I've been going to John and Lynn for a little over 20 years. They have always done a beautiful job on my nails. Never felt rushed but always in and out. I dont have to sit there for hours just to get in a chair to sit there longer. They take the time to make sure my nails come out how I want them. My nails have never came out bulky or miss shaped, and never had that awkward feeling if I ask them to fix something for whatever the reason. And the prices are fair. No extra $20 for shellac and a design. John does the best natural pink ombre I have ever seen as well. I decided to switch it up a bit this time though. read more

Today was my second time coming in... Lin is amazing.. thoughtful caring and nice.... John.... He's another story. I showed him the inspiration picture ( the first photo ) ... he said okay. After 95% of it was done all he had left to do was the alien eyes.... He starts freaking out out of nowhere saying he's not doing the design because he's "tired of us crazy b*tches coming in with these crazy designs" And that he doesn't care if I never come back, and then says I'm not a b*tch but everybody is is... he does a horrible job at two simple alien eyes.... And tells me to deal with it. The shellac is uneven and wobbly in most places... I just can't even believe he started flipping out. Nothing prompted it! Like I am paying you for a service it isn't free... it was very uncomfortable for me and I had to go get my nails re painted up the street.... I feel sorry for Lin because she actually takes pride in her work and is so kind. I won't be back here. read more

Today I walked into the top nails and was not too sure of what I wanted he assured me that there's no more $25 price at nails it's all $60 and he picked a nice length for me with almond shape and I'm so proud of how he did the nails are so my birthday is next week and I'm very happy he did a light purple with the dark sparkly purple on top 60 bucks read more

The owner has a very nice disposition and did a manicure and pedicure . The "end product" could have been better for $70 . The sprinkles of glitter did not cover the whole nail. I wish she had taken more time to apply extra layers of polish. Geez , I started to sound a bit grumpy here . I'll stop before I turn into a complete Karen . False advertising on the price. When I first came in I was very rushed into choosing a color and shape. Then the nails weren't shaped good. There is some lumps on the acrylics. The whole nail wasn't covered in acrylic and The gel polish was sloppily applied. I had to pay $60. Not worth the price. Do not recommend! read more

I wish i can give them A negative zero I got here first for a pedicure and somebody else walks in And the guy attends the other customer first. No offense but they give priority to the white people Which I think its unfair. They dont have sufficient employess And are in a rush trying to attend all the customers. I have been using this shop for almost 20 years, Jon and Lynn have always been welcoming and friendly, they are an extremely busy shop and at times there is a wait but they let you know about how long the wait is, I have had issues once in a while where I break a nail but I have confidence that I can go in and get it fixed no problem, these people that are writing bad reviews have entitlement issues like they deserve to be treated like a celebrity once you ladies pull your heads out maybe you can see that you will never find a nail shop where you are treated with respect I have built a friendship with them and trust them everyone has bad days at times get over it have some respect! Absolutely terrible. I have come here for 3 years off and on and always go back because Lynn is amazing at manicures and eyebrow waxing. I'm sitting in my car outside their establishment as I write this and am so frustrated. John in the last 2 years has become someone you just don't want to deal with. When I walked in to see about getting a manicure and eyebrow wax there was literally only one other customer sitting there and John told me I'd have to wait 15 minutes. He was doing nothing but watching TV and she was doing a full set of nails for someone! LAZY! This has happened numerous times in the past so I'm not writing a review based on one experience but MANY. I once asked him why he could do the manicure that way by the time he was done Lynn had time to wax my eyebrows. He told me he doesn't do manicures anymore because "they are waste of time to me". Seriously?!? This is a nail salon!!!! I will never step foot back into this place! read more

I tried this place because it was recommended by a friend. John was not pleasant at all. He would always tell me that my nails were too short, if i asked him to make them shorter. I am on the computer all day at work. Also, when I asked for him to file them down to make them flatter on top, he said they would break, leaving me with thick nails. One time I had to return after 2 days because my middle and index finger chipped/broke. He made it seem like it was my fault!!! When I could not find the exact nail Polish, I asked for him to do a different color and he wanted to charge me $5. He dropped one nail Polish on the floor and he was so mad and frustrated that he swore. We finally found the right color, but he did such a poor job (so messy). I have NEVER been back since and will never return. I went there a total of three times and each time I gave a tip. I don't even want to leave one star! read more

Absolutely the worst. I went here because it's close to my work and went here for 3 months but never again. I always thought it was just busy so the service was bad. They never pay attention and are always talking/looking at other places and not on the work there doing. The last time i went there the Dremel tool he was using to trim my nail cut and burned my finger and he didn't even notice nor care even after i said ouch. Also it takes forever to get a spot and even when you do they always bounce around. Never going back and i hope you don't either read more
