This used to be my favorite and only place I would go but ever since they got the bigger shop it seems like they are rude and speed thru to get you done. Also can never get in every time I would walk in they said male appointment but everytime I tried to make an appointment they would either say how bout for next day or no need to make appointment just walk in. No stars for the crap service! we scheduled appts and came back as they requested 2 hrs later. Appointment was at 4pm, they got us in at 4:05 pm. I had a pedi and let's say the chair massage lasted longer thenmy pedi. The pedi was less then 10 minutes! I've had pedis last longer then 30 + mintues. There customer service skills sucked! Always get my nails done here, but I do prefer some people over others there's two older folks a woman and a man who don't really pay attention to what they're doing and don't really care, the younger people seem to really enjoy what they're doing on some days, however I did get a fill there today and they charged me $35 which at any other salon I could've gone to and gotten a fill for 15 she did replace one of my nails that was falling off but there's no way it should've cost $35, I didn't argue it just cause I had to go but next time I get a fill and she tells me it's $35 I will question her other than negative thoughts I do think they do a really good job and other than the amount she had charged me and the older people this is a great place to go they used to have a little shop next to the one that they're in right now but they moved to a bigger one and it looks so much better so much more room and a lot more comfortable as well! This salon is SO unprofessional. Nail techs always have headphones in and always are on their personal cell phones. The little conversations they have with each other is very inappropriate. I am Vietnamese myself and the shit talking and rude remarks that they make about their customers is unacceptable. They are not very attentive to you and my nails only turn out good if it's not busy.
