Hi there. I don't really do reviews, but I have been emailing the owner about the service provided, and she thinks it is okay to charge $99.00 for a Brazilian and not slow down and take time to not wax someone's clitoris. I have had about 10 Brazilian wax services done over the course of my life, and no one has waxed my clitoris and caused nerve damage before. The nerve damage did come back and did stop being numb, but I don't think that is worth $99.00 for the service. I would rather not have that happen. It is kinda creepy that the salon thinks it is okay for that to happen, and it kinda reminds me of clitoris removals that happen in Africa. Buyer beware, this is not a safe place for waxing. *In response to owner's response: I mentioned this twice once in person and once in email about what happened. No one apologized about it, and in the last response from the owner I am not hearing an apology either. Sorry if I have harmed anyone in my confusion, but my pussy is important to me, and my hope is that others value their pussies too. My final hope of this review is that numbing nerves on a clitoris will never become culturally accepted and seen as a taboo subject to have a conversation about. read more

I would give ZERO stars if I could. As a business owner myself I definitely recommend to not spend your money in a place where they come off greedy and lack professionalism and customer service. Trying to argue with a customers is unprofessional and definitely not a good look. Instead of trying to argue that you explained a policy that YOU DID NOT. The fact that my son had a MEDICAL emergency & I have NEVER BEEN TO YOU & not able to make it alone should of been good enough for not being able to come. On top of that I'm being sent passive aggressive texts. My company also has a cancellation policy, However I have never tried to charge a client who has a family emergency going. I also have never charged a client who's coming to see one of my artists for THE FIRST TIME & are unable to keep their appointment. BUYER BEWARE!!! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR SEVICES NOT PROVIDED!!! READ AND REREAD YOUR CONTRACT!! (But also how am I expected to remember something I signed months ago.) I cancelled my appointment with enough notice, but because the services were scheduled for a holiday I'm out $77. Good business practice would have been to remind your customers at the time you booked your appointment about their cancellation policy for appointments booked on holidays. She never once reminded me at the time I booked my appointment or at the time I requested to cancel. The contract I signed was clear back in early November, the appointment made was in January. read more

Horrible customer service, unwelcoming and rude. Literally the worst I've ever been treated as a customer.

It was my first time getting a Brazilian so I was a little hesitant on making an appointment so I put myself in the waitlist thinking there wasn't gonna be an opening. The next morning I get a call from her saying she has an opening in the evening. I'd chicken out if I'd push it till that late so I didn't take it but she then texted me saying that she had an opening in 30 minutes so it's like the waxing gods has given me that little push to go get it. I went in, and Trisha was more then welcoming. She made it so easy, and so fast. The pain was bearable and who would of thought you'd be laughing while getting a Brazilian wax? If you're looking to get a Brazilian wax and it's your first time, come to Trisha. I'm so glad I found Bare Bliss! Referred by a friend who always has the most gorgeous glow I decided to book one here for myself. The lovely owner Trisha made me feel comfortable right away was very knowledgeable about her product! Not to mention it's such a cute salon and she has products you can take home to make it last longer. I really loved the Norvell Venetian prolong. It keep my tan shimmering, lasting and dark the whole week afterwards. I like it for everyday too. Gives me a little "POP" of color. Sorry for the long review but I do not know how else to describe what just happened to me. STAY AWAY. I cannot stress this enough. I can't even believe this place is in business. I was a brand new client, scheduled my first appointment online and was excited they had something available same day! On my way to the salon, my GPS said I would arrive at 2:20 but my appointment was 2:15. I contacted them to let them know i was running 5 min late, she said ok as long as it's not more than 5 min. I walked in the door at 2:21:08..... NINE seconds past the 2:20:59 cutoff (Yes she checked her cameras to confirm the exact second I walked through the door). I was refused service and then told about the strict 5 min policy. I had prepaid $97 for the service in full, including the tip, and was told none of it would not be refunded. Ok, I understand the policy (now) but I asked if I could receive any portion of the service or a different shorter service so it was not a complete loss? Nope. Once I spoke with the owner, she did agree to refund the full amount and then told me to find another salon. I tried to give her some constructive feedback saying that as a new client filling in the forms online and clicking through the screens, I honestly did not see this policy spelled out... I was too excited that I actually got an appointment same day. She hung up on me :) Funny.... I just now read their other reviews and now realize I'm not their only victim. read more
