I went to Supercuts after taking my children a couple days prior, the ladies were both professional and friendly providing an excellent experience for my daughters. A few days later I returned for my own experience needing a cut and all around color. I worked with Alondra and she was a great hairstylist. This is the worst hair cut I've ever had. She took about two minutes to cut it and didn't even wash it. I asked for subtle layering at the bottom and she hacked massive chunks out. Very uneven, Helen Keller could have done a better job in my opinion. Do not recommend. I will have my hair up for the next year. read more

I walked in for an appt. The entire place was empty and I was the only customer. An employee slowly walked out of the back after I had to wait a few minutes to the counter while literally stuffing something in her mouth even though there was a bunch of hair on the floor that she hadn't cleaned. I asked for a cut and color. She said she could not now because she was the only one there. It was after noon. I asked about a cut and got the same answer. I asked what time I could get in and she stayed maybe in an hour, if another employee showed up. . I guess she doesn't really want to earn any money as I've been here before and the professionals there always multitasked. I simply left and won't be back. read more

The guy who cut my son's hair did such an amazing job! He communicated with my son throughout the process, and all of the details of the cut were just as he wanted it. He also explained to us how to comb the back to control the cowlick. He made the experience a pleasure, when normally, haircuts have been stressful. Supercuts has usually been a very good hair salon. It's been the usual place for me for about 10 years! But, my recent visit was a little disappointing. I asked for a pixie cut or something similar (I have very curly hair, so I understand how difficult it would be to cut it super short), and when it was still wet while I was in the chair, it looked great! But when I got home, washed it, and styled it the way I always do, I noticed that the stylist did not do a very good job. She said she tapered the back, but it still looks too long and poofy. The hair around my ears is also too long and poofy. The top is perfect. This was not the first time my haircut has been messed up. I've had to do a little bit of snipping once I got home, because my hair has been uneven before. So, I have to go back in and have them fix it, because it's way too much for me to fix myself. This place has a friendly atmosphere and everything, but I feel like sometimes the stylists don't aways know what they're doing. I'm thinking of switching salons. read more

I like this store very much. Maria is the best. So I continue to go there as she does a great job cutting both men & womens hair. The gals there overall do a good job and do what you ask them to do. If it isn't right, they will do there best to fix it. But they do it right before you leave the shop. Just got my haircut there just the other day, which I usually do once a month because of the length I wear it...short!!! So check them out!!! They are great with the kids too!!!! read more
