As you can see from my other reviews of other bike shops, I've not had the best of luck. From stores that only push certain brands to stores that treated me great til they got my money.... it's hard in today's day and age of the internet where to go and how you will be treated. Let me tell you the guys at Cutting Edge have been hands down WONDERFUL at every turn. Not only did they more than willingly go thru bikes with my husband but also with me. The fact that they were so thorough and knowledgeable about the bikes they have, including my current riding disciplines. They have a varied selection of all kinds of bikes and if there is something you're interested in but don't see, just ask. They also have a used section that is available to the public. So what makes these guys great? They all have their own personalities and talents, but they are so harmonious and that's rare and lends its self to a lack of competition against each other for sales and puts the customers needs and wants first!! An equal great point is they are able to point out things to me that helped my cycling and make suggestions without being overbearing or putting sales first. These guys know how to generate true repeat business by fostering real relationships with every customer that comes in. Which is why on the third visit there we felt more than comfortable to trade in my husbands bike and upgrade him to a full suspension bike! He ABSOLUTELY loves his new bike and they just turned my bike from a 2x10 drive train to a 1x10 drivetrain and for a more than reasonable price!!! Craig this is how you do it and other businesses could learn from you, but they just don't even fit in the same category as you and your store!!!! Regardless if you would like to rent, buy new gear, or buy used gear, I recommend you come here before you go anywhere else. A major tip- If you're looking to rent for the entire season, do not wait until peak season because they will likely be out of many rentals by then. Be sure to start the process of renting your skis earlier in the season. However, even if they're out of rentals, they have phenomenal sales on a lot of their ski equipment and it may be a better investment for you to buy from them. I can't stress how friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helpful the staff is. They're very thorough and helpful with all of their services. Highly recommend!

This was my first time, I came so unprepared and my feet and hands were cramping of the cold by the end of it all. Nonetheless, we had a great time. Few hours every Sunday afternoon are scheduled for public skating (look up calendar)... was quite reasonably priced @ $10 (including skate rentals) for 1.5hrs. A good winter activity for kids to burn all that energy. They have milk crates to lean on for beginners which I relied on heavily else I'm quite certain I'd break a hip. Gladly it wasn't too crowded. Where to begin?…read more Let's start with the process. Easy-peasy to use their scheduler, make a change in date. Done. Then the fitting itself. Connor Murray was assigned to me. The boy knows his stuff! Whether it was the latest equipment, using the Tracer to analyze my swing mechanics, or giving a couple of tips on swing path (without giving instruction, since he doesn't yet have his credential and I don't want to get him in trouble, haha), he knows what he's doing and talking about. And last, there's the Ethics and Integrity thing. After spending sufficient time watching me, Connor's suggestion was to work a bit on my swing and maybe take a couple of lessons, rather than buying expensive new equipment. He said he could sell me something, but Chris's (Cote, the owner, I presume) philosophy (and his, Connor's, as a credentialed PGM club fitter) is to only sell equipment if it's going to improve what's in the bag. Connor said the clubs I have are excellent, fitted to me, and there's no newer technology that he could sell me that would be an upgrade to what I already own. He gave me a big bucket of balls, his card, and the card of their head pro instructor with a suggestion to set up a couple of lessons. Call me jaded, but in an age where someone's always trying to sell me something I don't really need, this not only impressed me but has now turned me into a raving fan of his and Chris Cote's Golf!
