I have given this salon multiple chances and they let me down every time. This time I went to get my acrylics taken off and a shellac manicure. They had me sit in a dirty bowl with acetone for 45 minutes and then a lady ripped off my acrylics with her dirty finger nails. It's was so uncomfortable and unsanitary and I'm sure my skin is damaged from sitting in acetone that long. The tools that they used on me had not been clean. I could tell by the nail dust that was all over them from the last customer. I eventually left without the shellac manicure and damaged nails because I didn't have time. They really need to be more sanitary in the future. read more

I have been a loyal customer with visits every two weeks for over a year. Never again after today. First off, my nails were chipped off badly due to the careless use of the drill by the nail tech after soaking the acrylic off. The repair job was even worse by the tech that reapplied the the acrylic. The dummy forgot to put the shellac top coat on one hand to make matters worse. I just noticed that nails are shiny on one hand and dull on the other. Things are terrible since Stephanie, the manager left. A loyal customer has been lost. Goodbye!! read more

Super happy with my first visit. Protocol is similar to other salons, but you're sat at a station even if you aren't being helped yet. I loved that because I could arrange my keys and debit card on the little table next to me. That made everything less awkward for no-nail-scuffing purposes, plus I am a pretty nervous person in a new setting (and that I was a walk in, which apparently is the norm there). I was buffed by one gentleman, and then helped later by another. There were also two women doing nails and pedicures. I got a full set of acrylics and asked for them to be medium-short/round and one regular OPI polish color. I also got lots and lots of compliments and very kind (aka non-intrusive) questions from the staff and my nail buddies next to me. All for what? $20 plus a heavy tip for 1. Not hurting me or seeming nonchalant about putting chemicals and other fun things on my skin (like some salons do) 2. Giving me exactly what I *needed* - I have tiny hands and was afraid I'd have talons with acrylics, but I feel like he took extra care in making the nails "fit" my hands and finger size without looking odd. I feel like the whole staff is very genuine, and I am excited to go back. Considering getting my brows done too, since I already feel like I can trust them :) read more

I came here in need of a good pedicure and that is exactly what I got. They got to me almost right away and the lady who gave my pedicure took her time and did it right. She also offered me some type of sea salt rub for an extra $2 which I gladly accepted. They jokingly asked if I wanted to get my toenails painted black and made a few other jokes before I left. This is probably the best salon in Memphis to get your acrylics done! Both Stephanie & Anna (the only 2 females who do acrylics, but I believe there is 1 male also) do a fabulous job!! (These 2 girls also speak fluent English.) You cannot make appointments. I would give the salon 5 stars but am taking away 1 because the pedicures suck! Every single time I got one (usually from the stocky male or older female) they cut or abraded my foot/feet in some way. That's probably why they charge $25 instead of the typical $30 in Memphis?? I finally had to start coming here only for my acrylics & then going down the street to Spa Nail for my pedicure. :-/ read more

We called ahead to ask if there was a wait/if they had a wait for two gel manicures and they said they were open and available. We show up and there are 5 other people mid-manicure/pedicure They sit us down and don't attend to us for 30 minutes. They then shave down my friends nails to start doing her manicure and leave mid-manicure to finish on another customer (in addition to the 5 other people waiting) We eventually left after waiting 45 minutes Our first time and will definitely not be returning. read more

I waited about an hour until I got worked on. First a lady worked on me and drilled my nails. Then a young man glued on the tips and trimmed them down and then the older man in there Lam put the acrylic on the nails. The only thing wrong was he drilled on my skin some and left them sore. read more

Walk in today for 2 pedi and mani's.... Waited close to 30 minutes soaking in foot spa and another customer walks in of lighter complexion and was serviced immediately. She didn't have an appointment so it should have been first come first serve... My mom feet was cut and worker got upset that my mom said something and got up.... Yes the worker got upset... Not good. AT ALL. We started out with the Pedicure - fine. Move over to the manicure and the second another customer of more interest came in, the man doing my nails totally lost interest in me. He messed up two of my nails and became disgruntled when he had to fix them. Then when he was finished painting, he picked up my tip from the table and walked over to the lady waiting for him. Upon entering it seemed nice. However, do not be fooled. This place can't do basic gel manicures properly. I had to guide the manicurist and tell her what to do. The polish was streaked and the job was botched. It was so bad that the manager took over and he did a good job. However, less than 24 hours later the gel nail polish was completely removed from my thumb nail. I have been getting mani's for some time but I have never experienced an entire nail coming off. I can't believe I paid for this! I will not be going back ever again. Just awful. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Don't get a gel manicure here....maybe it was because it was rushed and I didn't get a lot of uv light time but it chipped on day 2, and more on day 3. By day 4 it peeled off way too easily. My other gel manicures from elsewhere have lasted 2 weeks with 0 chips so I wasn't too happy. read more

He literally tried to convince me that my nails looked exactly the same and in actuality they were totally different. Then he tried to tell me that my nails were old so thats why they my nail shape on my right hand didnt match my left hand.
