Save your money. I went in for a pedicure no polish and a dip powder color change on my fingers. I left with remnants of old polish on my unclipped, semi-filed toenails, and multiple colors of powder and gel on my fingers. Three layers of dip powder, a weird pink "clear" coat smeared over the nails, multiple coats of gel polish in the wrong color, and multiple top coats. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and wait for the finished product but OMG. Old polish and new polish around the nail, and I have no idea what color she was going for but not even close to what I chose. I had to leave to see a patient and when I came back the owner was more concerned about how much work her poor technician put in than the customer satisfaction. The place was FILTHY. The shelves along the wall where the nail polishes sit were coated in a thick layer of dirt and dust. The air filters in the wall at eye level when having manicure were even worse. The manager, I think, just sitting in the back doing nothing when should have been cleaning. To whom this may concern, This was my first time at this nail salon, and now it will be my last, and it's a shame because I have heard many great things about Jenny Nails, but unfortunately that's not what I experienced. With it being holiday season I completely understand that salons are as busy as they can be, so I called ahead to book a pedicure and a 30 min Swedish massage and was able to book an appointment. I arrived for my 1pm appointment and I'm serviced right away from my pedicure and everything was fine. After my Nail tech applied the regular polish I requested, I was left waiting at the chair to dry and that was fine too. The issue was how neglectful my nail tech was. She was sitting at a manicure station on her phone for about 30-40 minutes when she said drying time will take about 10-15 minutes. Offered me no water until I started coughing, but went back to doing whatever she was doing on her phone until more people came in and started servicing them. At this point I was still at the pedicure station after 2 hours waiting for the massage I booked. After about another 30 minutes, I got up and sat in the waiting area STILL waiting for the massage I BOOKED while other technicians are working on walk ins and scheduled appointments. At this point, it had been about 3 hours and I just wanted to pay and leave, only then I guess who was the owner stopped her service with her guest to check up on me. I told her about the 30 min massage I booked and that I no longer wanted it. Of course she apologized but honestly there isn't a justifiable excuse for the neglect if everyone saw me waiting for the extra 3 hours I was there, and it wasn't even busy until 3:30 anyway. It was 4pm and I was over it. I'm not looking for an apology and I'm don't care for an excuse because there wasn't one. As a first time guest, I shouldn't have to remind my technician about the service I booked when it's IN THE SYSTEM FOR THEM TO CHECK, and I heard it from the owner's own voice. Do better with your customer service, do better with first impression because you NEVER get a second chance on a first impression, and change the music that you play in a salon. Would you feel comfortable getting your toes done while the salon is playing N***as in Paris uncensored, as a black person?? The EDM beat didn't make it any better but to each is their own. Don't even worry about me, there won't be a next time. Do better as a business because this was unacceptable and will be taking my money elsewhere. read more

well this is what I got for $30 after 3 hours. I have aske over and over to please fIke my my toe nail. I had to ask to use the paddle to clean my feet. This is not good. I don't feel as if she cared once I said I don't want gel 3 times. Two of the nail techs have really nice fancy nail, but was done here. No one here can do that level of work. They squeezed me in on thanksgiving day so I was happy. Day 2 and my nails still look good.

Made an appointment for two the day before and they were super gracious with my short notice! I actually also called ahead earlier that day and was able to move my appointment up two hour with no issue :) I'd been here once before and loved it, nails lasted 4+ weeks for me and I have a very hands on job. Jenny the owner is super sweet and very attentive. I booked one acrylic gel full set with french tips and a pedicure for my friend. They were backed up with pedicure so my friend was delayed about a half hour but other than that no issue with timing. The older woman with glasses who shaped my nails was very sweet and understanding when i changed my mind about french tip design! The other nail techs were so friendly and would stop to chat when walking by. One thing I have noticed is that the top coat dulls quickly, about a week after my nails lose most of their shine. This isn't a problem for me because I have supplies at home so I go over it. Other than that no problems :) Loved my experience, would definitely recommend booking! read more

One of the best nail salons I've visited in awhile! I came in earlier this week and got a pedicure and manicure. Was very comfortable and felt very relaxed I enjoy my time and the prices were good as well, I did not know the lady who did my nails was the owner. She was very sweet and was good at conversation. As much as I come to the Little Caesars next door, I don't think I ever noticed this shop before! I had called ahead and was greeted at the door and was seated immediately. I had on acrylic and was getting that soaked off and wanting a gel manicure. The nail tech chose to soak off the acrylic rather than drilling/popping the nails off - soaking takes longer, but is better for the health of your nails. Based on a few things, I determined that the nail tech was new - she moved a little slower than I expected and at some point another tech came over to assist with the acrylic removal (I was okay with this). Since my natural nails were softer from the removal of the acrylic, I wasn't sure if the gel polish would last a full 2 weeks. I was grateful when the lead nail tech told me (unprompted) that if I had any issues with my nails after leaving the shop - bc she knew they would be soft - that I should come back and they would fix it. -- It's been a week and I'm pleased with how they've held up. read more

Love it here! All the techs take their time with my nails and my acrylics NEVER pop off. Jenny and Sarah are great with designs. If you're short on time or thinking of bringing a friend I wouldn't necessarily recommend because they are short-staffed and tend to take awhile (if you bring a friend, the same tech will usually do both and you'll have to wait), but they are extremely welcoming and accommodating. Two things that I watch whenever I try a new nail salon: how clean is it, and how attentive are they with the care of your nails. Unfortunately this salon failed on both counts. The place was pretty filthy, clearly not from just one day of business. This makes me worry about hygiene and catching some kind of nail fungus right off the bat. The young lady who did my nails was very sweet, but her technique was terrible. She pulled rather than cut my cuticles; she was very rough with the "cheese grater" tool on the bottom of my feet (painful actually); she cut me because she was busy eavesdropping on the conversation next to me and kept looking over rather than taking care with the cuticle cutter. Also perplexing was their extensive menu of cost-tiered options for pedicures, but NO options for a natural manicure, no lotion, no nothing, so I left the salon with dry, wrinkled hands and sore cuticles on my hands and feet.
