I had the slightest wait afterwards to be in seen by the PA and the staff member who brought me into my examine room apologized for the wait, but also informed me that the results look great and the doctor would just be a few more minutes...this may sound small, but waiting for the results is stressful and it put me at ease. The PA, Kruti McDonald was absolutely WONDERFUL. She spent time listening and talking to me and didn't rush at all. She was thorough, knowledgeable and TOOK HER TIME-- again, made me feel as though I mattered, my concerns mattered and that she honestly cared. I really can't recommend MBC enough.

My breasts were fine but realized the right one was hard. I went back to my surgeon and said it was capsulated. I had to have another surgery which was frustrating. After recovering and not going back to work right away I took two months off because afraid this will happen again. I am Household mgr and administrator and my work is a lot of errands and up and downstairs. As soon I got back to work I noticed my right one (of course) turning purple and getting hard. I went to emergency room and the same surgeon did my surgery. I had a hematoma this time it's been one thing after another. So I decided for second opinion because the right is capsulated again. I went and saw Dr Rosen and he made me wait a month and a half and then told me he can't meet my expectations ( what does that mean?) I was sooo upset and someway glad Dr Rosen didn't do my surgery because he is so condescending. I just wishe he didn't waste my time. Thank God someone told me about dr Loverme.
