Horrible work ! Not straight not as I had asked would never give them a dollar again when I said it was wrong the lady continued and they still argued about making me pay , I didnt even let her finish they were not straight and color was wrong was not worth 75$ read more

My pedicure was great until he went to polish my nails. He ended up wiping of a couple and trying them again but didn't wait for the polish to dry enough before adding the top coat. I was told I could sit there for a bit until the polish dried. While sitting and waiting for the polish to dry the very strong smell of cigarette smoke filled the room. the ladies next to me were commenting on it as well. I won't be returning. read more

I have been other places where I did not get good customer service, and I keep coming back to Bebe Nails in Selah, because the staff are so friendly and they remember me when I come in. read more

#1 if you're looking for a place place with zero accountability, They won't not consider my bank statement as proof of service.. Mind blowing Experience. long story short as possible. I went to the salon either for the first time June 17 or a couple of weeks prior. If I did go prior, I paid cash. 1st Fabulous job the owner did them, she did mention she was going on vacation. So I figure well if she's that good somebody around there has to be fairly decent because every since Covid I can't seem to find any good salons which I had mentioned... Either way since the owner left for vacation I have been there at least three times I have bank statements to prove it. Yesterday I go in because I don't know I my finger has been very sore. Couple popped off. And I tell her that you know, I'm just gonna take the set off go out natural. I happened to see a friend from high school who says oh why are you taking em off ? I tell her I've been having some issues, my one nail super sore, whatever blah blah blah. Since Covid, I've been going to all kinds of places I've tried here and there whatever but the first time I came here this lady did really good but then left on vacay. She says yeah she's the only one here, I'll let touch mine. So give her a shot you know she'll do yours just like mine. Whatever make an appointment come back today. It was an absolutely humiliating experience. I tried to explain my situation. She basically told me that I only went there the one time prior to her leaving the country and then again today however I have bank statements that show I've spent $400 since July 17 then she tells me she's gonna refund me $31 some how charged my account another $31. I was trying to remember what the $20 charge was and it was because I only had $80 cash on me. read more

I had called 2 hours prior to set my appointment and when i arrived they were ready for me which was great. They were also for the most part following the health guidelines which is why i gave them the 1 stars but as for my nails.... not a fan... i paid $75 plus tip this set and when i was telling her about my length she was making a thing about how long they were (even tho i didn't even get them as long as i wanted bc how she was acting toward the length) and saying that " I'm lazy" because i have them this long... The wait time was reasonable and was greeted right when we walked in. We had three shellac and one with French tip. Brought my little sister along with me (12 yrs) and the woman attending her was rude and short tempered. Sighed and grunted like a child whenever my little sister spoke to her. I will not come back to this establishment. If this is your last option to get manicure request the gentleman at this establishment. I went in with an appointment. They were rude off the bat but trying to give a fair chance I brushed it off. Once I sat down and showed the nails I was hoping for. I was told the price($70) and asked if I was sure I wanted the length, I responded yes. The nails I got were crooked and nothing like the picture. When I asked for them to be fixed I was told that it was a lot of work and I would charge more. Will not be going there again. read more

I wanted to get a pedicure on a Sunday and my usual place was closed so I decided to give this place a chance. It is nice that they are open on a Sunday for convenience sake and they were friendly. My low rating is due to a few things... 1) communication issues with the lady doing my pedicure. I gave her specific instructions like "cut the nail very short" and she didn't cut them at all-- I had to ask someone else to translate so that she would cut them. 2) the biggest reason for the low ratings is that I observed them not sanitizing the piece of jet equipment that makes the water bubble in the soaking tub. They used it time and time again, directly in the water of multiple people's feet and only rinsed off, did not disinfect. This is worrying because bacteria and foot infections can pass from person to person without proper cleaning. Nail fungus is real and I hope I don't develop anything! read more

Have gave this place a few chances and every time they have failed my expectations. Once I got shellac on top on my natural nail and the edges where bleeding and unprofessional on top of being rushed. Another time I got a set and they gave me crooked nails and cut me while filing. Today they cut me again while taking the gel polish off and had to leave. Won't be returning anytime soon. Wouldn't recommend. read more

Worse nail experience of my life. The guy doing my pedicure was on the phone almost the whole time. He repeatedly stopped the pedicure to send text messages and yell at someone during repeated phone calls. When he wasn't on the phone he was watching the Seahawks game on T.V. As a result of his inattention he cut my big toe nail to into the nail bed and it bled the whole appointment. He never apologized and finally had to put nail glue on the cut to stop it bleeding. He never asked my name or introduced himself so I cant tell you who to avoid. I would avoid the whole salon. read more

I've tried to support this local business 3 times. First time french was crooked and rushed but I am not confrontational and just paid and left. Waited almost a year, tried again, different guy, way worse than first, French pedicure was awful, so bad the owner saw it and redid it, apologized said come in and ask for the ladies they would do better. Came back and got a gal (who reeked of smoke), did bad shape to nails, less than 2 minute masssge???? and cleaned out the dead skin grater and pumice sponge in my water then stuck my feet in the water snd washed my legs with all that dead skin in it. At that point i realized i was never coming back. Hygiene is lacking, none of the instruments were in sterile packs like every other nail salon and lady next to me had to switch chairs because her water had floating toenail clippings and what looked like dead skin floating in it before she stuck her feet in. I tried the new Happy Nails in town and it was better but they were closed this evening during their posted hours so I thought I would try this again. So disappointing.. Back to West Valley to get pedicures. One star is for the owner who when she is here I am sure she does a great job. read more

I've gone to Bebe Nails for quite some time now, ever since they opened. I've always been pleased with my nails. Mi does a wonderful job and is very talented. Although I hadn't been in for 6 months or so, not anything against them, I just hasn't had my nails done in that long. I just recently started going again and I've noticed they have new employees (since the last time I'd been in). I've had 2 different people do my nails the past two times (not Mi) and in the past week and a half I had to go in and have 3 nails replaced 3 different times and I paid for them full cost ($3 a nail). The first nail I broke with pretty good force, my fault. The second nail literally just fell off, no pressure or nothing it just broke mid nail bed. The third nail that fell off had so much air underneath it, it kept getting more lose and raising up. Eventually it came off. Idk if they changed product or if they do it so you keep coming back. Idk if I will or not. read more
