But the positive side to that is I can choose to not add those things and save some money while still enjoying the basic Mochinut experience... as long as it's not Monday or Tuesday.... I'm assuming that Monday and Tuesday were not busy enough for them and they had to do their best to utilize their staff on the other days and it seems that they chose to be open on the weekends over Monday and Tuesday, which is probably a good business decision... So I'd rather them stick around because they make good decisions for their business, even though they're kinda not available when I want. It's better to have them survive in this hard California business climate. There is nothing like Mochinut, so we can all compromise a bit.
