fan of Vietnamese desserts, but I have to admit their row of Vietnamese desserts are well cooked, and sweet but not too sweet (also approved by my Vietnamese parents so you know it's legit!) For the price, the Quan Ngon Bistro buffet is more than worth it; for not too much above the price of a single entree at most other restaurants, you get to try a generous array of well made dishes. Whether you are native Vietnamese or trying Vietnamese cuisine for the first time, I'd definitely recommend stopping by!

I visited twice, once for lunch and once for dinner, and found that the selection was pretty much exactly the same both times, The pho is only on weekends, dry noodles and meat are pre-portioned into bowls, and the broth wasn't hot enough to properly warm the meat or soften the noodles, leaving them on the dry side instead of tender...I couldn't finish my bowl The bánh xèo was nice and crispy but quite oily and only had 1-2 pieces of shrimp. Some dishes were flavorful and fresh, while others seemed like they had been sitting out for a while and weren't kept hot enough. The standout dishes for me were the rice congee, bánh cuốn, chicken wings, and the caramelized fish. Those were well done and the reason I'd consider coming back. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were attentive. Overall, it's worth trying at least once if you're curious about a Vietnamese buffet, but compared to many of the excellent Vietnamese restaurants in the Tampa Bay area, I still prefer ordering freshly made dishes over the buffet. With a little more variety, hotter food, and a few quality improvements, this place could easily be a worth the price. * Weekdays: $24/adult, kids are half price * Weekends: $29/adult, kids are half price *4 and under free

The staff were extremely friendly and patient as I had not clue what to order. I ended up getting a scoop of their deepest darkest chocolate secret and a scoop of the marshmallows cookies and caramel. My boyfriend ordered the caramelized bananas with peanut butter and honey and refused to share more than a bite and it was outstanding. The flavors are all made in house and extremely delicious. You can taste the quality and care that goes into the ice cream. As well as the quality of their ingredients. They also sell dessert bars which honestly looked out of this world but we did not have room left. The pricing here is extremely reasonable for the size and quality you get. Parking is tight as it is a few spots right off a main road on either side. But there is a small parking lot a bit further down. There is limited indoor and outdoor seating here but it is a must try if in the area!

Key line was a great flavor for regular ice cream. No clue if they offer real ingredients or corn syrup but it's a clean, fresh location and you get a triangle of cone on the side, which is great. This is a place we'll stop when driving by and craving ice cream but nowhere we've found in the area is somewhere that's dairy fresh fantastic with real whipped cream. I do like how you get to try the flavors with a real spoon provided.

Though there's a simplicity to the dish, the little grilled sausages came atop a fluffy split pita like bread and the juices settled into it quite nicely. Served with raw onion, a small side of yogurt and typically a red pepper paste known as Ajvar (which I had to ask for it) I highly recommend all accoutrements to accompany every delicious bite. I'll come back anytime I'm on the St Pete side. And the owner is incredibly nice to boot.

With that being said the flavors of the meat weren't exactly to my preference but the quality of the meat seemed fine. And the bread. Oh boy, it was amazing! Light, fluffy, slightly toasted, and buttered to perfection. I could eat that all day. The place has a very small interior (maybe seating for 10) but my coworkers and I were the only ones inside anyway. Everyone else was sitting outside on the patio or taking it to go. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable and we certainly enjoyed that aspect. The food did though seem to take a while to come out and the sauces provided were much too small for the amount of food I ordered. If anything those would be my only real complaints. And a lot of the customers were simply enjoying a cup of coffee.
