I am always on the go for my job and having eyelash extensions saves me so much time. Even on my off days, I feel/look refreshed and ready to go with minimal effort. There are some far-fetched misconceptions about eyelash extensions out there in the world. Jesica educates you throughout the application process, lash growth phase, about lash health, and aftercare which puts you at ease. I don't remember that being clearly explained when I signed up, and it came as a surprise. I also found out there was a $25 master stylist upgrade fee if I wanted to continue seeing the stylist whose work I preferred. No one mentioned that when I checked out, after I tipped my stylist, or when I was encouraged to rebook. I only realized it after seeing the charge. I tried to discuss my concerns over the phone, but I left the conversation feeling unheard. Lauren later emailed me and apologized for her tone, and I do appreciate that apology. Unfortunately, the conversation itself left me uncomfortable enough that I no longer feel comfortable returning for lash services. When someone is working around your eyes, trust and communication matter. The lash artists do beautiful work, and this review isn't about the quality of their services. My frustration is with the membership, the lack of transparency around additional fees, and the cancellation process. I felt like I kept learning about extra costs after I was already committed. If you're considering a membership, I'd strongly recommend asking for every fee, stylist upgrade charge, and cancellation policy in writing before signing up.

My pedicurist was Jaime and she spent an entire hour pampering my feet and making my toes look beautiful (I haven't had a pedi in a year so we're talking about some major work here). I brought a book to study from but I almost fell asleep because I was so comfortable. The nail job itself looks beautiful. Jaime helped me pick the perfect color and like I already mentioned, she spent a luxurious hour getting my toes in tip top shape for the wedding i'll be in on saturday. Lots of scrubbing, filing, and massaging! It was slightly expensive- luckily today is Wednesday and they have a pedi special for $30. I'll probably try to always come on wednesdays to catch the special but the money is well worth it here :)
