My only real feedback is that I wanted more cuticle and exfoliation attention. To me, good cuticle work is the key between a 4* and a 5* review as it shows meticulous attention to detail. This is my second time. The first I had a super cute unicorn mani that lasted 3 weeks before chipping. Will return.

NOWHERE is it listed, and at NO TIME during our appointment did anyone mention a $15 surcharge for gel polish. It was tacked on at the end, and I paid what amounted to a 30% surcharge because it was late and it had been so busy and I didn't want to argue. But I won't ever go back to a place that is SO DISHONEST with pricing.
