I received a call from my tenant that the AC was down. I called and able to schedule same day services in a matter of hours. I asked technician to call 30 minutes prior to allow time for me to leave my job and meet technician at property. Amar arrived, greeted me and went straight to resolve problem. His first assessment was right on. He had the problem fixed and AC back up and running in less than an hour. He provided me with helpful tips and recommendations to improve AC performance. Making payment was simple and he even offered to email or text receipt of payment. I also received an invoice of work completed. I was back at work in no time. Amar is a great technician. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I like that the truck is identifiable as it comes down the street. I don't think I have ever had to call another company because he makes every effort to address our urgent needs same day or next day. Rates are affordable. What I appreciated was that they were VERY direct with service. I saw given a time when they could come (about 2-3 hours) and low & behold, they were there. All I needed was some routine maintenance. All was well until they found a simple fuse problem. There were a coupe other minor problems as well. I was expecting to pay $500+ or more. I didn't pay anywhere near that. I told other companies what my problem was and each said it could cost $350-$500 but wasn't the case here. With all that needed to be done, I was at $275. Fair enough. Prompt, courteous and professional. I'd use them again if I needed service again. Straight, not chaser!!!!

Prior to engaging their services, I reviewed their ratings on other platforms and found them consistently near 5.0 across all other applications, with the exception of Yelp. Therefore, I can confidently state that they are underrated on Yelp. This has unequivocally been the finest service experience I have had in a considerable time.
