I had the slightest wait afterwards to be in seen by the PA and the staff member who brought me into my examine room apologized for the wait, but also informed me that the results look great and the doctor would just be a few more minutes...this may sound small, but waiting for the results is stressful and it put me at ease. The PA, Kruti McDonald was absolutely WONDERFUL. She spent time listening and talking to me and didn't rush at all. After the surgery the staff calls to check on you to make sure you're okay and you're not in pain . All of my follow-up visits have been nothing but excellent . You're never in the waiting room waiting longer than 15 minutes and once you're called in the back your in the room 2 minutes tops before Dr Strom or one of his associates come in to speak with you .
