This place is a joke. Avoid them like the plague. My fiancé had her nails done. Her fingers hurt and the polish started chipped off within a couple days. She had to go to another much better (and cheaper) place to get them fixed. I'm contemplating taking them to small claims court. This is a solid and clean place for nails. I had the deluxe pedi with normal polish ($55) and a gel mani ($40.) I find these to be pretty average prices. The pedi took ~1 hour, and the mani, including gel removal, was about 45 min. Contrary to other reviewers' experiences: +All the towels were clean. I think she used 6-8 different towels for the pedi. +There was no roughness, if anything, I wish they were a little more firm in terms of exfoliation and cuticle care. +No wait at 1pm on a Monday +Fixed the things that I wasn't happy with, like a little extra cuticle care. +Main guy in charge asked about the experience at the end. My only real feedback is that I wanted more cuticle and exfoliation attention. To me, good cuticle work is the key between a 4* and a 5* review as it shows meticulous attention to detail. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! the girl the worked on my nails was EXTREMELY rough with my nails and left me bleeding. my fingers were so sore for a few days and when i would wash my hands it would burn. They were arguing back and forth about scheduling/calendaring or whatever as you can't understand what they are saying but essentially yelling at each other. One got up and attempted to show the other the calendar book. It was super uncomfortable. All the customers were looking at each other like what the heck is happening right now. If I can provide any word of advice it is to not trust this location nor that they can fix any mistake they have made. This place is the worst of the worst. We're in town to visit my father and I had to get my nails done. Even though I typically only get Russian manicures, I decided to give it a shot. The first person didn't understand a word of English and continued to ruin my nails even after I repeatedly asked her if she was sure she could handle the shape and look I was requesting. She simply would nod her head and say yes, to agree with me. I noticed she wasn't even able to file my nails properly and the tools she pulled out were not sanitized items, so I told her just take the color off and only apply the new color -- there was no way I was going to trust her to actually do my cuticles after seeing her process. Error after error and her not understanding anything, I finally stopped her and the owner, "John", came over and yelled at her and then yelled at me -- he asked me to wait and said he would fix them and he did nothing to fix them but left them as awful as they were then told me it was my fault because I didn't tell her not to use clippers and to only use a file. If someone says just a tiny bit smaller, same shape, you would assume a professional knows what to do. He had a terrible attitude and was aggressive the entire time he was "fixing" his employees mistakes. He then finished up my toes and cut my toe, crested a super deep wound and did not even mention it or advise of it. I will now need to see my doctor to ensure there is no infection because their sanitation process also seems to be non-existent. There was zero accountability for their poor work or poor sanitation and nail process until it was time for me to tip and all he said was "I'm sorry for your nails." The right thing to do here would be to either fix to my liking as per my request or not charge for ruining my nails and not coming even close to the style I had requested. I suggest trying a different nail salon instead - They were very rude to me right from the get go and were practically yanking my hands during my shellac manicure. Got them done on a Tuesday and went back on Thursday because all of the ends were chipping and they said "well it's because your nails are too thin" which is NOT the case at all. I was okay with my service except for the fact that the nail tech kept her tools in a cup of water, rinsed the foot file in the sink and brought it back to her cart after using it on me. If I could do a negative star I would. They employees were so busy talking to each other that they barely paid attention to us customers. They would file the wrong spot because they weren't looking. I was getting a pedicure and she was using the big cheese grater file for my heels. She was busy talking to the lady next to her and actually filed my ankle NOT my heel. My friends and I came here today in hopes of getting our nails done. We did get them done but the lady who attended me was rude. She filed my nails too roughly to the point that she broke the skin on two of my fingers leaving me bleeding. Then, when I noticed the nails were a bit crooked and uneven I pointed it out to her, she got upset and then proceeded to file my nail roughly.
