I loved how they turned out. The lady was very respectful, but when I initially showed her what I wanted she said they did not draw designs they only did stickers at $5 per toe. For this I deducted one star. She must have seen I wasn't thrilled that I wasn't getting what I wanted and so she said she would try to draw the design I initially wanted. Worst pedicure I've ever experienced. Staff was extremely confrontational and openly rude once my sister asked to have her nails shorter. My nail tech did not clean under my nails even though I mentioned it. As pictured my heels do require special attention and it can be seen the one had 2 swipes with the paddle. The nail polish has bubbles, left unsealed and cuticles around toes were not trimmed to an acceptable degree. The massage was the tech aggressively rubbing exfoliating lotion in. Pedicures have always been a wonderful treat that even when not great I've still enjoyed. I unfortunately left this establishment feeling very uncomfortable and let down. Buyer beware. read more

ZERO STARS --- I asked for a full set with gel and they were completely uneven, mismatched, and crooked. The paint was supposed to be a French tip and had to be redone twice because the lines were uneven and looked terrible. There were streaks everywhere and they got paint and acrylic all over my hands. Rather than try to fix it they painted the whole nail and didn't even put a clear coat on top. I left devastated and returned 30 min later to get them removed. They refused to give a refund and I wasted 3 hours and $50 at this place for them to chop off my real nails, mess up the ones they put on, make me bleed, and shave down my actual nail far enough that I can't get fake nails until these grow out because they are to sensitive now. NEVER AGAIN. Do not go here. They looked at me like I was stupid when I told them they looked terrible. WORST NAILS IN YAKIMA. read more

Yes, they make you pay before they paint your nails when getting acrylics only so you don't have to dig for your credit card and take the chance of smudging a nail or multiple. I've always gotten compliments on their work and have never left disappointed! read more

$50 for the worst set of acrylics EVER. The tech that helped me did an awful job, uneven acrylic leaving my nails looking lumpy, I think I could have done a better job left handed and blind folded. I was cut multiple times, because she was very aggressive on my hands. My daughters nails look great her tech did a wonderful job, which is the only reason I gave two stars. read more

Place was clean but the lady who did my nails asked me the same question 4 times (each time I answered the same) she cut three of my fingers open between digging her fingernails into me and filing my nails too hard (picture included) after I pinged out the she cut my fingers open she filed them more, and made me pay for my full set before she would paint my nails. I don't usually get anything too flashy, just want my nails to stand up to every day wear and tear and still be presentable. The price is comparable to other salons, design and color choice is extensive and, I get a minimum of two weeks wear per visit. I very rarely have to wait, in and out quickly. I did get the black polish with the cats eye effect for a special occasion and got several compliments. They have always treated me well. read more
