I love that she didn't make it too thick to where it LOOKS like I'm wearing acrylics and she shaped it perfectly but there was hardly any care for my cuticles or the edges of the nail where nail meets skin Very sweet lady tho, I'd definitely come back (and probably just speak up about the cuticles thing) read more

After paying for an $85 cold, subpar pedicure and manicure, the oldest man working there came and took my pedicure sandals and toe dividers once my nails were dry. I gave them to him assuming he was going to throw them away for me. However, I WATCHED HIM PUT MY USED PEDI SANDALS AND TOE DIVIDERS BACK IN THE SAME DRAWER THEY CAME FROM (next to the pedicure chairs). This was extremely alarming to see. This place was recommended to me by multiple friends. I made an appointment with Sonny and I am so glad I did. I have gotten a full set and fill with Sonny and I am so impressed. The attention to detail was fantastic. I watched a man next to her do a fill for another client and he skipped work that Sonny took time to do well. I called to ask if they were busy and they told me to come in. I asked for a pedicure and a fill and she told me to come in. They sat me on a chair with the water going and eventually It got cold and I literally sat in that chair for nearly an hour with no one assisting me. I finally left out of frustration. read more

I have this place three times to impress me. First time the man was yanking my arm all over, pushing it back, then yanking it forward again. If you get him I suggest you just lay your dead hand on the workspace for him to move however he pleases. I have two friends who've said the same, not fun at all. Next time o had a guy who I thought was a teenager and I have no idea if he was licensed. He did a decent job on my Crome nails but it was coming off the next day. The third time I had the very sweet woman, who's done amazing nails for my daughters, so I got excited. I asked for an ombré look, it's on their menu behind them. She tells me "no, we don't have that" then I have to figure out something else. All while she is answering call after call and talking to the many, many walking. What I ended up with was the worst fill and color I've ever had. The glitter looked like a five year old did it. They do not do anything to your cuticles unless you ask. The nails are far to wide for my fingers, two nails had less coats of paint than the others, no glue is ever placed at the top where your real nail and fake one meet. Water gets in and made a green algae crap start under my daughters nails so she removed hers. You can see my real nails hanging out from under my fake nails from the side. The first man, I believe is her husband, burned me when he was doing my nails and then acted annoyed when I yelled out "ouch!" Didn't say I'm sorry and just yanked my hand towards him again. Ugh.. my personal opinion is that they take on way to many people and don't take enough time with customers they have. read more

I was recommended this place from a coworker. I booked my appointment at 10 am (when they open). My friend and I waited out there and they were about 10 minutes late opening. Jessica wasn't the friendliest whenever I had a question or had trouble understanding her. She would get annoyed with me and short. She ruined my experience there. She did a fantastic job on my nails I'll give her credit there but the pedicure was super short and she was getting annoyed with me because I guess I didn't relax my legs and feet the way she wanted me to. The guy was super friendly I had only wished he was doing my nails and pedicure I would have enjoyed the experience a lot more. She never apologized once for being rude if anything I was apologizing non stop because I felt I was getting on her nerves. If I do go back I only want the guy to do my nails. One more thing. While she was doing my pedicure she started painting my toes then walked away for a few minutes leaving nail polish on my toe (one swipe) then walked away to get on her phone. She walked away several times to get on her phone. I got to say I was disappointed with this place. I only gave it 2 stars because the guy was actually friendly and professional. read more

I had a shellac manicure and regular pedi done and had a wonderful experience. It was my first time coming in here, I came in on a Thursday evening around 4:45pm and even though I called ahead (you never know) there was no one in there. I didn't get her name, but the lady in there was very friendly and after talking with her found out she has just taken over the shop only a couple of months ago! Her husband did my pedicure and she did my nails, and they both turned out great. She was also upfront that I because I changed the time last minute of when I would be coming in, she might have to delay me, as she she had another person coming in. That didn't even end up happening but I appreciated that she let me know! I wanted to give them a good review since they are new to the area, and I genuinely had a good experience! so very sad, just had to dry off my own feet and leave because the newborn baby in the pedicure seat next to me was not being picked up by her parents, who were working on customers. I am a mother of twins and could not relax or ignore this. Their toddler son was playing in the pedicure water next to me. After coming several times and giving several "second chances", I tried again. Called for an appointment and when I walked in there were 8 customers and only 2 certified techs (3 more uncertified). 2 more customers walked in after me without an appointment and were serviced while I waited an additional hour. The owner held conversations with all the other customers while I was ignored. A certified tech finally got to me 1.5 hrs after I had arrived and didna very quick job and then handed me off to someone uncertified who then took 30 min to put 2 coats of paint on and she messed up 4 nails while she was painting them. 2.5 hours later (for a 45 min. Service), this pregnant mama left but was encouraged to come back. NOT LIKELY! read more

I am very disappointed. The lady left me covered in lotions for so long I thought she had left for the day. She came back, said something that sounded apologetic, put hot towels on my legs and left again. When the towels were cold I wiped myself off and left. My heels are still rough, cuticles are not great, no polish at all, and I was there over two hours. I will never go back. read more

When I had given them a few viatnamese words instead of encouraging me he said I wouldn't be able to keep a conversation with him I said yes I would.
