So, come to education which is top priority to our family, we are looking for a place is not just grades driven but put kids interests first and working with their abilities. ILearn Education is definitely the right choice for our family. While only my 7 years old son goes to iLearn education, he has not only became the top student in his class, but he also learned how to be a independent student with minimum supervision. And again, he is only 2nd grade. ILearn offers a wide range classes from academic courses such as reading, writing, and math classes at different levels, but also interests/skill courses such as fashion design, cartoon design, public speaking/ debating and robotic courses. My boy started with couple robotic and science classes, and now enrolled into 5 different classes. All the teachers are all amazing! The organization share all the teachers' backgrounds, degrees and working experiences with the parents. All the classes are very creative and carefully designed by individual teachers themselves. I think the owners also have school age kids that all go there, and I believe one of the owner is extremely careful come to hiring teachers because she comes from very high education background herself. With the pandemic, the school only offers online classes for now. I don't know how those teachers keep the kids so engaged during the classes (1.5 hours each), but I definitely see outstanding results. Now, even with his regular elementary classes, he doesn't need any supervision to attend, participate and complete his independent works for distance learning modules. He also scored top 1% in one of the California Math standard test, and reading in 5th grade level. Public speaking is one of his favorite class. I sometimes overhear what they talk about in the class and thinking- wow, those kids are way smarter than me even as a second grader! We'll definitely keep attending iLearn Education. Hands down the best choice from my experience-worth very penny!

She has helped her make incredible progress with letters, numbers, colors, shapes, and other foundational skills, while always making learning feel engaging and age-appropriate. What we especially appreciate is her ability to strike the perfect balance between being sweet and nurturing while also providing just enough structure and discipline to keep a young child focused and learning. She understands how to challenge our daughter without overwhelming her, which is such an important skill when working with toddlers. We've been incredibly happy with the progress we've seen and feel very fortunate to have Emily as part of our daughter's early learning experience. We highly recommend her!

Pricing is on par with some private school monthly tuitions but you only get 2 hours per week, instead of 35, and your kid learns from an iPad rather than an instructor, who is more like an exam proctor. You don't even get the same proctor every time, for this level of cost I felt I should have been you assigned a personal tutor who worked with him 1vs1 for an hour rather than being on an electronic device for a basic 3rd grade learning level.

We could not be more pleased with our experience at Light Shining for both our children. Our first child began at Light Shining in middle school for help in Math. Her tutors (James and Daniel) did a great job and she not only began to ace her tests, but also developed a love for understanding and mastering complex math concepts. In high school, she additionally got tutoring for Physics and similarly began to excel at both school work and her understanding of the material. Light Shining was a life-saver during ACT prep and helped her land excellent test scores. She is attending Yale University this fall and we could not be more grateful. Thank you Light Shining!! Our second child (elementary school) is now following her sister's footsteps and started reading, writing and math at Light Shining. We look forward to many good things from this excellent tutoring center!
