You can really taste the butter type spread they put in, perhaps a bit too much. The chicken was good too, but I think they used Korean BBQ sauce to marinade it. Paired with a homemade pâté, cucumbers, pickled carrots & daikon, cilantro, mayo and hot sauce (optional). The pork was cooked really well but wish it had more lemongrass flavour. I personally prefer a more punchy do Chua (pickled carrots & daikon) with stronger sweetness and sourness. The bottom of the banh tieu also got rather greasy. I otherwise really enjoyed this sandwich. The pâté was notably delicious, the portion is large and everything tasted fresh. The iced coffee was also great. It was appropriately strong and had a good condensed milk sweetness to balance out the strong coffee. Service was friendly. The space is clean but there's no accessible entrance.
