We uncovered a rotted support beam and a roofing issue during the deck rebuild, and Frank took care of all that as well with his roofer, and took care of the additional Trex materials that were needed after we uncovered the issues and added to the project. After getting several quotes and recommendations, I went with Michael Kelly, owner of Mr. Fence, to remove the 60 ft long wood fence used to separate 2 adjacent properties and replace it with a more economical chain link fence. I chose Michael because he was responsive and willing to readjust his work schedule to meet my short time frame. His pricing was also very fair and competitive for the scope of work. After the site visit and getting his formal quote, Michael and his crew was able to start work within 2 days on a Saturday. David did a great job in removing the wood fence, installing the new support posts in concrete, and cleaning up afterwards on the first day. Michael came 2-3 days later after the concrete had time to fully cure to install the chain link to the support posts and install a new gate. Throughout the process, Michael was open and accommodating to my thoughts and ideas to ensure the finished product met my expectations.
