got my hair massacred 4-8-25. I went in with long hair, came out with a bob. I asked for 1.5 inches…read moreoff and ended up with 4 inches gone. Started fine, agreed to length off (one inch), by the time she got to the other side, 4 gone. she said the long side was longer cuz I part it on the other side. WTH?!? so she tried to even it up but now the long side is the shorter side. At that point, I just wanted to get out of there. Complete incompetence. I don't believe her certificate is real. She should have said no charge but I paid. I was so shocked I didn't know what to say. Thinking back, I should have just walked out the door. I'm still fuming mad. It will take almost a year to get my hair length back. also, 2 people were scheduled for the same time so I had to wait.
