So a day ahead of time. Well I woke up this morning with a medical emergency and had to go to the emergency room. So I had to cancel. I called and also texted the salon right at 8:30 when they opened and let them know what was going on. Im not one to cancel or be late to my appointments. I was charged a $70 cancelation fee. Which i feel is a little absurd. Im sorry I had a medical emergency and that wasn't just an excuse. So im just disappointed in how much I was charged for cancelation due to a medical issue.
