If you call the company, most of times they are not answering the phone. Finally I got someone to answer the phone. He gave me the delivery company name deliveright and tracking # to deal with it. I will be receiving my bed frame 29th. It took 20 days to come from the origination (Company is base in California, but actual. Item is probably from China) to Arizona. I bought the Aspen Vertical Tufted Headboard Platform Bed Set directly from Jennifer Taylor Home because their product page says the support slats are removable 'for use with adjustable beds.' After it was delivered and assembled, my adjustable base hit the inner frame rails and would not fit properly; the only way to make it work was to add 6‑inch risers, which made the bed unreasonably tall and ruined the intended look. Customer service had photos and a clear explanation but refused a refund, blaming 'custom order/final sale' terms instead of acknowledging that the way they advertise adjustable‑bed use is misleading. They eventually offered only a small partial refund and called it their final offer, leaving me with a bed that does not perform as advertised. They charge you so much to return, they charge a 10% restocking fee plus they charge you for shipping, I was told the total to be deducted from my purchase would be $169.00, they added $5.00 to have it picked up, that equals $174.00, after I was finally credited, they actually charged me $ 199.21, almost $200.00 to return when I paid $581.00 for the ottoman. I ordered an ottoman online, the product was not how described as an ottoman, it was more an upholstered coffee table, it was very uncomfortable to put your feet up, I have the same couch, and it was taller than the couch. read more

CONSUMER BEWARE! We ordered a king-size, "antique white" platform bed. This bed is not anywhere on the white color spectrum. It's beige on a good day. The online photo shows a white bed with white bedding on it. IRL, the yellow/ivory color clashes with the builder paint in our brand new home & simply looks terrible (dirty & yellow) with our blue & white bedding. We ordered & paid for "white glove delivery", which means the delivery team not only sets up, but removes all the packaging from the house when they leave. We do not want this bed, but JT Home says it's "not returnable" if it's not in their original packaging. Total scam to avoid returns! No wonder this company tops out with just a 3 star rating. Ordered the Green roman curved platform bed frame with green lounge chair to match with the white glove assembly service. After several days of delays allowing for bad weather, receive a msg on app saying can't locate the lst item (green lounge chair) it appears damaged box in front of my house with no prior notification or updates of the delivery on the app until after the delivery. When the damaged Bed Frame finally arrives with the white glove assemblers they open the Bed Frame and immediately tell me to refuse this item and they were refusing to assemble it because they didn't want neither of us to be responsible for damaged goods and said the warranty I purchased would be void because items was damaged before receiving it. They also saw the damaged lounge chair box refusing to touch it advising to return it as well. The nightmare is elevated when I and the assemblers verifying the damages to them direct talk with customer service who ask for pics which I immediately send them. Then customer service goes silent for a week until I request my full refund. They then create a bunch of back and forth, delays sending return lables then send the wrong return lables, then have the nerve to say they didn't receive their item although return delivery confirms they did. To top it all off they charge me for return and re-stocking fee for their damaged goods which of couse is being disputed. Products might look good but are trash, and so is their customer service! Save your $$$ for a quality company with quality customer service! read more
