I mostly come here for my eyebrows. The woman who does it takes her time but isn't too long. I think they come out great. I've been to other places and finally made the decision to only go here to get them done. I paint my own nails with regular nail polish. I don't wear fake nails or anything like that so I'm not super familiar with nail services. I did get a manicure once. I thought it was okay. They have a lot of nail polish but it's not separated my color. Part of me wants to separate for them lol. If you sit and wait, you'll see they have some that are similar colors. There are interesting and unique colors I haven't seen before though. And they aren't ones you can find in the store. At least I haven't come across those unique colors. I also think they need to add more colors to their collection. When it comes to the people, I'm not sure what language they speak but they speak it often. I had trouble understanding what they were saying once because of the accent. (4 stars for the eyebrows and service) read more

Been here once, would go again only if I absolutely needed my nails done before an event or something since it's close to my house. Experience was less than good. The prices are cheaper but I'd rather pay more for good service. The product deserves 4* but the service was horrible. I arrived around 130pm and was seated to wait. Some girl came in while I was waiting, she was (over 30 minutes) late for her 1pm appointment and got called back before me. I asked for help to pick a nude nail color and the lady refused and kept telling me to pick my own color so I settled for black. I had the male nail tech and he was very rude. Didn't speak to me at all. When he asked me to wash my hands I was pushing my chair back to get up and he shouted at me to go wash hands. He kept shouting at me to relax my hands. So I went and got my nails done here and the lady did them nice and smooth but after a week I was gonna change my nail color and I had gotten my thumb and pinky with glitter and when I put a cotton ball and foil and waited to take off the foil and Cotten ball my whole acrylic nail came off. Came in this evening and had a very nice pedicure. Staff was quiet but I never mind a little extra quiet. They were careful and took a good amount of time. Polish job was good. Massage was very light, but felt good. Really like the mini-hot stone on the legs and feet. I would definitely come back. read more

Love this place. Jenny does great brows and the guys do great nails. My daughter and I tried other salons in town but this is by far our favorite. Staff isn't rude however not the most talkative which I personally prefer since I enjoy the quiet time. Since I have now become a regular customer they have really warmed up and will joke with us now. They even ask where my daughter is if I go in without her. I don't think they are intentionally rude but more so due to the language barrier. I have referred many people to them and all have now become regular clients. Sometimes the wait may be long because they are busy but I have had no issue waiting an hour for their services. In my opinion the wait is well worth it. read more

I hate that I'm writing this review but I've gone to Jenny Nails since they opened and she's the only one I trust with my brows. I beleive when someone does a great job, you should compliment them. I told her that since I moved, I had another lady wax my eye brows but didn't like it as much and I said I liked how she wax my brows and that I would rather make the drive instead of going somewhere else. She was really upset with me and said to not come back anymore. I was confused to why she was upset and I clarified with her that I was giving her a compliment but instead she got upset. I paid her and she walked away and I thought that was unprofessional. I really liked this place to get my eye brows done and I even referred my friends to her. I feel humiliated and unfortunately... NO PAIN!!! First words up front in case you don't read any futher. I decided to reward myself for quitting smoking (2 weeks!) by getting artificial nails again. I quit getting them a couple years ago because the nicotine discolored them and I also have a low tolerance for pain. I had them for many years off and on but I decided a few years back I was tired of putting up with major primer burn. Pain plus time plus yellowed nails. So not worth it. And I was paying for the opportunity. Jenny was wonderful!!! What was amazing was that I even had a paper cut under my thumb nail but there was NO PAIN!!! I'm a perfectionist and I have to say my nails are beautiful. And her nail art gets a lot of comments. Every other Saturday count me in! read more

Horrible! They make you feel uncomfortable and my pedicure was 20 minutes for $25. They are not friendly at all and do not do a very good job and unsanitary. Never going back and I suggest nobody else goes. read more

My initial experience of this salon was very good. The man who did my nails did a fantastic job. However I had to go back due to nail breakage a couple of days later. The owner was extremely rude and continually stated its not their fault. She was very rude and snotty. She continually stated she did not like how I had my nails done. She also took off my gel coat on the nail and attempted to just paint the thumbnail without reapplying the gel powder. I stopped her and made her reapply it. I was willing to pay for it. She refused payment The clinch on never going back is when I wasn't sure I had the right color. She turned her back to me and stated "I don't know, you pick it out". I will never go back there. Too bad. I just moved here. When I find a good nail tech I refer, bring in parties, and spend a great deal of money. Never Again. read more

There was absolutely no pain, the massage was wonderful, and they even used hot stones to massage my feet and lower legs. I've had my nails done at a few places in town and I have to say this one I like the best. Clean and comfortable atmosphere plus it feels like some nicer salons in Seattle. I've been going since March and have been 3 times and my 4th appt is tomorrow. I get the overlay on my real nails and they make sure to remove any of the acrylic/gel if it appears to have lifted off your real nail. Which is so nice cause the last place didn't and I was really worried about getting fungus and any number of gross things growing under there. I like that they make sure everything is clean and well done. The hot rock massage is worth it with the pedicure, so be sure to spend the extra $5. I do suggest to call for an appointment, this is a VERY busy salon. First time I was a walk in and waited around 30-40 minutes. Since then I've made appointments each time and have never waited more than about 5 minutes. read more

She said to get a color, I sat for 20 min waiting, while a lady came in after and asked for a pedicure and was started in immediately, two other ladies went and got waxed done. I had a very disappointing experience at Jenny Nails. The staff are extremely pushy, to the point of being rude. I know what I want, but they think they know better, arguing with me about my color choice and squaring my nails when I requested round. The polish was poorly applied leaving debris and bubbles under the top coat. When I pointed it out, the technician told me the debris was the shape of my nails and that the bubbles would go away. I made her change the worst one to demonstrate she was wrong. Even although the debris was removed in this process, she was very defensive. Within a few hours, I noticed the bubbles had started to break through the top coat and by the end of the day, the polish was lifting and peeling off several nails. Poor quality polish, poor technician skills, & poor customer service, I won't be back! read more
