Sigh. I debated long and hard about writing a review for this place, but after almost a year I think it's time. I went in asking my dyed black hair be changed into a light chestnut brown, as I was trying to reinvent my look. My stylist explained what would need to be done, I understood, and I was there for about six hours and only left because I explained I had to be at an interview later, and my stylist was rather upset by it but did style my somewhat lifted hair for me. I should note that in between lifts she didn't talk to me at all, just wandered around talking to everyone else and I was lucky I brought someone with me to talk to. I came back later that day, a time we established as 5:30pm. I arrived about ten minutes early to find her getting her nails done, knowing full well I had an appointment with her. I brushed this off, but she did not get done until 6pm. That's me sitting and waiting for half an hour while she sits and gets her nails done. For free. By the end of the day I wasted a lot of money and didn't get the color I wanted. They say they are kid friendly, and my stylist had her child there and was constantly pausing with a paid customer and reprimanding her child, and eventually had to call someone to come get said child. When I came back in the afternoon it was worse. A business is no place for your children while you are at work assisting paying customers. Every time I drive past this place it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. read more

I made an appointment with Rosalinda for a haircut. I had heard great things about this salon and needed my hair fixed after getting a horrible haircut at Regis. The salon is very classy inside. I have a lot of hair and it's thick. I asked for a side shave and layers. Hair stylist not only kept checking with me to make sure she was doing exactly what I wanted but she would occasionally throw some ideas of her own and I ended up with my hair looking fantastic. My hair looked better than I imagined. Her service was not only fast (my hair cut plus style took about 35mins) but she was so friendly. She kept the conversation going and made me feel very comfortable about what I consider a more dramatic haircut. I would give this business a half a star if I could because of thier unprofessionalism. I had booked an appointment for an updo a month prior to my prom dance. Not only did they know nothing when I called them and I had to wait twenty minutes for them to ask the manager when updos were available and the price but they double booked the slot I was in and didn't tell me. The day before my prom they emailed me saying "oops we accidentally double booked your slot you'll have to book another time slot." They told me my only option was four hours prior to my original time at 8AM. Obviously, I was frustrated because my dance was at 8 PM and no one wants to attempt to keep thier hair nice for 12 hours while running around town doing other things. I have already made appointments to other places to nails, flowers and picking up tuxes and dresses so I was unable to change my time and told them. They offered me no help and said 8 AM was my only option even though they were the ones that messed up. They were so unprofessional they even sent emojis in thier email to me while they screwed me over. Don't know how I will find a hair place for tomorrow when they're all booked. This place sucks and they're rude. Don't go here unless you don't mind them changing whatever they feel like last minute and you have no other commitments that day. read more
