Brandon was only interested in explaining that there was a lots of tree roots and sludge in the line (yes, I know) and the house is old (yes, I know). He did not bring the proper sized rod for the job! My sister needed similar work done so after he "finished" the job at my home, he talked to her. He basically told her what he told me and then said, the best thing we should do is move! WTF!? That isn't customer service. Yes, our homes are old but, for now, they are where we live. Needless to say, we'll be looking for better plumbers who care about their customers and the quality of customer service they provide. While doing the cleaning, they said that they noticed a break in the line to the main sewer and explained the Private Drain Program, saying that they were able to provide the service for calling the city inspector and getting a work order approved to repair it. They were polite, friendly, and very communicative throughout the entire process. They walked me through exactly what was needed and what would happen going forward.
