I went to this Ulta because it's the closest and it's still 30 mins from my home. I wanted to look…read moreat straighteners and test the clamping abilities. I found a Chi only by Ulta that I loved. It was $99. I arrive home ready to test it out and I notice one side of the tape on the box is ripped. (It's taped on both sides securing it shut) I pull out a greasy used straightener with brown burnt product on the side plate and jet black hair stuck in it. I was tempted to just wash it but then I noticed the straightener was also bent and the free products included in the box were also missing. I'm disappointed I'll have to drive 30 mins back here to hopefully exchange this.
